The location of this hotel is great for my needs. It has decent amenities - fitness center, pool, restaurant, conference rooms, patio area (5 stars). The rooms are decently and somewhat updated. However, the windows do a poor job of blocking the nearby highway traffic noise. The plumbing is also very noisy. Whenever someone in adjoining rooms use the water, it will be easily heard. The hallway noise comes through loud and clear. Bedding is just OK. The mattresses are too firm. The pillows, sheets, and comforters are decent. (3 stars). Like many hotels seeking to increase profits by decreasing services, this hotel does not provide room cleaning refreshes everyday. I stayed for four nights and didn't receive service even once. Free coffee is available in the restaurant area but on my last visit, the regular coffee container was completely empty at 7:30am. (2 stars).

I'm very torn about this review. While I think the decor is beautiful and the location is great if you need to be in that area for whatever reason, I also feel the cleaning standards are mediocre. Yet it's still probably one of the better options in the area. General cleaning was fine but every corner has dirty and dust build up that is just disgusting. I don't even know how you clean without cleaning corners, maybe I was raised by clean freaks but I was taught to clean everything from the ceiling to the floor, baseboards, corners, etc. While I'm sure they don't have time to move furniture and I don't expect that, I do expect visible areas to not have muck built up in them. I was only there for one night so I lived with it for the night and checked out but next time I'm in town, I'll probably just drive from other parts of town that have met my standards like Oak Brook or downtown Chicago.

Mark is the Manager at this hotel he is very Racist From the moment I got there , he knew who I was because my sister had just called him and told him I was coming to get the key to add me to the room . He asked for a ID which I gave, and he gave me a room key. Shortly after that, I noticed this man literally followed us everywhere. First, he followed us when we got on the elevators. Then, shortly after that Once we came downstairs to the pool , Stop asked for wristband I then made sure everybody had on Then he left shortly after that, he followed us in the hallway when we were getting back on the elevator , We came right back down until like 9:00pm Then we went back upstairs. Once we got upstairs, he then begin knocking on the room door. I came to the door he complained about the kids, laughing and being loud I explained to him that they were getting ready for bed, we will keep the noise down. He came five minutes later claimed it was another complaint and then told us if he gets one more complaint we will be asked to leave. I’ve been told him they only four five six years old and their coloring you just hear them laughing they’re not running they’re not disruptive we’re in the room which we pay for . He then left not even a hour later he was coming back this time asking us to go which he then called the police and we had to leave . Making toddlers go outside with their pores open in the rain because they were laughing being kids and this man (mark ) was a racist that don’t care for Black kids and was upset they was there . So this hotel should be a kid free hotel because you spend your money they give u all these wristbands then gone follow you around then try and kick u out once they see your color of your skin This is ridiculous and we got no money back no security deposit. This is unacceptable and to be racial profile before you even come in it’s ridiculous . We stayed at this hotel multiple times every year for the last 3/4 years Never treated like this so corporate needs to know about it. Whoever is over this hotel needs to know about it. And if your BLACK with kids you should know what happened . The room came with 5 wristbands per room we had 3 rooms altogether . So kids was going to be there regardless unacceptable and shame on Mark which is the Manager .

I stayed here pre-COVID for a family reunion. It was great. Stayed here this weekend and checked out after 1 day. My room had a weird smell. There was a half bottle of water that I’m guessing the previous guest drank out of. It was left on the table with the other bottle of water and still had the $2.00 Hilton tag on it like nothing was wrong. There were brown spots in my bathroom sink. Maybe makeup? Not sure. Hair in my tub that wasn’t mine. There is a maintenance guy who I guess checks the pool periodically. A lot of kids were in the pool, he seemed to hyper fixate on the black kids when all the children were just playing and being kids. He seemed to pick them out. I hate to say that, but I observed it twice. And that’s what it was giving. Won’t be staying here again.

