    Great place to stay. The staff are always friendly and willing to help. The few minor issues I've had were always addressed by the time I returned for the day. Just gotta get the car charging station back up!

    My only complaint was housekeeping knocked on the door at 9:00 in the morning the day of departure just to ask if we were checking out. I think that is a policy that should change immediately. After my husband told them we were indeed checking out, you could hear them knocking on other guests doors asking the same question. I've never had that happen at any other Hotel I've stayed in. Other than that, this is a fantastic hotel with amazing staff!!!

    Upon check-in we were told of all of the services and amenities. It was 1:30pm the restaurant is open for lunch until 2:00pm. We dropped our bags and went to lunch, we arrived in the restaurant at 1:40pm and were told we wouldn't be served. We had no hot water in our rooms shower, the sink had hot water but the shower. We told them immediately and were not given a different room to have a hot shower in the morning. The linens and beds themselves were not the quality that I would expect from a Hilton and at this price point.

    Very nice hotel! Decent rooms, but our bathroom door needed repair. It wouldn't close properly and you had to pull up on the door to make it close, with a loud thump (not good in the middle of the night while others are sleeping). The pool area is very pretty, looks so inviting!! But the little bit of time I had to enjoy it, it was closed for cleaning. Then I was charge for breakfast that was included in my room fair and had to call for a refund. After being on hold for several minutes, the hotel employee was very pleasant and issued a refund to my card. All in all, it's a nice hotel. I'll more than likely stay there again in the future.

    Depends on what you want.->> This hotel’s location is wonderful— McDonald’s and a lot of other fast food places are a few minutes away. The rooms were very very nice and clean! I was really let down that the pool was full of bugs and the water looks real dirty. The front desk staff Carlos was really nice and got us our keys really quickly! The room was sanitized and the shower is a little small for a 250 dollar hotel. I was really dissatisfied with not having free or at least less expensive breakfast.

    Walked in and loved the entrance and the room was clean and comfortable. My issue resides with the customer service and how I was handled when I had an issue with the missing hygiene products in the shower. I felt dismissed and bathed in excuses by the supervisor and manager. They need better customer relation skills.

    This whole hotel seemed really well done to me. I was here for a business trip so the hotel was chosen for me. It is still just a room with a bed, tv and a bathroom but it is obviously more upscale than my usual tightwad locales. The room had a full wall window. The shower was large and had really nice looking tile. I found the bed to be comfortable and there was no noise to bother at night. I will give a specific mention of the staff and service. Very friendly and helpful.

    Christmas Regional visit /Best Hilton I have ever booked a stay with. Front Desk Gentleman was excellent; 7am to 3pm / Manager excellent /The guy and young lady at the Pizza oven / 7 to 3 excellent. Wonderfully appointed / Outside Property Ownership from Hilton Corporate may be the factors regarding. Small chipping of furniture in the Rooms/ Maintenance should observe / The property is far too beautiful and New in its Opening for such small oversight. My {Go To} place of stay when in the Region. 7 Stars//////////

    Brand new hotel that was very nice in appearance. Enjoyed stayed didn't care for how hard the beds were. I also disliked that after hours I wasn't able to access building with my mobile key. Seeing how I never went to the desk to get an actual key because I checked in online; that can be an inconvenience. Overall I would recommend to others and return myself.

    We stayed two nights at the Hilton Alpharetta. Our room was large, clean, and quiet. We really liked the decor. Our room faced the front of the property giving us a nice view of a nearby park. The neighborhood was safe and we went for some evening walks in the park. All the hotel personnel we encountered were friendly and helpful. The only negative was the shortage of luggage carts when we went to depart. We would definitely stay here again.

    Nice, clean and what you would expect from a Hilton hotel. However, for the price per night, having to spend $15/day for continental breakfast (cereal, danish, yogurt, apple, orange, milk, juice) is a little off putting. Decided to not do continental breakfast and opted for the simple breakfast and biscuits and gravy with eggs. Both came with “breakfast potatoes” which are tater tots and the entire meal was bland and over priced for what we got. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. The weather was not great to enjoy the pool area and I plan to check out the fitness center during my stay here a well.

    Stayed for one night for a friend's wedding and everything was so clean and pristine. The pillows were comfortable. Parking is complimentary and they had a toothbrush for me since I forgot mine.

