What does it tell you about an automotive dealer, the place where you bought your car and always had it serviced, when they ignore you once you have a problem, including our service advisor, the Manager of the Service department and even the dealer GM. We shared we were having oil consumption issues during the past two service visits, including a recent complete service and each time they confirmed there were no issues. What they should have shared was that Volvo has a piston/oil consumption issue that Volvo settle a class action lawsuit for so we could get it handled, a $8-$10,000 repair. We are now battling Volvo corporate, even though our car only has 73,000 miles, when the lawsuit had them honor repairs for up to 100,000 miles. When you need your dealer to whom you have been loyal behaves in this manner it tells you all you need to know.

My experience with North Point Volvo was as good as could possibly be expected. Buying a car is a big decision and an involved and potentially stressful undertaking! Tony Craig, my salesperson, made it as calm and easy as possible. I shopped for my car off an on for a few months. Tony was available and always interested in the sale, without being pushy. He negotiated with me and answered all of my questions readily and seemingly happily. Even post sale, he has been helpful getting a few items added on to the car and making sure I know how best to work with the service department. I recommend this dealership and Tony!

My experience with North Point Volvo was as better than expected. Louis Dymant, my salesperson made it very easy for my wife and me. We test drove a couple and Louis was there to answer all questions that we had about the car, the different in models, the accessories, etc. After the sale, Louis helped us set up all the features in the car and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with everything. He also told us that anytime something comes up to not hesitant to contact him and he would help us with it. Louis was great to buy from and would recommend him and North Point Volvo to others!

Bought a vehicle from Anthony, he was great. Was not pushy, he's been in sales for a long time, he's straight to the point and no headaches of a traditional dealership. He's nice and knows his vehicles. Susie, the business manager, also was not pushy on any anything. Finance was what it should be,no funny business. Not all car dealers are created equal - this one stands head and shoulders above the rest. I went through 3 dealers to try to buy my car before I got to North Point Volvo. This was an out-of-state purchase. I live in Colorado. My sales rep was Anthony Jones and Suzi Brown was the finance manager that put together all my paperwork. Anthony was the perfect point person for this deal. Within a few hours of inquiring about the car, Anthony had sent me lots of photos and videos and answered a few feature-related questions. We had a negotiated deal the same day and I had all the paperwork to sign the next day FedExed to me with a return envelope. A few days later the car was mine. The bonus is that the transporter I used showed up at 6pm on Saturday to pick up the car, past their closing time, and Anthony stayed behind and made sure the car got picked up OK. The car arrived at my house flawlessly. Thanks to the whole North Point team for making this a pleasurable purchase!!

Not only did North Point beat every dealers price in a 200 mile range, they valued my trade and had an out the door price within a few hours (over the phone) that no other dealers could match. Our salesman, Anthony Jones, was very professional and went above and beyond to make things easy. If I had it to do over again I would absolutely make the 4 hour drive from Alabama and do it all over again. If you’re looking for a Volvo don’t look anywhere else.