Check in was easy. The warm housemade cookie was nice to have after a long drive. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was spotless which takes up most of the weight when I'm rating hotels. Love the toiletries they supplied. The scent was delicate yet you felt clean without harsh chemicals. The bed was extremely comfortable as well. There were multiple points of entry which made coming and going really easy. The staff was very friendly and addressed all of our inquiries thoroughly. The breakfast buffet the next day was pretty good. They had hot and cold foods. It was convenient for us. Would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

So I would give it 3.75 if I could the evening I checked the front desk just wasn’t friendly enough for me and I feel like one caught an attitude with me for purchasing snacks. When I got to my room, which was 2 double beds and laid in one it sank, but the room was clean. I do wish the bathroom has shower caps and lotion. The next morning the front desk person, who was different than night before crew-thankfully-, room service, and the person who delivered for room service saved my experience they were all great.

I booked my stay through the park/sleep/fly website because that was the most convenient for my elderly parents and me to find parking for our car during our trip. We needed to leave our car for just under two weeks and we stayed overnight the night before our flight. We were so tired upon arrival to the hotel, we decided to just stay at the hotel and have dinner there, which was surprisingly good and was served by a good-natured, kind man. (We loved the warm cookies upon arrival too!) Then upon our return, we experienced some difficulty in getting back to Chicago and had to have our flights changed. I was concerned because I had given the front desk my return flight info but now everything was different and we would be coming in late at night, on a different day. Thankfully, Melissa, who answered the phone when I called several times to try to keep her updated with the changes, was really friendly and helpful. John was our driver to and from the airport and he was extremely professional and helpful. When John dropped us off at Midway at the beginning of our trip, he was right on time, he handled all our heavy luggage, and he helped my elderly parents in and out of the van. We definitely appreciated his kindness! I also appreciated how clear he was when dropping us off regarding where he would pick us up when we returned. I can see how many travelers could get confused regarding pick-up but John had explained very well to us where we should meet him when we returned. (This saved a ton of time and frustration.) Upon arrival to the hotel parking lot, John drove right over to our car and was extremely helpful again with all of our luggage. I would like to recommend these employees for some sort of recognition as well as a raise. Had Melissa not been so helpful or responsive on the phone, John would not have had any idea about our changed plans. I’m incredibly thankful for this good experience and I will recommend your hotel/shuttle service to any/all of my friends needing to fly in or out of Midway. Thank you so much.

Booked the wrong date and arrived the day after my booking, the hotel staff were extremely understanding and agreed to just move the booking date. This was entirely our mistake and it was very good of the manager to accommodate us. Booked another Hilton downtown for the next night on this experience alone. The room is nice and very clean, the hotel is quiet and the pool is nice. 10/10, would stay again.

I expected more I guess. The rooms were okay beds were comfy but they said my room came with breakfast and they later told me I couldn’t get it. Double trees usually give their guest free cookies but everytime we asked they were out (kinda a reason we picked it).I’ve stayed at other double trees in the past and had a lot of better experiences. Plus the hotel stunk!

If you do stay at this hotel just know you may become sick because our room was filled with mold at Doubletree Alsip. I stayed in room 515 from 10/28/23-10/31/23. There were so many issues with the room. Some of the lamps were not working and the bathtub was clogged. However, the most important issue was that there was molding in the room. It was on the same walls where the windows are located. The room smelled due to the molding and this is a HUGE safety concern especially because I was here with my mom that deals with breathing problems. I brought this up to the front desk and was told that I would receive Hilton honors points. That is not enough. The manager (I believe the name is Sam or Adam) did not come out to talk to us. I sent an email and contacted Hilton through Twitter first to resolve this issue. Again, all that was offered was points. They said I cannot be offered any sort of refund because we didn’t complain about the mold during our stay. First off, we were here for a family member funeral and only came to the room to sleep so we didn’t notice the mold until the morning of check out when it was snowing outside and we noticed how wet it was on the side where the windows are located. Secondly, our room was cleaned on 10/30. Why didn’t the cleaning staff or maintenance noticed the mold if the rooms are actually being cleaned? Thirdly, why would I want points to a place that offer moldy rooms? Extremely unacceptable. Please see pictures attached. Beware and be careful especially if you or family members deal with respiratory issues. This is suppose to be one of the better hotels in the area but I would take caution.

