This particular Costco seems to feature more unique and bougie items than I've seen at other locations. The crowd of fellow shoppers seem to be less aggressive as well. I've been to almost all the metro Atlanta Costco locations, and this is the BEST one if you're choosy.

Update, 09032023 Costco check membership when entering. Yet Costco is forcing people to show their membership card and picture when checking out using self checkout. It's not only an annoyance, it's disrespect to their members. It's not the way to increase your membership base. Very busy during weekend Great flowers, great fruit and many other quality nuts and ingredients. The service here have since improved.

Finally gave in and joined the herd. Wow!!! People have been telling me for years about Costco’s low prices, but I didn’t know they were so very low! Some products were half the cost of regular grocery store items and great deals on furniture/electronics too! The gave us a nice free huge cooler/bag when we signed up to be members for only $60/year.

This location’s customer service is horrible . They are not courteous at all and this has happened to me multiple times . They don’t train their employees to treat the customers right. Clearly there is a lot of discrimination against the south Asian population and experienced it many times. I have never ever been humiliated and rejected at any other Costco location. Either Costco needs to update the return policy or provide adequate training to all employees that are at customer relations desk. I’ve been rejected for returns many times and last time when I ask where is your written policy . The supervisor Zack didn’t have any answer , “ I know it is” was what his answer to us . Siham needs to be released from this work force. She has no manners , does not know how to look for a particular SKU or names of the items . Please when you hire your staff be SURE TO TRAIN THEM PROPERLY

Really good pizza for the price. Extremely clean place. This Costco sells their Kirkland brand liquor store and gas station. Favorite Costco in Atlanta

I was in this Costco opening day. Some employees are still working here. It’s shameful how some people take advantage of Costcos return policy. I watched people return used tables and other items with obvious wear. I hope they tighten return policy so this location can continue to get good products and merchandise. This also affects prices. The more they abuse the return policy Costco will Have to raise prices.

It’s always fun at Costco. Great prices, friendly staff, a gas station, a liquor store that sells Kirkland brand, and as always.. a great food court !!

Very poor service, specially tire center. I have been waiting for 3.5 hours for them to finish my tire repair and rotation and now they are telling me it will take another 2 hours. Seriously, 5.5 hours. It is not worth buying tires from Costco or getting any car service from them. Next time I would rather pay my dealer for tire rotation. Costco corporate, if this is the case for every Costco center you should work on making this better for your customers.

The employees at this location are always friendly and helpful. I prefer to use the self checkout and they are quick to scan the large items so I don't have to move them. Customer for life!!!!

Toby on the customer service floor is exceptional! Over 30 years being a Costco member, I've never come across such an outstanding, knowledgeable, eager to assist individual as Toby in any of the locations I've frequented across the United States. Just in the last two visits, he approached us each time in the electronic section and gave us such insight and knowledge to help us make the right choice for our use and budget. If you're overwhelmed by the vast selection of TV's and electronics, ask for Toby and he'll steer you on the right path.

I was served spoiled ice cream from the food court. Had chunky flakes in it and weird taste. I usually get this every time, can tell they haven’t cleaned the machine since modifying the food court to serve mango smoothies.

They treat anyone at self checkout like we know you are here to steal something but we will stop you. Walmart self check out is far superior experience. If Costco management thinks that low if their customers, either install more cameras or get rid of the self checkout all together.

Costco has so many great benefits. Their products are amazing, their food court options are great, and they have amazing employees. The gasoline is affordable, and I love how clean the place is kept! The membership is worth it.

The location is super popular and often crowded, but the staff keep it going like a well oiled machine. Excellent deals and great products. Even the gas and auto service is a great deal.

Worst Costco Ever!!! Produce was far away from fresh, white fluffy mold all over the strawberries, people tossed around the packages and dug deeper tried to find the better ones, that made everywhere even more messed up. There was not a single employee would ask you, finding everything OK or need help? Instead they would ask you the same question with attitude, where is your membership?? I was 350 feet away from the checkout, yet they had make sure you have the membership, no greeting, no hi, no chitchat, just cut to the chase, membership?? When you get pulled over for speeding on highway, the police officer would ask you how are you doing first, then, membership please!

