Ich bin das erste mal in Frankfurt auf der Buchmesse gewesen und wahrscheinlich auch zum letzten Mal. Derjenige der für die Planung zuständig ist, hat leider total seinen Job nicht gut gemacht. Wie kann man nur alle interessanten Verlage in eine Halle packen, so das es einfach nur überrannt wird, anstatt die Verlage auf die verschiedenen Hallen zu verteilen. Die Buchmesse hätte wirklich mein Highlight werden können, aber durch diese beschissene (und das ist wirklich nett ausgedrückt) Planung war es für mich der Horror

Wie immer eine tolle Buchmesse. Ja es ist anstrengend den ganzen Tag dort zu verbringen, aber es lohnt sich. Wir hatten das Glück, Diane Kruger auf dem blauen Sofa zu sehen und unsere Tochter hat sogar ein Autogramm von ihr bekommen. Sonst gibt es natürlich wieder sehr viele Eindrücke zu neuen Büchern und Autoren. Das Crime Thrill Event war genial.

Die Buchmesse war super. Leider extrem voll, aber für mich als Autor ist Publikum wichtig.

Viel zu voll. Schlecht organisiert. Toilette nicht aufgefüllt. Zu teure Speisen. Von Messen erwartet man, dass sie dich immer wieder aufs neue überraschen. Das ist bei der Buchmesse FFM nicht gegeben. Es war zu jedem Zeitpunkt viel zu voll. Alles Highlights waren in einer Messehalle zusammen geworfen und somit hat es bei den Autogrammstunden zu noch mehr Gedränge geführt. Auch die Preise der Bücher waren leider gleich zum Einzelhandel. Jetzt kann man an der Stelle sagen: Bücher sind preisgebunden, dennoch sind Messen ja für diese Besonderheiten bekannt. Ich werde sie nicht mehr besuchen!

Well designed huge book fair place

Voll, laut und warm, so kann man die Buchmesse zusammenfassen. Und das ist nicht nur für Frankfurt zu sagen. In Leipzig war es nicht anders. Aber so ist das auf der Buchmesse nun mal. Es gab viel zu sehen und zu reden. Von mir 5 Sterne.

Es ist die Buchmesse in Frankfurt. Was soll man dazu sagen? Es war schön wie immer, das einzig wirklich anstrengende waren die Signierstunden in der Halle 3.0. Dadurch entstand ein Mega Stau. Ansonsten war alles wie man es sich wünscht.

A lot fewer people on the days open to the public than two years ago, there were still massive queues in front on the few food trucks in the Agora. A lot of places didn't take cards and there are no cash machines anywhere. It was nice to walk around without the massive crowds, but there were fewer exhibitors too. No publishers at all from the UK. What's up UK?

Ich war sehr enttäuscht. Zu viel Leute und noch mehr Leute bis zum Kasse gehen, falls ich das Buch kaufen will. Die Preise für die Bücher sind gleiche wie im ganz normalen Laden. Kein Rabatt. Es lohnt sich nur für der Autor sehen, sonst lohnt es sich nicht.

It is my annual station, i like to see what's new share a new experience and have a look what the new guest country prepared, each year there is a guest country, for this year Slovenia did a great job to interoduce their culture and book variety. The Fair is really big and you can count at least to spend four to six hours if you want to dive through different continents. And of course some place could be packed as i show in the photo.

Visited the auto show in 2019, good show, pretty ladies, beer and pretzels, what more could I ask, I did not win the Mercedes 680. Nuts...

Huge expo. So well organized. The only downside is wifi. This is terrible: why couldn't they make free wifi everywhere?!

very large, recommend to take u bahn instead of driving

Great fair, well organized, lots of interesting stuff. One star deducted because the website's navigation and search are awful, it was a nightmare to find anything.

Less crowd, well managed. Hope the pre Covid partipation happens at the Messe on 2023.

The turnout was great over the weekend. The cosplay area had a great collection of merchandises . Costume party was not in Par with what comicon has and mostly participated by teenagers. The book section was also elaborate but never spotted a star author .