Double tree by hilton was ok. It could have been better. Inside the refrigerator was dirty and it doesn't get that cold like it should. I turned it up and it still didn't get cold. There is no free breakfast. Rooms are $179 a night and you STILL have to pay for breakfast. I never been to a hotel that does not give free breakfast. Anyway, the breakfast isn't even worth the price they asking. Tables and nightstand was dirty. I won't be going back to there. Not worth $200 a night.

Horrible customer service!!!! One star is far too generous for this location. Wish I could give zero stars. Night manager on duty is full excuses. Kept reiterating to me that customer service is not his job, his primary duty is engineering. Customer service agent selective about which rules apply and makes judgement calls on her own about what is allowable and what is not. If you are expecting this location to carry out the level of service of the Doubletree Brand you are going to be highly disappointed.

Just had an event in the banquet facilities and the service was phenomenal! What a great staff and the room is beautiful. They were attentive and professional every step of the way. The event was flawless, thanks to their attention to detail. We could not have asked for anything more. I highly recommend them for upcoming events and will definately be using them again.

We stayed with my family at this hotel. Everything was fine, friendly staff, clean room, breakfast was great but there was one disappointment. Daughter was bitten by bedbugs. It’s terrible, awful … she is scratching all the time.

The location of this hotel is kind of removed from the central business district, on the outskirts of the industrial area in Alsip. None of which should detract from the reality that this is a gem. The hotel is well appointed, conference rooms, fitness center etc, rooms are really nice and clean, sheets as well. Although the mattresses are a little dated, it would be nice if they had more modern mattresses. It has a full service bar and restaurant, and the food quality matches and even exceeds many mid-range restaurants around. Pricing is consistent with Chicago prices, so if you're used to traveling outside of the Chicago area expect a little sticker shock. Over all, would definitely recommend.

A very dated hotel in desperate need of an update. The rooms are stale and musty, the elevators are old and creaky, the hallways stink of marijuana. It feels more like a budget motel than a Hilton property. This weekend was apparently slow for the hotel so they just randomly closed the bar and restaurant a few hours early. We've stayed at this hotel many times over the years as my in-laws live nearby, but the hotel hasn't been properly maintained and staff seem unprofessional.

3 day stay with family members for a funeral. The hotel rooms were clean and quiet. Restaurant was good and all staff were friendly (especially Javier). Don't believe the negative reviews.

Great place to stay and rest. That cookie is always hot and fresh. Breakfast at the restaurant is quick and easy. I just didn't like the pillows, if I have any negative.

I'm submitting this review to acknowledge the outstanding service of supervisor Bonnie. I incorrectly booked my hotel reservation for Friday night only instead of 2 nights - Friday and Saturday. I didn't notice until Saturday morning when I got the paper invoice! I went to the front desk pleading for help with my problem. Bonnie told me there were no more rooms. Oh no!! Nevertheless, she kept plugging away at the computer for about 30minutes until she found a reservation for me. I didn't even have to switch rooms. She had sincere empathy for my predicament, and I'm so appreciative. Thank you Bonnie for being a life saver.

The staff was excellent, very nice and welcoming. I took my nieces to their pool and they brought out balls for them to play with, I needed a late check out and they accommodated me with that. The location is great, lots of food, grocery stores, shopping centers and fun. Yet, the room was dirty, my wife checked under the bed, bc we inspect anywhere we go and she found a pair of underwear, there was holes in the sheets and towels, and stains in the bed. I stayed here years ago with friends and we didn’t run into these problems but I though covid would make companies more adamant on cleanliness.

We decided to stay at the Double Tree to be close to the wedding venue and meet up with friends before and after the reception. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, the staff was friendly and helpful. The bar personell put up with our crowd and were very professional. The rooms were exceptionally clean as well.

At first it seems nice, but when u go in the rooms it’s very smelly and the carpets are very dirty. The pillows had hair on them, dirty and smelly towels!! We also found fake eye lashes on the floor! I do not recommend this hotel at all😠 😡

Great location, rude staff and this hotel is need of an update our room was dirty and worn when I arrive I asked the front desk if they had my reservation and I was told no so I ask if they had a room for a two day stay. When I got my bill I was charged $190 a day but it was for three days. I asked why and I was told that one day would not be charged to my account but it was and I was told that one day charge was for the reservation that was made for the day before I got there so they got the reservation date wrong and they lied to me twice!

