I arrived at 5PM and check in time is 4pm. I was told my room wasn’t ready. The rep explained that the room was being cleaned and would be ready in 10 more minutes. I explained that I had to be some where by 5:30 and wouldn’t be able to stay and wait for it to be cleaned. My niece had to go to their Public restroom to change clothes. She was not afforded the opportunity to style her hair and freshen up as she hoped. Making her uncomfortable. The rep did provide a goody bag for inconvenience. I arrive back (4 of us) at 10pm to finally check in and go to the actual room. Only to arrive and the room door is open. Not just unlocked but open. I go back down stairs and the rep explains that he was just informed by his supervisor that the room was out of order. I was then given a new room. I gather my party and we go down to the 3rd floor and the room has 1 bed. The reservation was for 2 beds as there were 4 people. I go back to the front desk and the Supervisor is there and explains that she made the decision to change the room due to TV being out. She then explains they are short staffed. I explained 1 bed would not work as I reserved 2 beds. Eventually after much discussion she offered me 2 separate rooms as that’s all they had left. She offered to comp only one room. I stated that I didn’t think that was adequate but if that’s the best she could do then I wouldn’t argue. She then said the Manager could do more. I have left 2 messages with the manager over a weeks time and have not been contacted. I paid full price for bad service in an area I least expected!!!

Great location!!! Beautiful surroundings. Super great check in staff!!! Everything was great until… got settled into the room and… there were a few dead bugs on the floor - carpet and the bathroom and the room was very musky all night. So, the room wasn’t comfortable at all because of this. We had to check out of this property the next morning.

I stay at this Hampton on weekends with my son to be close to our extended family. I stay at this hotel and consistently have a stellar experience. Chicobi and Nyshelle set the tone and both are perfectionist and very focused on the guest experience. The staff Shelly and Keenan are phenomenal and always welcome me like I am coming home and make me feel like I am family. The only time I stay anywhere else in Atlanta is if there is no vacancy at the Hampton on Old Morris rd.

Stayed one-night - came into Alpharetta for a Concert at Ameris Bank Amphitheater. Excellent safe, high end area. Very nice brick buildings strip Mall area, literally a few minutes from Interstate, Cracker Barrell a couple minutes away, under 15 minutes to Amphitheater and Avalon Shopping Mall (highly recommend! Amazing Outdoor Mall and community area, could spend the whole afternoon there ) I had never been to this area, and I spend hours researching hotels when traveling for concerts, and this one was perfect. It's a Hilton property....safe area, great Staff, thank you Cierra at the Front Desk, VERY professional at her job, signed us up as Hilton Rewards Member. Well lit parking, there's a McDonalds down the main road open late so we were able to grab a burger there after the concert and take it back to the Hotel at Midnight LOL. Breakfast was perfectly fine, young man replenishing on Sunday morning was doing a great job, there were a LOT of guests there and he was keeping up very well. Hot Scrambled eggs, Biscuits and gravy and bacon, waffle maker, juices, muffins, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee and fresh creamers, can't ask for more than that. ONLY issue we had was we were on a 1st floor room and I believe many of them are equipped with "roll-in" handicapped showers, which is fine, but water goes EVERYWHERE . I had to go to the Front Desk and request 6 Bath Mats so we could sop up the water off the floor in the whole bathroom. But Cierra was most helpful. Not a big deal, just be cautious if you ever get one of these in Hotel rooms so you don't slip and are prepared.

One of the worst customer services here, booked a reservation and showed up to check in, they did not have a room so the manager told us to book a room at another hotel, we had to go to another hotel at 11 at night with a bag a suitcase and our food we ordered. Definitely not coming here again and if possible this place deserves less then 1 star.

I booked a room at this location and had to cancel. When I called to cancel there there was some miscommunication and my card was charged. Upon seeing the charge I called and spoke with Nyshelle and she explained everything. I missed the cancelation time by 15 minutes so technically she didn't have to help me. She was extremely kind and issued a refund. Customer service at its finest. Nyshelle gets 5 Stars and deserves to be recognized!

I have been a Hilton honors member for years. As a Hilton member I pride myself in staying in the Hilton hotel chain and encouraging others to stay in the same hotel with us whenever possible. Prior to coming to Atlanta, I asked another baseball family to stay in the same hotel with us. We arrived Saturday 7/15 and we are designated to leave Sunday 7/23. Both our boys play baseball and the hopes was for them to have a pool to come to cool off after their games. Upon arrival there were people in the pool and the front desk told us we could swim if we wanted to. We decided this was not an option for us as the water was murky and green. Please see pictures above. I understand things happen and it will eventually get fixed but I have asked the front desk several days in a row and they are unable to give me a resolution date. I have also asked for the manager on duty to which I was told they were not available all times. I also left Amber a voicemail in which I got no response. It is quite embarrassing for me to have invited the other family to this hotel who paid the week out of pocket and won't be able to move to another hotel since they will not be re-imbursed. The other issue was as soon as you get off of the elevator it was hot with no AC all the way to your room. They were also down to one washer. I have traveled a lot and would not recommend this hotel.

