We
recently
stayed
at
the
Hilton
Garden
Inn
over
the
weekend
for
a
late
christmas
celebration
with
my
in
laws.
When
we
got
there
the
hotel
didnt
look
like
the
pictures.
The
outside
and
inside
looked
run
down
and
outdated.
The
room
was
too
small
and
so
was
the
bathroom.
The
room
was
also
extremely
not
kid
friendly.
There
was
a
glass
coffee
table
with
removeable
top.
The
beds
had
wooden
box
frames
that
were
raised
and
I
got
multiple
bruises
from
it.
The
internet
wouldnt
work.
The
"Contental"
breakfast
which
at
most
hotels
is
free,
and
one
of
the
reasons
why
we
booked
this
hotel,
cost
$9pp
and
a
hot
breakfast
was
$13pp.
The
pool
was
nice
and
warm
but
left
you
feeling
slimy.
Also
if
water
splashed
you
in
the
mouth
it
tasted
salty.
There
was
so
much
clorine
put
in
the
pool
that
you
have
to
wash
immediately
because
it
burns
your
skin.
The
bathroom
didnt
have
enough
towels
and
wash
cloths
for
anymore
than
a
couple.
Then
upon
asking
for
extras
they
were
either
not
left
or
it
seemed
to
be
a
big
deal
to
get
more.
The
few
good
things
that
we
enjoyed
were
the
staff.
Each
staff
member
was
polite,
happy,
and
helpful.
Everytime
we
came
back
to
the
hotel
they
greeted
us
with
a
smile
and
were
eager
to
hear
about
our
adventures
that
day.
You
do
not
get
that
much
at
hotels.
Also
the
bed
and
pillows
were
very
comfortable.
The
cleaning
crew
came
the
day
before
we
left
because
our
son
had
an
accident
in
bed
and
the
room
was
immaculate
and
smelled
clean
when
we
got
back.
There
was
an
ice
machine
on
every
floor
except
number
1.
The
elevator
is
in
the
middle
of
the
rooms
so
no
matter
what
room
you
are
in
its
not
far
to
the
elevator.
The
only
reason
we
gave
the
rating
that
we
did
is
because
of
the
staff.
They
were
Amazing
but
not
a
good
enough
reason
to
return
to
this
hotel.
I
also
wanted
to
upgrade
to
a
room
with
a
jacuzzi
tub
and
was
told
they
didnt
have
them.
Its
been
a
long
time
since
Ive
seen
that.