My wife and I stayed for one night at this hotel. The lobby is very nice and I could tell that this hotel is used to host meetings and tasteful parties and events at. The hotel is spotless, hats off to their staff. Our room was very clean and had a nice TV. Our room had a mini fridge that kept our beverages and leftover carryout nice and cool. We went swimming in their pool and the temperature was perfect and the pool area was very clean as well. Comfy beds too. The hotel is located right next to I-294, however the building is well insulated to sound and you cannot hear the highway. Plenty of parking in a well lit lot. My wife and I live local, and this was a getaway night for us, and we will come back.

I went to the DoubleTree for a friend's birthday party. I was really impressed with the lobby area. It was clean and well-maintained. The room where the party was held was spacious and had a nice dance floor. The food was pretty good, especially the cream of chicken soup. The location is great because it is located right off the 294 expressway. The only issue was there was construction on 127th outside the hotel area. That made it a bit difficult to make a left hand turn from the parking lot. I cannot speak to the actual rooms but the DoubleTree is definitely a nice place to hold a party.

I had a horrible experience. There was a dirty wash cloth left in my room when I checked in. There was always hair all over the bathroom. The front desk said they would send someone to clean it. When I got back the room was the exact same. No one wants to be in a dirty room.

  • 4/5 Kaye Lee H. 9 months ago on Google
The bar was extremely expensive, the kitchen closed too early, should offer clean towels and empty trash daily. Everything else was superb friendly, clean, and overall an impressive Doubletree.

Pretty good hotel. It's an older property, but it's clean and quiet. I would stay here again. The only complaint I had was that I had to use the pump soap, from the shower, to wash my hands in the sink. I was surprised there was no soap by the sink. The restaurant had a delicious breakfast.

We had planned to frequent this hotel since we have a contract in this area. I explained the situation to lovely front desk lady that checked us in. She informed me that once I have the work start date, I can call to extend the stay. I contacted the front desk the next morning and asked to extend my stay for 2 additional nights. I was told it would be at a rate of $155 per night and that I have to come down to show my credit card and get a new set of keys. When I got to the front desk, Jairo then informed me that I can only extend my stay for 1 night at a rate of $179.00. I reiterated what I was told, he mentioned to me that he can only go by what the computer says. While this is true and he has no control over the prices, his delivery could have been better. Problems do arise but it's the way things are handled makes me respect someone or a business. And thinking about it, he didn't even give me my Double Tree cookies (those cookies are so good). The room and laundry room was clean, and the surroundings were quiet. We received excellent service at the bar and restaurant. The food and drinks are pricey but it was worth every penny.

We had a great stay here. Staff were very attentive and service great. Jairo and the front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Restaurant has good food, rooms are comfortable and it was conveniently located.

For two days we asked the reception to change our room bedsheets because they didn’t smell fresh. On the third day the room was finally cleaned, but not throughly. The tissues in the bathroom weren’t restocked and the room trash can was not exchanged with a new bag. At night when we were going to bed we found lipstick and foundation stains on the duvet, we asked for new bedsheets and we received them but when we were changing the sheets we found a blood stain on the mattress protecter. It was absolutely disgusting to think that we have been sleeping on unwashed sheets for two nights!!

I never leave reviews unless my experience was over the top great or completely terrible In this case it was terrible!! The room was dirty and I asked to change the room and they said they had nothing else available so I told them I didn’t want to stay there at all I had booked a non refundable reservation which I understand but when the room was dirty with hair on the beds they told me they would refund me but I had to wait til l the morning since it was midnight when I checked in Come 6 in the morning we left after sitting in the chair all night and not one hour of sleep we left and before we left they reassured us again I would get a refund 2 weeks pass by of patience and still no refund many calls later to different people still telling me I’d get a refund Until the last time I spoke with the hotel and the front desk person told me he never said I’d get a refund! Sat there and made me put to be a liar! People are down right nasty when it comes to money

  • 1/5 Sue F. 7 months ago on Google
The beds were lumpy pillows flat and the air conditioning did not cool the room well. I had 3 rooms I did talk to the front desk and nothing was done to resolve the issue. Also about your cookies to be available to all that stay there we were there 2 nights and could never get even one. We had stayed there before and never had this amount of chaos. There was a gentleman that checked us out that was the kindest person ever. The rest needs training. The only hotels I stay with are in the Hilton family.

