Good selection of Icecream, Fudge, Truffles, caramel and chocolate. Amazing taste and great quality. We tried no sweet added cookies and it was so good. Friendly staff and great customer service. This place is very clean and organized. A great experience.

If you have a sweet tooth this is the place to come!!!!!!!!! They sell tasty chocolates & fudge, creamy ice cream, beautiful cakes, and even some of their own toppings. A great place to pick up a gift as well. Today was a special day to visit because I had the pleasure of meeting the very pleasant store owner & Isabella herself. She is an amazing artist who has created most of the beautiful chocolate displayed around the store. I also had the pleasure of sampling her freshly made salted caramel fudge & oh my goodness was it good!!!!!!! I’m typically not a chocolate lover as toffee & caramel are my go to. I would eat this fudge every day forever!!!!!! I also had never had a chocolate covered Twinkie and purchased a few of those in addition to my favorite ice cream from them. “Pralines & cream”. This is a fantastic place to indulge your sweet tooth. That have fudge, candied apples, ice cream and so much more. They have a great location with free public parking not far away. When we entered the store, the smell of the fresh baked waffle cones greeted us. That is so satisfying and you know you are about to have a very enjoyable experience. They are a franchise, so if you love sweets and money you should get more information. Our ice cream and waffle cones were great tasting and reasonably priced. I highly recommend you stop by the next time you want ice cream. There is a water fountain you can walk through or play in across the street in the city center. The fountain has colored lists. My daughter and I enjoyed walking through it, but she was soaked.

Walk through the door and smell of fudge and chocolate just washes over you. Handmade Ice cream, coffee, sweets, fudge, caramel apples and more. So many choices. Beautiful shop. Super clean. Friendly and helpful Staff. Walked out with a bag of treats and an iced latte. Absolutely lovely shop. Will definitely be returning.

Great ice cream experience but more like walking into Willy Wonkas Chocolate Factory. Superb treats for young and old.

If you are visiting downtown Alpheratta, you must stop in Kilwins. They have delicious ice cream and lots of varieties of chocolates. Those who has religious sensitivity , they have lots of Kosher products. Enjoy the quality and smiling friendly owner and the staff.

Five stars just for the smell of the shop alone! My husband and I were first time visitors. Will definitely be back!

The ice cream was pretty good but the great thing was the employee's. They were super nice and gave us some advice that saved our 4th of July. Instead of going to the park they recommended that we go to a local parking garage. It had a better view and when a downpour of rain started it had much more shelter. Instead of being soaking wet we were comfy in our car. The employee's make it 5 star worthy.

I tried the Carmel ice cream, and it was amazing. They give you big scoops, too. Way better than the competition of the big chains. They have multiple locations. I must be under a rock because I had never heard of them till now. Great ice cream parlor.

The place had some good ice cream and their chocolates were really good according to my friend. The customer service was really good as the employees were quick and very welcoming. This experience led to me going back often and ended up being my favorite ice cream shop in Alpharetta.

This ice cream shop is one of the best in town! My family and I go there every Saturday night for a sweet treat. The service is amazing, the teenagers really know how to run a place. Nice and respectful, they are always welcoming! Would 100% recommend to try it out.

I was surprised one opened in Alpharetta and I decided to take my boyfriend to try it since he never tried it before and i hadn't had them in years. The guy at the counter was very friendly and helped assist us. The fudge is as great as ever and the ice cream was very delicious. This is one dessert place I will highly recommend to people if they visit Alpharetta 😋

I just love Kilwins but because of this location and the friendly staff and clean store. I always come here with my kids and am always greeted with a smile and love the chocolate fudge and ice cream!!! The sea salt chocolate caramel fudge is my favorite. My kids and I were in Atlanta yesterday decided to have Kilwins at Atlantic station ( worst service and staff ever) the store was dirty I will never be going back there to that location. I just moved to Brookhaven so decided to try Atlantic station bc it was closer, not doing that again. It’s SO worth the drive to go to the Alpharetta city location for us ,amazing fudge , chocolate and Ice cream plus the awesome friendly staff and service !!! I rather drive further to Alpharetta over Atlantic station any day. Plus Atlantic station does not even do the fudge by the pieces only by whole. … so thanks Dylan and Joel for the friendly service today in Alpharetta as a business owner myself it’s about the quality of service as well as products. Do yourself a favor choice the Alpharetta city location over the Atlanta location at Atlantic station

Amazing desserts. So many choices I can't even decide! From a variety of waffle cone ice cream flavors and caramel apples to lemon drops and peanut butter fudge. They have chocolate covered espresso beans, almonds, and so much more. Great staff as well! Environment is amazing as well! Would definitely recommend!

LOVE the toasted coconut icecream! I had this in St. Augustine and was thrilled to learn I could have it in Atlanta, too! The staff were so great with our group of 6 coming in so near closing time. Definitely adding this stop to my return again list!

After a wonderful night out with my family we decided to grab some 🍨.... Omg! This place was awesome! I ordered Cheesecake 🐢 ice cream. I definitely loved the flavor! If you are in the atl you will do well to stop in.
