Staffs were very nice and kind! There are many kind of wines, beers and whisky also with good price😍 I already chose to buy one, but next time I want to buy the recommended one! I will definitely visit again soon

I had the best experience here! Found a wine that's discontinued and absolutely nowhere else in Ga. Lucious (in sales) was knowledgeable and amazing! It would have been worth the trip to just meet him!

If you are looking for anything alcohol this location has what you need and then some. Everyone there is helpful and knowledgeable about the products and if they don't know they find out who does! Conrad helped us and was exceptional! He knew in-depth details about different brands and told us about pairings and recommended some of his favorites. Ask for him on your next visit you will not be disappointed! Overall great customer service from everyone here. I will definitely be back.

Great selection however the staff here never offers to help or even acknowledges me, any of the times I’ve been there. I don’t know if they get paid commission and think I’m not going to buy expensive things because I’m younger and Latina? I’ve noticed they are always talking to and helping the older Caucasian people. I just think it’s rude. You should acknowledge all your customers equally.

I used to shop at Total Wine a lot when it first opened across the street from where it's now located. Since the move, I haven't been able to purchase even one bottle of allocated Bourbon. There's a large selection of everything else.

in from Savannah and their selection was abysmal . BOTH liquors I was looking for they did not have. The snobby, over dressed employee had no clue what I was asking for and talked down to me like I was an uneducated fool. BTW I was looking for Trianon Tequila and Buffalo Trace or Blanton's. Do better and your a liquor store take it down a few levels... ended up at Reds package store. They had what I was looking for !!!

Went in looking for a bottle of Eagle Rare barrel select that the website showed it being in stock. I asked two workers on the floor who both without even checking immediately said they didn't have it and that the website was wrong. I then asked a worker at the front when checking out who was very nice and went and grabbed it for me.

Very Nice Liquor! Large with a lot of variety. If you are looking for something specific it is a good chance they may have it. I was looking everywhere for a specific brown Ale called Newcastle, they had it in stock! Not only did they have it in stocks but it was also cold! I was very impressed and I will be back again.

Disappointed! Poor customer service for a loyal customer. Went in to inquire about price match policy. They would not take a receipt of a competitor in the area as evidence for price match. Dalmore 14 yr $99 at TW and $92 at the competitor. Sorry Eric, you just lost a loyal customer and more to follow if this attitude towards customers continues. You have to recognize that price is an important factor to get customers (esp loyal ones) to shop at your store.

Great selection of spirits. They carry Atlanta couple owned Anteel Tequila and many other GA based / owned brands. No wait checking out. Saw some brands that were new or hard to find. Will visit again. Wish they did liquor sampling

Excellent Tequila selection and interesting Meade options. Rum leaves a bit to be desired at times but a wonderful store with very helpful staff. If you're looking for a quality Tequila, not the celebrity dreck then this is the place to start looking.

A friend suggested this store knowing I'm a bourbon lover. The many varieties you have will keep me coming back for years. The vast choices of spirits and wines would take a day to go through and then time to experience the flavors.

Ordered a few bottles online. The description is for the Expresiones bottle. However, when you pick it up the ill–informed MANAGER tries to convince you that the single barrel IS the Expresiones because “they’re both aged in Buffalo Trace”.

The cashier made the whole 1st visit better. She was awesome. Other employees walked by and never asked if I needed help. Luckily, aisles are labeled. But the employee on that aisle just basically pointed to where the product might be. I might have to try another location next time.

I'm not much of a big drinker, but I certainly spend the holidays with some. I was given a rather disjointed list of things to get on Chrisrmas Eve for the family, and was lost almost immediately upon entering the store. Most crowded retail location I have ever seen on the 24th. After a couple minutes of being lost a very polite sales associate named Konrad was able to guide me all across the store(back and forth multiple times because of the list I was given, sorry Konrad) to everything I was sent to get, and was very polite and helpful in navigating the large store that was seemingly packed wall to wall with other customers. All of the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, making it a surprisingly pleasant visit in spite of the crowd. Seemingly everyone on staff is also incredibly knowledgeable about various drinks and how best to serve them. For any future events I may need alcohol for, I wholeheartedly intend to come back to this location.

I love this store, Walk-in Humidor, the best cigars in stock, beautiful collection of new and classic liquor brands plus amazing prices. Staff is always very respectful and kind.

Total Wine & More has one of the best selection of hard to find wines and spirits. Their employees are very friendly and helpful. They also have a good selection of cigars in the humidor. If you join the rewards programs you’ll be sent coupons to use on non alcohol purchases like mixers and bar ware. I highly recommend Total Wine & More for your beer, wine, and spirit needs.

I love going to a Total Wine store. The selection is always great. I found a bottle of Elijah Craig bourbon that I have never seen before.

Call this morning on product availability and was met with Eric who was extremely helpful and took time to go to the actual aisle and find the product for me this was extremely helpful because it let me know before I travel to the store that I was able to obtain what I wanted. Thank you very much Eric!

I shop here often because it’s convenient from work on my way home. I had a friend go in who never shops here get a single barrel pick of Stagg Jr today that was hidden in the back. I go in 45 minutes later and ask for one and am told I must be a Grand Reserve member. This is the second time this has happened at this location….I don’t know if they are racist or just because I don’t wear a suit/tie I’m not privy to get the same service as everybody else is entitled to. Thank you to the Total Wine in Kennesaw for being fair to everybody and not picking select people to sell bottles to.

Love this place. Employees are helpful, resourceful and knowledgeable about most of the products. I have not had a bad experience here as far as customer service. Incredible selection of any liquor you can think of; wine, beer, bourbon, tequila,etc. Prices I think are fair and reasonable.

I wish I could remember her name but she came up to me and my wife from the counter, recognized the taste of wine we were picking out and suggested two others that are even better than our long time favorite we were selecting. 10/10 will be back again!

I came all the way out to Alpharetta because this place had Brown Sugar Bourbon and Ballotin. It was worth the drive. This venue is in the middle of a strip mall so there is plenty of parking. They have a rewards program so be sure to sign up. The store is massive and has almost every spirit/wine I can think of. This is my go to location. Staff is extremely helpful.

This was a bit of a special trip, on a day we had to go to the airport already. There were a few things we always look for, that they don't usually carry, but they do carry a few things we only recently discovered as well. We dropped about $200, so everything must be great!

Last night Saturday August 27th a very rude Total Wine employee said they were "closing in five minutes", actually the time was 10:50. Maybe they should consider replacing their clock watchers with a more friendly staff or change the posted closing time to 10:45 pm. Either would be preferable to running off paying customers.

I would give this store’s customer service 10 stars if I could. We visited this location today and was wowed by the level of customer service. Mr.Tariq went above and beyond and helped us with picking a few great items. He was kind, respectful and very knowledgeable. He is an asset to this store. My man absolutely LOVED every single whiskey bottle, thank you Mr. Tariq!! ! Stay fabulous 👌🏽

Went by there today and I needed help getting 96 mini bottles of rum for a resident event. Tarek (I hope I’m spelling his name right 😅) was AMAZING!! He was so helpful. Andrew assisted as well. The staff is just awesome. Thank you guys for helping me find everything I needed and for the suggestions