Great room. Service could have been better. Food really could have been better...even the stake was dry. But it was very clean. And some if the Servicers was even friendly enough to show me how to tie bow 4 different ways professionally.

  • 4/5 Shar D. 5 months ago on Google
Not a bad area to stay in. It was quiet for the most part but I hated being right there by the elevators. The room was clean but the beds weren’t comfortable, the cookies were hard and cut my upper mouth, and the customer service checking in and out wasn’t anything to remember or brag about. There were a lot of different food options nearby. 30 minutes from Harrah’s casino, 20+ minutes from the city, and overall an okay place to stay.

Had a what started off as a nice experience to a HORRIBLE one staff was nice upon arrival got to my room and bathroom had not been cleaned blood in the inner rim of toilet seat tissue had not been changed. Was offered another one bed room with a rollaway bed versus the two bed room I originally had to then be told they did not have any available and that they would get a maintenance person up to clean bathroom. So I ended up going down using lobby bathroom hour later maintenance came and cleaned bathroom took pics and said he would send it over to Housekeeping Supervisor. 8:30am was greeted by a housekeeper allowing their self access to my room after door latch was on and I’m yelling I’m in here and she proceeded to keep trying to push door open with latch until I was dressed and running to door. Then apologized stating they didn’t hear anyone. YET THE LATCH WAS ON DOOR and u proceeded to try and enter. Down to staff saying well we can give u complimentary breakfast and after checkout I get a bill and breakfast was added onto my bill. But hey I was given a $30 room credit and $20 back for breakfast after paying over $200 for a room. Just know I won’t be visiting their location anymore

Very loud all morning. Housekeeping loudly knocking on doors at 8 a.m. even though check out is at 12. I had to extend my stay by a night and went to the front desk in the morning. They already had our current room booked by 10 am so we had to switch rooms/floors which was kind of inconvenient but also confusing. Not sure why the person who booked with them and had not arrived yet couldn’t take the room they gave us on the first floor (same room type) and we could’ve just stayed with our wedding party on the second floor. Nonetheless extending my stay by a single night took them a very long time to accomplish and it seemed as if nobody knew how to use the computer. Additionally they said the rate was the same as the previous night however it was $50 dollars more and basically lied to my face. The first floor (room 109) smelled like sewage. Bed sheets also had stains. At least they kept the bar open late due to our wedding group which was nice of them and the bartender was great.

I generally like DoubleTrees. In this one, the rooms are fine, a little dated. The bathrooms could use a bit of an update, they are the older tub and shower style with the shower curtain and there is limited counterspace in the bathroom for personal hygiene items. The room is large and comfortable (I had a single king) with very ample desk space and a professional adjustable desk chair, great for working. Otherwise its a room. My toilet wasn't attached well to the floor, but otherwise the room was well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The bar is fine as far as hotel bars go. Skip the breakfast if you can go somewhere else. My pancakes seemed like microwave pancakes with hard edges and difficult to eat with plasticware...all still priced at a rate above what you'd expect to pay at a good breakfast restaurant -- double whammy.

This hotel was nice looking. Rooms were right up are alley. Clean. But honey think before you have an event here. We had our family dinner here and the food was beyond horrible. A hockey puck and onions is what they served us. Smh. I had high hopes cause the hotel looked so nice. As you can see in one pic there is a slice of cheese cake still sitting on the table. That was one of many. There were so many cheese cakes just sitting there because they were not tasty. I did appreciate how big the rooms were and we were very accommodated for all the people we had.

If you plan to stay here, be advised that the staff does NOT enforce the mask wearing policy in the common areas. If this is important to you, pick a hotel that does enforce the policy.

