This RaceTrac is much more than a place to fill your tank up with gas. Open 24/7, this gas station offers the typical roller hot dogs, coffee, and fountain drinks, and they also have frozen yogurt and ice cream with toppings, freshly made breakfast sandwiches, and a beer cave. The station is well-lit and safe, located across the street from the Alpharetta Police Station. The employees are always friendly and efficient. They have an app, which includes a loyalty program.

The employees here are sometimy. Sometimes they nice, sometimes they not. Today that little girl was not nice and would have liked to caught an old fashioned whoopin!!! Employees should never talk to customers like that. Especially when the customer already trying to keep they cool together because of the rudeness!! I just wanted my food for work and get to work.

You have 2 extremely lazy employees working your night shift. Seems like 2:30AM Saturday they wrote some lousy sign and stuck it to the door saying they’re closed due to short staff while walking about inside. Then a black lady with a stanky musty attitude made a smart remark through the window. All I wanted was some gas to return my U-Haul. Whatta knucklehead. I’ll never return. Don’t want to chance encountering such poor customer service again.

Store likes to close randomly. Employees are present just hiding for some reason. 10 months later, the store is still closing randomly. I guess I'll just go over to the QT.

The store is open 24 hours but I pulled up at 5:45 to get coffee and the doors were closed there's people in there working and the doors were locked. I am finding more and more that these stores are not open 24 hours like they say the doors should not be locked if you're open 24 hours if you're going to close them you need to change your schedule hours so we can plan accordingly when we have to wake up and be at work at 6:00 in the morning thank you.

This location seems like a goldmine for any business owner, however... Came here 3 times at around 1 am. First time, a few people hanging out, a few people coming in and out. The staff didn't seem friendly (understandably probably end of shift etc), no donuts or roller items (understandably this is the time they clear it out and later setup for morning). The second time I came by there's a sign on the door saying they're closed due to staffing (common if someone calls out and for safety reasons). So I leave disappointed. The third time I come by, no note on the door, front door locked, and the same employee as last time doing something behind the counter. (Now I'm just sad that I can't go into my favorite overnight spot when I gotta work.) This a well designed location that could be doing sooo much more business if it were more consistent (-ly open). I didn't go there 3 days in a row but within a week. It's a nice location that I wish I could see during the day. If you have consistent services offered (being open etc), you will have consistent customers. This location is better than the QT around the corner, but they're always open. Racetrac also looks more inviting than that small QT. So not only am I sad that I can't go in, I have to go to a competitor that I don't care for just because I know they're open.

I wanted to get a propane cylinder exchanged. It wasn't very busy, only 1 or 2 other shoppers. I was told by one employee "I don't know how to do that." Another employee said "there's nobody here that can do that right now. Nobody has the key." Lame. I went to the BP down Westside Pkwy, the lady was by herself and still found time to help me. It is not a big deal but I felt lied to. How hard is it to open a cage and grab a new cylinder and put the old one in there and lock it back? I did it myself at the BP and was happy to do so.

I spend a hundred or 200 a week here. But not anymore. The lady last night give me the wrong product and then today when I took it back they wouldn't exchange it. Wasted $30. Brianna, the so-called shift manager was no help and rude. There's a reason QuikTrip is number 1 and I'll be sure to spend all my money there from now on.

They say it’s open 24/7 but employees will randomly lock the doors and shake their fingers at you and not let anyone in.

While I was washing my hands, the employee entered the bathroom, opened all the doors and checked. She was wearing latex gloves, as it should be. Later, while I was preparing my coffee, I saw her come out of the bathroom, she should have thrown away her gloves before leaving, but no; immediately, wearing the same pair, she touched all the spoons at the ice cream station and moved on to the cookies. When I told her that she had to change her gloves, she continued to handle everything and said that I surely hadn't washed my hands before going to get my coffee. People like her damage the proper functioning of this place. Good coffee and good atmosphere. Except today.

“””Brennon “” probably it’s not even his really name! He did not have his name tag on! He Start complaining today with me! With a customer! I been shopping in this racetrack for years since they open! and never have a problem until he believes is the owner of the store! Hopefully he gets fired!

I am absolutely completely stunned in amazement at this magnificintly wonderfully staffed Race Track location!!! When it first appeared on this corner, I was very skeptically inclined. But once I walked in to this wonderland of service and pleasure—every drink and snack department of my dreams, the freshest of fresh coffee selections, a beer cave, and, not to forget, a most incredible crew performing an unbelievably intricate swan dance to produce service like I have not seen from professional champions of dance on stage—it came and landed on my corner of the woods and nothing has been the same. I would like to take this opportunity on Google to give my very blessed thanks to Race Track forever and ever!! Never will I ever release from holding this location very very deeply in the pit of my heart in the warmest and loving regard, ever. Now... ONLY IF GAS WENT DOWN A DOLLAR or more, I would say it's a miracle, but everything is a miracle, anyway! it's all good!

Needed a snack. Grabbed a Builders Protein bar and an Arizona Arnold Palmer. Was not to busy at 8pm. Staff was great.

I get that there are reasons that attendants have to lock the doors to do certain tasks. But tell me why 4-6 homeless people (which doesn’t matter) could be sitting in there hanging out with said attendant and eating and drinking. If she is required to lock up for certain tasks then no one should be in there.

Love RaceTrac! It is of the same quality as QT gas station. The stores are decently clean and customer service was good.

Place has definitely gone down hill…..I live across the street and now I’ll just get in my car and drive 2 more mins to the QT and be on time. Gas, coffee and a receipt shouldn’t take 20 mins! Once staff are done eating, snarkling to each other or pretending they don’t see you, then you’ll get checked out or someone will pay attention to you! Mgr don’t care either, at 9 am in Fulton County weekday rush hour, act like you care….she dismissed me about why receipts don’t print at pumps for the last year (2nd time I told them) and rude in front of other customers to me.

This place is ridiculous. 10pm and the employee inside just announced that they’re closed and refused to let anyone come in.

Its super convenient and always clean. But some of the cashiers arent very helpful. They gave me the wrong mg of nicotine pouches and wouldn't refund even though it was their fault.
