We were working in the area for a week and this place was perfect. It's like living in a small apartment and had everything we needed. I wish I could stay at a Sonesta for every work trip. The grounds are well maintained and well lit at night. Wifi was great and the location is close to shopping and restaurants. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, 2 burner range top and full size refrigerator. The shower pressure was outstanding and the towels were clean and soft. I'd definitely stay here again!

HORRIBLE!! Husband booked reservation to stay from Monday-Saturday, after screwing up the basic reservation 3+ times, 30 mins after checking in/arriving his belongings that were put in his LOCKED room are GONE with no explanation!!! No cameras on the property “supposedly” either, after demanding another room because obviously his original room had been accessed by someone other than him, the rude NASTY front desk “woman” denied his request for a different room, cared less about his $500+ worth of belongings missing, and called the police to have him removed from the property and cancelled his reservation. Sorry excuse for “customer service”. Karma is a real thing. Would snuggle up in a cozy box before EVER staying here!!

Dirty room, VERY rude staff (with the exception of the maintenance guy who is so nice and helpful) , refrigerator and garbage disposal were not working, there was no room service for days. We had to chase the cleaning lady to get new towels and basic amenities. The room is old. Very old and overall in bad shape . Grab & go breakfast is a joke. "Gym" is also a joke. And don't get me started about the cigarette smell

Well to begin I was given a room that smelled bad and there was a machine in the room an air purifier. I requested a new room and was denied and was asked if I could bring the air purifier to the front desk. Which was lame as it was. Then I was there with a corporate lodging card. They asked for it to make a copy and I never received it back. I travel for work and rarely know where I'll be in 2 days let alone a week or week and a half. I was in a location for a week called and asked them to send it to me there. They wouldn't and require a self addressed envelope with postage paid to be sent to them. I called immediately while I was in town to get it back while I was in the area but no one knew where it was. I called later knowing that was the only place it could be unfortunately i was all ready far away and they found it. I asked if I could PayPal them or if they could charge my credit card the postage to get it back. They wouldn't do that so it has been extremely frustrating and a pain each day I do check in to a new hotel with out that card. I wish I never stayed at this hotel. First with the stinky room and second with the problems getting my card back. I would give this hotel no stars if it was an option.

I booked this hotel for a business trip. My key requirements was breakfast and fast internet. I when I arrived there was as no internet and apparently it had been off all day. I had to go elsewhere for internet as the hotel failed to deliver on what I was paying for. Next I turn on the tv, only to see they don’t have cable as they had not negotiated an agreement with a service provider. Fast forward a week. The cable still does not exist. Once again the internet does not exist. When I spoke to the receptionist at 6:30pm she said there was nothing she could do and provided no other solution except to say she would message her manager to let them know of the problem I had. When I asked for her eta on sending the message she said, when she gets a chance to do it. Clearly she has no understanding of her role as the face of the company to a customer. Added to this, the breakfasts are disgusting, the home 2 suites have better quality than this place. And don’t get me started on the damp monkey smell in my apartment. To say I will never recommend this company is to have a huge understatement. I am super disappointed that this is what my money gets me here.

This property demonstrates poor behavior and incompetence you can’t even ask one simple question without the staff members taking offense. I don’t normally write reviews understanding every situation maybe different but I also strongly believe in professional customer service. Bugs Low maintenance Rude staff Over charging Disputes over any reasonable question Very unprofessional Lost or stolen mail

Overall ok. Great location. Rooms are dated and have stale smell. Little things with easy fixes change this from a 3 to a 4- like multiple days the serve pancakes for breakfast but have no syrup. Stop by the grocery and get syrup? Also not putting enough food out for breakfast to pinch pennies. There are better Sonestas to stay at in the area.

I didn't have any issues with the hotel, until I encountered roaches in my room. I didn't wanna make it a big deal, I didn't want to go into the office raging. I simply talked to the night clerk early in the morning to tell him. He informed me the supervisor would be there and to tell her. I came back down to tell her, and she acted as if she could care less, and gave me a look of "I don't know what you want me to do about it" I didn't even bother telling her one was crawling on my face in the middle of the night. She said somebody will spray the room and she'll tell maintenance. I simply said ok, no problem thankyou. But I was disappointed, and disgusted. I've had great experiences with Sonesta, but this location will NOT receive my business again.

The rooms are decent, location is good, I like the breakfast spread given. But the staff are just RUDE and incompetent !!! They were behaving as though guests owe them a favor. I hope management does something about this sooner.

The rooms were good, the pillows were a little uncomfortable. We did bring our pillows with us, however. The kitchenette was a good size. We only wish there was a little more variation in what's served for breakfast. We have a severe allergy within our family to peppers and were essentially told, sorry.

Sonesta ES suites earns 5 stars because of the amazing service and attention to customers from Toinette. I am a regular at this hotel and she always goes out of her way to accommodate customers. She is the glue that holds this place together and needs to be the General Manager. She is an amazing person, and employee that knows what she is doing. Her work ethic and attitude are hard to find these days. Sonesta this she needs to promoted. She is Simply to qualified to be in her current role.