Please be aware that this hotel is right next to a major interstate freeway that is heavily traveled by motorist and large cargo trucks. Very Noisy if located on North side of business

This hotel is not being cleaned. There is carpet all over and it is not being vacuumed. The room had someone else's hair and stains on the bed. The manager banged on the door after we fell asleep (1 hour after arriving) accused us of smoking when it was someone else who was already there since we smelled it in the elevator and hall when we arrived. He demanded to enter the room only to discover it wasn't us and he didn't apologize for the disturbance. This is a poor example of the double tree chain.

Customer service was great as expected the room was nice however the air quality in the building seem like they didn't have any circulating air it's like the air was thick and still, outside of that I had an amazing time

Front desk was very nice but the evening weekend cleaning folks were rude. I understand COVID and the procedures for cleaning rooms, but when you need towels to shower and they act like you have put them out, it's rude!!

The last time I stayed at this location, it was a bedbug crawling on our bed at 3:00 am. We Informed the overnight staff on duty and also showed her the video that we had taken of the bedbug crawling on the bed. The staff apologize and issued a refund and I was told someone will follow up with me. Several months ago no one contacted me. I follow up with Hilton customer service. Then the next day I get a call from the manager she was very rude and nasty accused me of lying about the bedbug and started saying I didn’t answer when she called. I explain to her, that I work and have a family and was going to return her call when I got a chance and informed her she could have always emailed. I guess she didn’t like that and hung up on me. As someone that travels very often and I only stay in Hilton locations this was not what I expected from a Hilton affiliate property. Never again bedbugs are a no-no. A little sympathy along with an apology goes a long way.

When I pulled up to the hotel, the outside looked incredible. The reception area was beautiful and the inside and conference areas look brand new. Then I got to the elevators. The main hotel portion looked dated compared to the front, reception and conference areas of the hotel. The keyless door locks, TV and bed seemed to be the best part to my room. The bed that was extremely comfortable and seemed much larger than a king size. At 6 feet 7 inches I had ample room in the bed. There was a refrigerator tucked away which was also a very pleasant surprise. The check in process with Hilton Honors was extremely quick and with no human interaction from check in to check out, was absolutely fantastic. There were a very few handicap parking spots by reception. More were available on the sides where you may want to consider parking as it might be closer to your room. If you use the Hilton Honors app on your smartphone (not sure if it’s on Android) you can bypass reception and use your iPhone as the key to the back hotel entrances as well as your room key. You can also view the hotel layout on the app making it easy to find your room and knowing where to park. The extreme problem for me was that I could hear the people in the next room all night through the awful walls. From at least (since I was woken) 10:30 pm to 4:30 am. They were extremely loud and through the wall, they sounded like they were in my room. Also upon arriving I laid down to rest and their were kids running down the hallway screaming. I could also hear adults laughing loudly. As an autistic person I feel extremely uncomfortable anxiety asking people to quiet down or calling the front desk for help. Besides the fact that I shouldn’t have to ask in the first place. People should just be courteous of others. Since I couldn’t sleep I decided to make my way home very early. I was told on the app that I had to go to the main reception area to check out. The receptionist was extremely nice and asked how my stay was. I explained and also explained I was autistic and she asked if I called the front desk. I explained that I felt uncomfortable doing that and she understood without any questions. Amazing to feel comfortable whilst talking with a stranger. She apologized several times, and even took a small portion of the bill of my stay. The receptionist made my morning wonderful by being that kind. As well as the comfortable bed, these were the only good things about my stay. The entire reason I chose this specific hotel was being a Hilton Honors member as well as no human interaction. The human interaction was a must because of leaving so early in the morning. So that’s completely understandable. The problems I encountered while staying here, I recommend finding another hotel to spend the night.

The hotel was pretty nice. Our 5h floor hotel room kind of smelled like cigarettes and so did the hallways. Not upset about it since it was a one night stay. But I can see if botherig someone who is more sensitive to residual smoke smells.