    Booked 1 night using my points for a standard 1 king. Asked for an upgrade at checkin and front desk clerk upgraded us to a suite! I love upgrades when I can get it as a Diamond member. Suite was huge with a balcony. We enjoyed the space. Especially having 2 separate bathrooms so he didn’t have to wait for me to use the toilet. It also has a his/hers sink. The rain shower had a good water pressure. Hotel had lower occupancy because it was Thanksgiving week so it was very quiet. We used the F&B credit for dinner and champagne at the bar later in the evening. Food was good and service was quick. I booked the room so my partner can experience the executive lounge but it was closed. The suit upgrade made up for it. We will definitely be back and hopefully the lounge is open by then.

    One of the best locations to stay as the property is breathe, taking. Otherwise, all sheets need to be changed once a guest checks out. I had to change rooms due to the smell of urine on the bed. The new room was sprayed down with lysol, which was suspect. Otherwise, my stay was good

    This Hilton is quite lovely. They have a wonderful lobby and a large bar space for gathering. The room was comfortable and clean and very soundproof! I could not hear anyone in the hall. The layout was great with plenty of space for luggage and extra seating spaces. The bathroom is a bit tight but has lots of counter space.

    The hotel was clean and everyone was very nice! We ate at the restaurant and enjoyed our experience! GA Peach tea sprite instead of coke - YUM Tropical drink was also good Bowl Salad with the balsamic dressing was perfect for what I was wanting! Mac and cheese, Burge, and fries were good! Especially the fries! Altogether, a great stay!

    Liked the hotel, location and friendly staff. Would have been 4 to 5 stars except for 1) the difficulty getting coffee in the AM and 2) quality of breakfast. I like a coffee first thing…most hotels of this caliber have coffee freely available in the lobby.. I had to wait at the bar and pay. Looked forward to breakfast, had an omelette with powdered eggs, greasy tater tots, burnt bacon….salmon was good.

    Place was dirty. Service was slow and unresponsive. One of the managers acted like we were bothering her when we were asking to check out the rooms we were staying in. We had an appointment to speak with her and she was 45 minutes late. Would not recommend. Place was a bit dirty. For a newly built hotel what a disappointment. I blame management for poor training, poor standards, and lack of customer service.

    The hotel lobby and bar area is beautiful. There were several private events during my stay and it did not interfere with my plans. We ate at the restaurant and it was delicious. We did not use the pool but it looked like an average small square hotel pool with a few chairs around. The rooms were the basic Hilton hotel rooms. The room was clean. Our room was across from elevator and guests in the hallway could be heard late into the evening. If you do not have a car the hotel is not walkable to other restaurants or businesses.

    Nice hotel, great location, good amenities including brunch, pool, exercise room, work station in lobby, nice rooms, etc. But what set it aside was the service, which was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure comfort while working all day in the lobby area. It was much appreciated!

    I truly cannot say enough great things about the Hilton Alpharetta. We had 35+ rooms for my son's wedding. The staff made sure all of our guests were comfortable and happy. Any time someone needed anything (towels, trash bags, drinks, etc.) the staff went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful gathering. John, Carlos and the people at the front desk were amazing. Jenni and her team in group reservations answered all my questions. The hotel was beautiful, clean and met all of our needs and beyond. The suite was perfect and we look forward to coming again. Cheers and salute to the staff at Hilton Alpharetta.

    Very new hotel in a great spot. The employees are very friendly and the rooms clean. My problem is with the temperature control in the room, the thermostat had to be set on 60 degrees to even remotely cool the room and then it was still too humid in the room. Everything felt damp. This is my second time staying here and both rooms, different floors had the same issue. They have ample parking but there is no ramp to get on to the sidewalk from the parking lot forcing you to lift your suitcase up and over the curb or walk in the driveway. I don’t know how people in wheelchairs are expected to do it. That should have been caught by the county during construction.

    I just spent Wednesday through Sunday there and I absolutely love when I go to that part of Atlanta to stay in this hotel. As soon as you walk in it is well lit, bright beautiful gorgeous lights, the staff is polite & friendly, everyone makes you feel welcome. the hotel itself is very clean - love love love the shower. I love everything about the hotel

    My boyfriend and I stayed here Saturday night-Tuesday morning of labor day weekend and we loved it!!! It was our first time at this hotel and it was such a good experience! The foyer area is so nice and the staff was always super friendly. The food is good! The rooms are very clean and nice, including the in-room bathrooms. The king size bed is the comfiest bed we’ve ever slept in at a hotel! In fact, we were only planning on staying until Monday morning, but decided to come back and book another room for one more night! ...Hotels can sometimes be a hit or miss, this one was definitely a hit! Highly recommend!

