Their customer service is 👌👌.Kim always patiently answers your each question.She is beyond knowledgeable. After doing both Salt and Infrared Sauna,I feel so energetic and positive. Body feels relaxed and light. I think everyone should experience this place to get health benefits.I love starting my each day with meditation in Salt room and Infrared Sauna. The music is very relaxing. My kid and husband also love going there. Salt therapy helps with seasonal allergies.Each day after finishing I so look forward to going back. I feel so fortunate to find SaltnSauna.This place is sparkling clean. Beautifully decorated and organized. I wish I could have find this place earlier.Highly recommend.

I'm so glad I found this place! I was looking for a place to get a great sweat in to detox my body. I hadn't really looked into halotherapy until I saw their salt room. Then the next week I picked up something in my lungs after being in a gross lake, not sure what but it was difficult to breathe all the way out. I decided to do both salt and sauna every day for a week and honestly felt a difference in my breathing after just the first day. The space is very clean, beautiful, and serene. It's a very relaxing experience even with a ton of sweat! I love this place!

I was a visiting from Macon and found that this was the nearest sauna. Very pleasant experience. The type of infrared sauna they have doesn’t even compare to the others in GA. Worth the money folks. The lady that works in the front is very chill and helpful. 🌞

This place is a goldmine. I'm in Alpharetta for a very significant month of my life and just happened to drive by, thinking a sauna sounded good. I ended up discovering halotherapy here and finding relief for the headaches that have plagued me for decades. The owner Kim is delightful and her best advertisement. I only wish this could be a huge franchise so I could go back home in LA!

As a professional CrossFit athlete, I'm always on the lookout for new ways to speed up my recovery and Salt n’ Sauna Wellness definitely does the trick! I love how clean the studio is and how welcoming the staff is. Kim always know what temperature to put my sauna at and asks questions how I’m feeling if we need to adjust anything and I absolutely love that. :) The music and atmosphere takes all my stress away. After using Salt’n Sauna’s dry salt therapy and the sauna for about a week, the edema that worried my GP was gone and I lost three of the ten pounds gained in the hospital. Great service, Kim is very knowledgeable, it is great to work with her. The saunas are well kept, clean and relaxing. I feel great and relax every time I use the infrared sauna. I also use the salt sauna when ever I have a cold or sinus. It seems to clear my airways and congestion. I see many benefits to use Salt n' Sauna.

I totally love Salt n' Sauna. I do salt therapy regularly for health reasons and always leave feeling great. The facility is beautiful and super clean. Each sauna and salt room is private, which I prefer to other facilities that put multiple people in the same room.. The owner, Kim, is super nice and very knowledgeable.

Our family began going to Salt n’ Sauna this past summer and it’s a staple in our lives now. My husband and I go to ease any soreness after workouts and our daughter plays volleyball and uses salt therapy with infrared sauna to reboot her body before and after playing. I used the salt therapy /infrared after finding myself winded from stupid COVID and NOW I’m back to running and playing sports without getting winded within 5 min. I had never gone to these types of places until now (I’m old school and used to think eat right, drink water and exercise… I still believe in that recipe, but combine that with salt and sauna and at 52, I have the energy of a 30 year old. Ask the owner about her story… she’s certified, is VERY knowledgeable, helpful …and I one of the most positive people you’ll ever meet!

Salt n’ Sauna is everything that I hoped it would be! The salt booths are phenomenal and I breathe better than I have in a long time, and the infrared saunas are night and day above any infrared sauna I’ve ever done. I’ve never sweat so much in my life. I fell in love with this place at my first visit. I had been wanting to try a sauna for quite some time and am so glad I did! I was impressed with Kim, her knowledge about all things health related and her passion for helping people. The sauna rooms are all clean and well stocked with towels and tea tree spray. Drop by like I did and see for yourself. This place is the best!

When I started going to Salt n Sauna at the beginning of December, my blood pressure was 192/138 at its highest. It was fluctuating every day I measured it but my top number wouldn’t go below the 150’s. So I decided to give the infrared a try. It didn’t go down right away but I’m happy to say that I’ve been as low as 128/33 at the lowest and I am mostly in the 130’s -140’s since using infrared. No pills, just sauna. I try to go at least twice weekly and plan to keep going.