Bery nice hotel at a reasonable price. The pool was large and wonderful. The restaurant had great food and friendly staff. Front desks people were very nice as well. Only reason I gave 4/5 is we found a pair of dirty socks in the bed from a previous guest. Yuck

Had a great experience here last night. The service was great. The front desk person gave a lists of places close by to order dinner from which helped alot with our dinner plans. I also love that check out is at noon. That extra time to sleep in or relax is just what we needed after a long road trip

I went there for a event in one of the banquet rooms. We were having our high school reunion lunch. It was set up very nice. The lunch was suppose to start at 12, but didn't start until after 1, I don't know why. I guess the food wasn't ready. Food was a little bland, needed more seasoning, and it wasn't warm/hot. We all had a good time anyway reaquainting with classmates and friends.

The room was not a handicap accessible room, said that it was--no raised toilet, no walk-in shower--maintenance said it was a hearing accessible room----seen no equipment for that either. No microwave in room--told the wiring was to old.--Is to have been a full service hotel---had to take our own trash out and ask for another bag-- was not told that the room would not be cleaned daily--full service hotel that is what we expected. Very loud on the first floor on the weekend---police van parked out front the entire 4 days we were there, concerning! Was not offered warm chocolate chip cookies--had to ask for them on arrival--was not told that they were available daily by asking--didn't know!!! Confusing labels on in room water bottles--- were they suppose to be free ones daily for guest? couldn't tell by label on bottles. Very disappointed for the price of the room --- when Hotel 6 was in the same parking lot and their rooms were 3 times less and would have offered the same services that we received at Double Tree. Will not stay at this hotel again and will avoid all Double Tree/Hilton properties in the future.

What a great place to stay,...great guest experience. I also had some car problems the shuttle driver stepped in, his name is "big Jim" and what a help he was to me and my family. Exceptional service We will be returning there and would like to thank the Hilton family again! And Big Jim!

Horrible. I booked 2 rooms. Visiting out of state with family and we check in close to midnight, this was only a one night stay. I did one room and I was told by the front desk worker named Janis that we are not able to get the second room because my CC declined. That should have not happened. I contacted my bank and both rooms were charged with it. Janis comes with a cockamamie story about how bank usually will reject one room. what? and she refused to look at the confirmation email. I even offered to do alternate payment method but she claimed that they were 'sold out'. How? the second room was empty! stay away, just the interaction with her was a major turn off. she was so racist to my family and I and also to other people of color. worse thing yet, the rooms were so low quality compared to the lobby. multiple people packed in one room is just so uncomfortable. I am a silver tiered hilton rewards member and this was the most ridiculous stay. don't bother, replying to this. I don't want to hear automated messages about feedback.

Very nice place and comfortable. The staff that I engaged were very nice as well. The coffee is complementary and if Do you want to show your kids what a pay telephone is like there’s one there to. Enjoy

I think all hotels are taking advantage of COVID and giving us no service but charging the same or more. The double beds were full size and not Queen. No cleaning service and few people on the floors to even take your trash. Hilton used to be great hotels.

I called the front desk and asked for extra towels, and the lady asked me didn't you all have towels already. I said yes and we needed extra towels. We went to the pool last night. She said well, go to the pool and grab towels. I said no, we need some towels, six sets, please. She told me to put all towels outside the door, and someone will bring them. I've never experienced this before. We have multiple rooms, and each room only had two sets of towels. Why is this lady giving us a hard time about towels? Unbelievable...By the way none of the rooms have bath floor towels.

Great clean rooms. Staff was friendly. Pools closes at 11pm, so that was a plus. There was a mini fridge but no microwave in the room. There are microwaves in the hallway next to ice machines which was ok. Would stay again and recommend 👌 Thank You.

Extremely disappointed in our last stay. We had to cut our stay short due to rude staff. My wife and I have stayed here multiple times when we visit family about twice a year. Not sure if it’s under new management or what has happened but things have definitely changed since COVID which is understandable but not when it begins to neglect it’s professionalism and cleanliness. Staff is undertrained as they could not assist us during our stay. Maybe we’ll stay again in the far future when management gets priorities straight.

Pretty standard for a Doubletree. Warm cookies and nice clean facility. The one exception is the restaurant/bar staff. The bartender was having a great time talking and laughing with the patrons. Got a room for the night for the park and fly and look forward to coming back again.
