Not a single star….staff on reception was too much bad manner, misbehave and aggressive. He didnt know how to speak with customer. In front of My family and 3 children he was completely out of his senses and he said to me i am not allowed to enter this area. Oh my God i did not see such a thing on reception specially on children playing area. Be careful and i think we should avoid such places in order to teach them lesson how to deal with customers and families.

Best place for kids after covid rules as well... there should be a membership of monthly basis family cards but rules NO!

The behavior of the staff at reception is very bad. He talked very rudely

It was perfect and my son loved it. However slide was a bit scary for us 😂 think we have to wait one more year for that 😉 Personel is wanderufel. High five from us👏👏

Perfect place for a family fun, even for small babies like our daughter (11 months old). The Indoorspielplatz has also a corner for babies 0-3. We have enjoyed:)

it's nice place for kids day out .nothing for teens but good enough for younger ones. food is good not that expensive. overall no regrets coming here.😊😊😊😊

We were invited to a birthday party. The children had a great time. It is not a very big place so it is easy to watch the children, but they have many activities.

Expensive compared to facilities. There's no lock at the women's toilet. The service wasn't so polite. The play area is clean and not very crowded so thought of this, but far from Frankfurt.

Good costumer service. It was a little small compared to other I have been to but the kids seemed to have fun.

Really nice indoor playground, has everything you need for your children. Trampoline, three sliders, one air Castle and a lot of games. Parents can have some coffee and food there( pommes, chicken nuggets). One star minutes because it was feeling cold inside for the parents. The kids are sweating anyways :)

We are tourists from England and came here because of the good experience of our friend’s, everything is good cheap but the staff is not friendly the old man waiters speak rudely to my daughter because she can’t remember the nr on the table.

Nice place. Full of exciting spots. Children have great fun there,and few grown ups too 🤩

Great place for children to play. The sitting area is much more convenient compared to some other indoor parks that I’ve been to. You can see the children whilst sitting whereas other places the sitting area is separated from the play area. Food is average.

Our 6 year old had tons of fun, and the reception was very helpful.
