The Bubble Tea are tasty and the owners are very friendly and nice. I try to go at least once a week - their list of options is so extensive, it'll take me a long time to go through all of them!

The additional owner is really friendly, i go there everyday and the owner always greets me with a smile and a friendly compliment, the tee is really good might be too sweet for some people but i highly recommend trying it😁

I usually give 2nd chances. But this 2nd chance is as bad as the 1st! I ordered caramel milk tea with tapioca & lychee bubbles. I only tasted the the powdered coffee creamer! It was not even a bit cold! That’s why I needed to put ice cream when I got home to add a bit taste on it! If they won’t improve, I don’t think they will last long. The best bubble I have ever tasted was in Frankfurt Hauptwache. They are a bit secluded, but people still go there. The best advertisement is always the people’s good impression. The word of mouth travels fast! The Bubble tea in Neu-Isenburgzentrum was even better than yours.

The main flavor of the tea (caramel, jasmine, etc.) is really good, you can feel the taste quite clear. The bubble is good for me too. In addition, the owners are nice and friendly. Because they have just opened the store for 2 months, the service is still incomplete. You must make demand clearly from the beginning like including ice or no ice as default, more sugar (for an Asian like me, the boba taste is not as sweet as I want), add bubble (it is not included by default, 0.5€ for each kind of additional bubble). Will try another time to see if there is any improvement in the taste and service.

Super nice lady at the counter, especially patient with people who have no idea and order their first drinks. I have to admit I usually don't order Bubble Tea but Milk Tea. I love their Assam Milk Tea :)

Matcha latte did not taste like matcha. Standard milk tea was ok, but they are using milk powder instead of real milk and you taste the difference

My daughter's favorite bubble tea spot to visit. We tried the sushi last weekend and it was really good. The staff was very friendly.

Sushi taste fine and are way fresher than the ones in supermarkets. A bit too much wasabi in the temaki. But the things that I was disappointed the most about is definitely the bubble tea and the poke bowl. Bubble taste fine but is lukewarm at best when it arrive (i chose wenig eis) and all the ice is already gone. This is not a one of but happened three out of three times since I ordered from them. No ice left just lukewarm bubble tea. And also about the poke bowl, i really hope they change the option on Lieferando so that you can get the Lachs bowl with only salmon and avocado or any toppings of your choosing instead of putting soy beans and such which in my opinion ruins the dish. But all in all I think they can do great. Quick delivery and good attitude from delivery driver. Would have given a 3.5 but that’s not possible and four is too generous since they messed up something so significant to their business. Good luck.

When I ordered they had no tapioca anymore. The milktea was okay, not very good. Their kid likes to block the entrance to the shop.