I've stayed here before and it was fine but on this last visit I was placed in room 200 which was this bizarre space where you enter through the bathroom and the heater never reached the far corners of this awkwardly shaped room. The bed was fine and the bathroom had decent water pressure in the shower. Overall, I'm sure a regular room in this hotel is fine for a Hampton inn but avoid room 200.

Stayed 4 nights & had a great stay. Our room was quite big, beds comfy & it was clean, smelled good, not sure wear they use to clean but it smelled really good, updated & quiet. The front desk staff, just lovely!!! Anything we needed to know about the area they were so helpful!! Exercise room was great, didn't use the pool but looked nice and clean! Cookies every night in the lobby was a nice little treat. Right across the street from cracker barrel and a wings/bar restaurant as well as a few other places. About a 3 minute drive to the mall strip where everything was from restaurants galore to Costco to high end stores/boutiques. Short drive to Atlanta as well 25 minutes it took us, also to Buckhead. Great stay, definitely will be back when visiting!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! The room is amazing.. so clean & smells wonderful. The staff has been so sweet, especially the lady at the front desk tonight. We will be back to stay here again! Digital room keys is a 10/10. I love that feature!! Thank you for this wonderful experience.

We have been Hilton Honors members for many years and have stayed in this facility many times. However, it has become very rundown. We are VERY disappointed that it has converted to pet friendly. The furniture in our room had been chewed by dogs. The mattresses are very worn. We were EXTREMELY disappointed that breakfast was so limited. There was no choice of coffee cream. There were no plates only bowls and very few food choices. We were at breakfast in the middle of the period and there was little to choose from. One thing you can know for certain, we will not be back.

Very nice over all hotel. Very clean. Just try not to check in on a Sunday night with this specific front desk lady. If a toilet is clogged even though it’s not your fault(was clogged already), she will offer you a plunger to unclog it.

Another disappointing Hilton, and more specifically Hampton Inn experience. Something happened with water on my floor whereas the whole floor smelled of wet dog or worse. Only solution, even after calling service, was to place fans/blowers and schedule a carpet cleaning for the following week... Only one elevator working however they do try and hide that fact as no signs are posted. In my 6 trips through the lobby, not once did I see a person behind the counter unless summoned from the back room. Also, no housekeeping unless you are staying for 3+ days. For real... My last two experiences have been the opposite of accomodating.

Hampton Inn has changed policy on room cleaning. This is only provided on request. At the time of Check in, you need to request a room cleaning 24 hours in advance. After several request over three days, the room was never cleaned, or even refreshed, except for fresh towels I got for myself. The assistant general manager did make it right for me at the time of check out. As a Gold Star member, I would give this 4 1/2 to 5 stars if it wasn’t for this one major issue. The room is absolutely lovely and the property location and grounds are magnificent.

There was no shampoo in the bathroom, the larger bottles on the wall were all empty and no sampler shampoo as well. I went to the front desk next morning and asked for some shampoo. The guy at the front desk told me that the hotel was out of shampoo and they were not gonna have it for the next few days. He suggested me to purchase one at the gas station, and No apologies! What fundamental thing do you expect from a hotel room? Taking a shower, right? How about knowing that some travelers do not have a car and cannot easily go and get a shampoo? He was kind of ridiculing me throughout the whole conversation in both days I stopped by the front desk. The fan in the bathroom was not functional too, and the room was humid and smelly for a few hours each time I took a shower. No one stopped by to take the towels and give us the new ones, so second day was kind of a nightmare in that room!! Last thing, our room was located right behind the ice maker on the first floor, and the sudden noise during the night was really irritating, they need some sound isolation on that wall.

The employees are very kind however the hotel is in bad repair and neglect of maintenance throughout. Seems like the cost of the hotel should be less for the condition it is in. If you’re arriving via ride share or taxi, the hotel is not walking distance to restaurants.

Hotel was nice, clean with a comfortable bed and nice towels. However....... the room right next to us had 2 dogs that barked ALL MORNING beginning at 6:30 am until we checked out at 9:30 a.m. Called the front desk and complained twice with no results. I understand pet-friendly hotels, but there should be a designated floor for pets so they do not disturb those of us who do not have pets!! When we checked out, there were 2 other couples at the front desk complaining about the same thing. The clerk stated that she called those guests with no results, but no one went to the room to even check on the dogs or guests. A very disappointing stay in an otherwise nice hotel. They should really reconsider how they deal with guests who have pets.

Very quiet location. Room was very clean, showing a little wear (stain down side of box springs), but overall very clean. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Digital key worked perfectly. Plenty of clean towels and the amount of free toiletries was more than I've seen in a long time. A nice place to stay for a restful night.

My complaints are purely cosmetic. The bath tub is in need of being re-caulked. There is a vent in the bathroom that could use some tidiness to it. The cabinet where the fridge is needs to be replace and or fixed. My main complaint is the smell of the room. It just smelled bad. While I enjoyed my stay and staff for the amount I had to pay to stay there I expected higher quality.

