Lori Mathis was our sales associate and she was fantastic. In all of my years of purchasing jewelry, this was by far my best experience and I have bought pieces from Solomon Brothers in the past. Let me tell you about the time I went to Solomon Brothers to browse for a 10-year anniversary ring. I didn't know much about rings, diamonds, really anything. My husband picked out my engagement ring and wedding band in 2009. So, I was walking in blind. Daniel was incredibly nice and consultative. He asked great questions and answered all my questions too. I really wanted a simple, single solitaire ring that complemented my wedding band. Daniel took his time with me and when I said I wasn't ready to make a purchase that day, he didn't flinch. I stopped in today to have a diamond replaced on my engagement ring. Daniel was super helpful in having it replaced as well as having my ring and band cleaned to look brand new again. While there, I looked around at wedding bands to add to my stack. Daniel went above and beyond to help me find a selection that would look best with my current set. He even honored the "Marry Me March" discount from last weekend to help save some money. Needless to say, it was an easy sell! My husband and I have been using Solomon Brothers since 2021 when we first started ring shopping. It didn't take long for us to become loyal customers to Solomon Brothers after the customer service we received (and continue to receive)! We have purchased all of our fine jewelry since then from them and will continue to do so for years to come. We have sent friends to Solomon who have also been pleased with their customer service and selection. I cannot recommend Solomon Brothers and their sales staff enough! My wife was looking for a new ring and started to look around here in the North Atlanta area and found a Solomon Brothers location in Alpharetta so she stopped in to browse. She met Daniel who took his time to listen to what she wanted to understand what she's looking for instead of pushing her in a direction she didn't want to go or maybe overstretch budget. Once my wife told me, I laughed once she told me the store name as 11 years ago when I was looking for her engagement ring I visited their Buckhead location and had the complete opposite experience and needless to say left that location without her ring. She asked me to come meet Daniel and at least look at a ring she liked. I wanted to support my wife, but had bad taste in my mouth walking in. I too was quickly surprised with this change in mindset and experience as he was very knowledgeable about their products and also wanted to connect with me to ease any of my concerns. My fiancé and I had the best experience working with Daniel at Solomon brothers to design my dream engagement ring! We were passed down my late grandmothers engagement ring and wanted to reset the center diamond into a new setting. I wanted it to be simple and classic for everyday wear but unique. Daniel worked with me twice in the store, while I tried on a variety of rings and picked out my favorite components of each to customize my personal dream ring. He sent me CAD drawings of the ring after it was perfected by the designer at Solomon brothers and made sure I approved it before moving forward. Once I approved it I told him to keep me out of the loop so my fiancé could pick it up and still have a little element of surprise to our engagement :) It’s been 4 months since he proposed and I still can’t stop staring at my ring every day. The small details amaze me and the fact that it’s my grandmothers diamond makes it so special. Thank you so much to Daniel for making this such a wonderful experience for us. They don't care what you need or can afford, they will always provide the best service. Their selection is top notch and have a very wide selection of jewelry and they know every piece they have.