    Basically, I loved it here. The hotel is still less than a year old and well taken care of. Thank you Hilton for supplying Lysol wipes and sanitizer throughout the property. The front desk staff was nice. Renee checked us in and our room was fabulous. We had the corner suite with a connector and it exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to visit again this spring.

    New hotel but very poor service. Food and drink service in lounge ends at 9 - far too early for a full service hotel. Breakfast was not open due to lack of staff, but hotel offered no communication of that. When we tried to use the lobby instead, the lobby was dirty and full of drink glasses and napkins from the evening before, with no overnight cleaning.

    My stay was just okay. It's a new property so everything is beautiful and clean. The pool is beautiful and there's a nice outside/inside seating area. The gym is well equipped. Our room was cold and we were unable to adjust the temperature, the shower was lukewarm, and breakfast wasn't great. I would have liked to see healthier options such as oatmeal and yogurt on the breakfast bar. Unfortunately these 3 factors are the most important things for us. We hate being cold so we love to be able to adjust the temperature. And we like a hot shower and a good breakfast before we hit the road. The staff was polite.

    Hotel was nice! Everyone at the front desk was nice! Our room was clean and cold when we walked in. Which was perfect on a June day! We enjoyed the pool and they have an outside bar! The bar by the pool closed around 6pm. Would have been nice if it stayed open until 8 pm. The pool area is nice. It has an outdoor shower and restrooms by it. Security is big, you need your room key to access everything. The bar inside the lobby looked nice and there is plenty of sitting area. Overall, we were happy with our experience. The price was great for our room and our drinks from the bar by the pool were reasonably priced.

    I stayed at this hotel, and accidentally forgot a quilt that I had been given by my grandmother. It has taken me numerous phone calls, and hours of my time to get them to say that they had found the quilt. So now I have spoken to 3 vile and hateful people at the hotel, so I called the Hilton customer service line. I chose to give feedback about my recent stay, and was well received on the line. I explained my situation, and THEY reached out to the property. I was informed that I had to speak with the property to have my quilt sent back to me, or I could be connected with "Guest Assistance", and they could make the arrangements to have it sent to me. Now, I am talking to guest assistance, and they tell me that they can not have the item sent to me, that I would have to come get it. I asked if I lived in California, I would not be able to come get it. The person on the other line called the hotel and they would only send it if they were able to talk to me... So I am at work and have spent a good part of my day handling something that could have been handled with a better procedure. A procedure that would inform the guest as soon as housekeeping found an item that was left in a room, and get that item bac to them in a way that was not stressful for the property or the guest. But I guess that is too much to ask.

    Our stay was excellent and the staff was very accommodating. The front desk concierge made us feel right at home, we were greeted with warm smiles and positive attitudes. The restaurant had an amazing breakfast buffet and the height of our morning was the waitress, Karen Flowers, she took her time and gave us the best service ever!!

    We stayed here for 1 night the room was ok after being out all day we headed back ready for bed to find what looked like nail clippings or something on the sheets. I called the front desk advised Carlos he accommodated my request for fresh linen , however changing sheets at 11pm was not ideal. The breakfast was not clearly explained at check in so I feel that should be addressed. After choosing the buffet option I wasn’t impressed so I tried to order a waffle where I asked “was the buffet not enough for me” and that I should just get fruit instead. Not sure that I would return. It seemed like a nice hotel definitely room for improvement.

    Beautiful hotel and excellent service as always expected at Hilton. The Executive Suite was perfect and the lounge area was great!! I had a one night stay this time but will definitely be back to eat at the restaurant and further enjoy my stay.

    This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the customer service is great. We had a business event at the hotel and Janice, Jeni, Mina and her team were superior! Thank you so much for making our experience flawless and we didn't have to worry about anything. The hotel is very clean and immaculate. We will definitely be having another event again.

    My wife and I hosted our wedding party here onsite, we were able to book their rooms with ease and utilize the space for a rehearsal walk-through. Stacey and Jenni were a huge help in making sure our stay was 1st class all the way! We will definitely be staying here many times to come.

    Everything was good. Clean room and bathroom. Wish the comforter was softer. I loved the view from my room. I'm a big fan of big windows and get natural light.

    Overall amazing facilities, staff and atmosphere. The rooms are very comfortable and plenty of space to storage your clothes and other items. It would be nice to have a microwave in the rooms. The executive lounge doesn't have any services which is a bummer for us frequent business travelers. The outdoor pool was also close but it looked inviting. The snack bar area by the pool looked relaxing and a great place to cool off in the summer.