Costco has alcohol and I'm not just talking wine. Great prices, decent selection and BIG AZZ bottles!

This’s a great store with an even nicer team. We had the occasion to purchase our TV here. It developed a white spot. We took it back and the return was processed without any problem and in a courteous manner. Malcolm in the TV section helped us understand different competing options among the TV models to help us with the purchase. We are very pleased with all the member of the Costco team that we had the chance to interact with.

This place has it all, we spent $300 plus on a variety of products. Lost of people at the store however, the people at the registers are very knowledgeable and organized, they got us through very quickly, there are two people at the registers. I had chosen a product unknowingly that was 2 for one, the guy at the registers informed me of the 2 for one item, even though they was very busy , even before he scanned the product. This was my first time in the store , love at first sight.

I was in the area, so I stopped in for a few needed items. They had mostly what I needed, but it's a smaller store than my home Costco in Woodstock. The stock seemed also seemed a little different, but I was able to get what I needed. The service was great from front to back of store and just as I would expect at any Costco. Their food service area was clean and fast. I wish they had the chopped onions. I supposed none do, but it's time to bring them back!! The store outside is set up for an easy in and out despite being in a busy area. I would stop in here again if convenient, but I will save my big hauls for my main store.

Costco should verify memberships with an ID before allowing people to enter the store. Many of them don’t have membership but simply use their friend/neighbors and seem to be very proud that they can get away with that! I love shopping at Costco and the people who work at this location are amazing. If someone can put a full stop to this non member shopping and loitering business it would be great!

It's Costco, excellent as always. This time, I bought a very very nice TV at a great price. The guys were incredible knowledgeable and helpful. They directed me away from a more expensive version and saved me +$400s.

Costco attracts lot of footfalls falls and purchases - most of readers will be knowing why. I won't talk about obvious things. Want to highlight rwo things. 1. For clothing: not exhaustive as other stores but prices are much lower at Costco. You get good brands too. After exploring several stores, Costco is my first choice now. 2. Frozen food: lot of choices, large quantities. One improvement area: Almost all items are in large quantities. If they consider lesser quantities as well to offer, more purchases would happen.

If you’re looking for frames/ glasses look no further than Costco, Alpharetta!! I would recommend Jackie. She’s very nice, poised in answering all my questions and also helped me in explaining the benefits of my insurance which ended up saving $$!

What can I say? It's Costco. This one's a little fancier and carries nicer stuff than some of the in town ones. It has a full liquor store, which makes it worth the drive. Getting in the main entrance is kind of a pain, so take the street on the left and come in on the back side of the costco. That gets you away from the gas pumps and the traffic jam at the stop sign. Plenty of parking in back and is just as close to the entrance as the right side parking lot.

This location has been continuously degrading over the years. Standard stuff that you typically take for granted is not available for days together. The Costco close by ( a few miles further north) seems to be very very well stocked in almost everything that we need.. either there has been a change in the oversight or Costco Alpharetta is probably going to change the model.. something is not really aligning.. unable to put my finger on it.

The store deserves a 5 star rating, but the gas station is causing major problems for everyone who's trying to get into the parking lot. So far I was delayed every time I went, I will not go here for a while. Costco manager, if you see this review, please fix the problem, redirect traffic to the gas pumps from the other side, it would make everyone happy.

What is there not to love about Costco? This one even has a liquor store! We usually come here to fill up our gas and do some shopping. Look for clearance and markdown items with prices ending in .97. The workers here are helpful and courteous. Even with food prices going up, their hotdogs combo and rotisserie chickens are still the same price!

We LOVE Costco! Today, we decided to go fill up our gas tank, and then go shopping. We were waiting in the fuel line, and when it was finally our turn, our membership card didn’t work because it was expired (oops)!! The attendant came right over and swiped his card so we could fill up before going inside to renew. Fantastic service!

😠 The Store Manager was very lackluster and would not even make an attempt to assist. I'm so very disappointed in their service and have opted not to patronize again.