A year ago I was here and I gave this location four stars because that’s what I typically do for most places that go above and beyond. I think to earn five stars you truly have set the bar higher than most! Today almost a year later, I give the Hampton Inn staff their fifth star! I stayed there again this week and while yes the room was clean and quiet. I can’t get over how friendly all the staff was during any interaction I had with them. To my negligence when the day I left, I forgot my medication behind in my room, I called and after a couple of hours of my first communion with the staff, my meds were on their way out to me. Big shout out to Christian and Chicobi for your awesome hospitality!

We stayed here on our way down to Florida. Nice environment, they had rooms, price was ok and the staff was pleasant. Room seemed clean and we trusted it enough to get comfortable for the night.

Very rude employee. I got attended by a male employee. WASN't helpful at all. I checked in through the app so my guest that I had under my reservation can check in. The employee didn't let him in and was very rude to my guest for no reason. I call to cancel my reservation and the employee didn't cancel my reservation had to call again and he said he was waiting on the manager to cancel my reservation. He could have let me know he had to wait for the manager. Just very disappointed about this experience. This has never happened to me before. If you're staying at this hotel and will be arriving later than your guest. I don't recommend staying here. They won't let your guest in.

Had a great stay, especially since we were traveling with two dogs. Hotel made them and us very welcome.. and yet for those without pets, you'd not have known it was pet-friendly. Shout out especially to Chicobi who was masterful in his attentiveness to customer service. Others we interacted with were all great. (Oniy negative was unappealing hot meal elements: "scrambled"/processed eggs, curious sausage, and too-firm and tasteless potato slices. Hopefully those will improve, and remaining cold elements were nice. But there are also excellent alternatives in walking distance.) Looking forward to a return visit.

generally, good experience. pros: nice staff, clean environment, quiet area, good location, safety is good, the air conditioner is good (can control at the control board at the air conditioner itself or at wall) cons: not so many outside chairs to let you enjoy the sunshine, swimming pool is only open on Friday, meeting room/meeting space is not open to individual use (but if you are in a group and book the meeting room in advance maybe you can use it)

Good stay overall. The staff was helpful but not stellar, the room I would have preferred to be a little better kept up (specifically the shower was a little bleah for me). The location was beautiful and within walking distance of restaurants (although the sidewalk won't get you all the way to them).

We had a great stay. I like most is the staffs - they are friendly and helpful, and always talk with smile. Room is super clean and comfortable. The outdoor area is pretty and nice to take a walk. In general it’s a fair game and I recommend it to others.

Overall a very nice experience. The wifi was spotty and the stream on the TV went in and out. I did not let front desk know as it was not very important to me, but I am sure they would have taken care of it.

We reserved a 2 queen bedroom but when we arrived the gentleman at the front desk said they haves us reserved a 1 king bed. I went to show him my reservations but he was not willing to look at it or even allow me finish what I was saying. He stated he can give me the 2 queen room but for a higher price than my reservation. This is the definition of fraud. We tried looking elsewhere but it was 10:00 pm and we had just driven 8 hrs. to get here. We exchange to few words the clerk then lunged at me like he wanted to fight me. He did this in front of my family. My wife ended up dealing with him since we couldn't go anywhere else. (There were 2 major tournaments in the area so all hotels were booked). I told the manger in the morning and she seemed attentive but I don't believe anything was done. I suggest she look a their security camera footage that was pointed at the front desk. She only replied we might have to do that. We also found trash hidden behind the curtains that was 2 days old. A few days later we asked the front desk to have the sheets to be changed. The guy that I had the altercation with answered the phone (awkward). He states he would need supervisors approval once she comes in. We arrived back to our room later that night and no sheets were change. Called the front desk again, the lady that answered the phone said she was by herself but we can pick up the sheets and change them ourselves. So we did. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. No one has evered lunged at me acting like they wanted to fight. Overbooking seems to be the main complaint for this place. I believe this might of been part of the issue. I also here other customers complaining about it when we were there.

Comfortable bed, great water pressure in shower, the breakfast served spoiled cream cheese packs for the bagels. We tried 2 different cream cheese packs and both were spoiled. They were not stored properly. We did not bother with breakfast the second day. Upon check out the staff were using the luggage carts as a stand for Christmas decorations. This was happening between 930 am -11 am, which is right in the midst of check out time. Staff was completely oblivious to guests carrying multiple bags of luggage out of the hotel wihput assistance of the luggage cart.

First, the staff here are absolutely wonderful. The moment we checked in with the front desk clerk, Jarell, we felt welcomed. He helped answer a few questions for us and advised us of a great restaurant to eat at. In the morning time, the staff went above and beyond to allow us a late checkout and helped us print off our PCR test paperwork for travel. Also, the breakfast was tasty and the hotel manager came to ask us if everything was okay during our stay. Finally, the hotel is located in a fantastic location with plenty of shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend staying at this location!

We were warmly welcome by Chicobi and Antionette after a long drive, they made sure they accommodate our needs very well (8 people), breakfast was really good and Ashley on Black Friday morning was alone and she was working very hard, with a big smile making sure all guest were taking care off. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the sofa sleeper could use an update, but not big deal was still good. Thank you all for making our stay very pleasant. Maybe a bigger coffee maker in the lobby is a good idea.