(2 queen room with 2 bathroom, sofa bed, kitchen) 3/16-3/17 Pros: Devona was fantastic she needs a raise and promotion she was extremely polite and gave lots of information and used positivity and offered solutions to defuse any frustrations. Clean rooms. Renovations were excellent, we even had a fireplace. One of the best layouts I've ever seen. Cons: (Didn't feel welcomed) $6 parking fee. When I requested for late check out, the clarification drug out about check out time and late check out time all for me to agree on the time but to be then told late check out was a $15 fee. Why not just tell me at the beginning?? Wifi wouldn't connect while my daughter had school morning meeting. Felt and looked like the es was using what is usually complimentary to increase revenue. Sofa bed was broken

The rooms are beautiful large fully equipped with a full kitchen and a bedroom like you a little apartment. They are pet friendly the staff are very accommodating always kind and and housekeepers came daily and offered to clean and/or replace towels that's unheard of nowadays. The area is Within walking distance of many food places convenience stores pharmacies and Many different activities to do such as everything from spas to fitness. Overall nice experience I would definitely go back.

I stayed here and had to cut my trip short. The room smelled like stale cigarettes, very outdated. Housekeeping clearly isn’t thoroughly cleaning. The pool was closed when we arrived. We were told we would get another room, we packed up only to be told the room they claimed we would get was occupied. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. There’s tons of better hotels near Windward Parkway

My overall rating would have been much higher if not for the multiple complaints regarding one of the female front desk people. This individual talks over EVERYONE. She is RUDE, abrasive with an overall UGLY attitude.UGH

Staff are wonderful. We stayed long term and they were amazing. Monica, Jorge, Toilette, and Gilbert made our stay like home.

Room seems fine except we are getting all the smells from room below. Earlier was cigarette smoke, now bacon. Only here one night but clothes for rest of trip will stink. Disappointing and expect better.

A decent hotel stay. The staff was friendly and the area is fairly nice. The room situation is good for the price. It’s like a small studio apartment. The only thing that was not quality were our neighbors. Kids screaming at all hours and just general noise. The walls are thin and sound travels. That isn’t the hotels fault at all but a fair warning if you choose to stay here. Many families and people with pets so a little crowded and loud. Overall a good stay for the price.

The service is horrible!!!! They need new workers at the front desk immediately. I left an item in the room when I called they told me it wasn’t there and that house keeping cleaned and checked after calling multiple times. Only to come back and check for myself the room wasn’t cleaned or touched at all. She completely lied to get me off the phone. She was very rude and dismissive. Very disgusting

The management is not responsive at all. My son was bitten by a spider while he was sleeping in the room. Despite me finding and showing them a video of the spider's hiding place nobody showed interest to even go check what was going on. I stayed 5 nights and on the last night coakroaches started showing up in my bathroom and one even fell half death on my bed. They have pest control issues and nobody even offered a compensation for that. I got offered points to stay another night, no thanks, spending the night with insects is not our thing.

A nice place with nice amenities. However, when we called the front desk after 1:30 am for a noise complaint we were told it was a holiday weekend and got hung up on. We ended up calling the non emergency police number and they took care of us. We liked the property but most likely won't be returning.

Room was ok, however we did not feel safe. There were some strange people in the parking lot, that made me feel very scary. I will not be back to this place. If I have read some of the reviews that had mentioned that I would not have even reserved. I kind of understand that this is outside and maybe the hotel may not have a direct responsibility, but I won't be back to.a.place I don't feel safe and comfortable.

Eventhough this stay comes with all the amenities like kitchen, work table, dishwasher and some essential utensils, there are maintenance issues everywhere. Even the elevator was not working properly. Also the behaviour of staff here is very rude. Can really improve the customer service part. The complementary breakfast spread is also very limited. But the location of the stay is really good. It is close to all major stores and restaurants.

The place is fantastic. I had a regular room with a queen size bed, it came with a separate living room and full kitchen. The room was very clean, so was the facility. Good breakfast. Beautiful decor in the lobby. The hotel grounds are well-kept and pleasant to be around.

I love Jade and the front desk staff. I have had a wonderful experience staying here. I feel safe, and cared for. After all, we are in Alpharetta. One of the safest cities in the United States. Please don't let the negative comments detour you from staying here. There are Debbie downers at every business that will find a problem no matter where they are at. Also, I wanted to mention the delicious breakfast. On Thursdays they have sausage and gravy and it is to die for. YUMMY!

For an ES hotel it was okay/good not great. Place was a tad small and the Kitchen supplies left a lot to be desired but they got the job done(After we recleaned them). Bed was comfy enough and seemed clean. Not having a table to eat at was a big downside though. Went to get towels once and there were none clean. Liked the location and the price. You are getting what you pay for here.
