My Kidzplay is a fun place for younger kids especially. I recommend the playground area from ages 1 to 7 years. The kids ages 8 and up will have fun for a while then want to play arcade games, which are not included in admission. The admission is good all day as long as you have the wristband you may come back to play even if you leave for lunch etc. . That's Awesome! They have areas designed for different stages. The main playground area is quite large. Anyone less than 250lbs is allowed to play. The slide is really cool! There are many tunnels, a few trampolines, ball area and a lot of fun to be had! The baby play area has blocks, legos and smaller climbing options. The toddler area has small slides a small climbing area and ball pit. The small town looks sweet and fun, yet is a bit lacking extra toys for a better experience. The ball area was not working either. The ninja area is pretty fun. The warped wall was only available on one side. They have a big rope to climb, balance beam, a ladder, net, trampoline and several other obstacles. The cafe was closed for us. They have drink and snacks available though. The arcade looks cool. They have several games, VR games, a tea cup ride and air hockey too. The bathroom is prepared for young children with step stools and a changing table. It was clean too.

My grandchildren ages 6 (twins) and 15 months had a great time. Can get costly since you have to pay extra for arcade games. Lots of activities. Small parking lot.

Huge play center for the kids. The process to get in this place needs to be updated. The lines are long, the cubbies are right where the lines are so it gets really crowded in that area. The floors are extremely dirty but you can not wear shoes. I guess that's why they sell black socks versus white. They did however have hand sanitizer stations throughout the facility, but the soap dispensers in the bathroom did not work. There are chairs and tables placed all around so parent can sit while the kids play.

our first time coming here and it was okay but they honestly need to do some deep cleaning the place is filthy and a lot of the arcade games don't work. Also they had plugs in the reach of the children not very safe.

“Great place to bring your kids of any age too. There’s so much different things to do that your child is definitely going to love it! It was clean and not too crowded. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with children!” —Chloe

This place is filthy! The toddlers area has ants, crumbs and dust between the foam tiles. We never saw any staff wiping down surfaces or sanitizing anything. Kids that are over 4 are going into the toddler area, zipping through nearly plowing through the toddlers and throwing balls at them. There is no regulation by staff in the main area when kids are out of line. There is a mini tractor/car in the race track area that is so broken that there are multiple holes in the plastic wheels and the steering wheel flops all over. It needs to be thrown it out before a young child cuts themselves playing on it. One of the staff had her hand inside the back of her pants while speaking to another staff member. After their conversation, she went about her business without sanitizing or going to the bathroom to wash them. Shame because it’s a well needed option for parents to have an outlet for children. I threw away our socks and hopefully scrubbed the germs off. I hate leaving bad reviews, especially for an SMB, but this place was disgusting.

It's a great place for kids. It has various areas of play and everything is accessible to different age groups. It's clean and the price is reasonable.

This was my first time visiting! I understand the shoe policy however I had the shoes in my hand due to me having to go to the restroom! After waiting on the cashier so long and for her to give my daughters there wristbands. I wasn’t breaking the policy, you wouldn’t think it would be an issue with my shoes off but in my hand. However, the young lady with the blonde hair made a big deal. This will be my last time here due to itchiness, uncleanliness, and for them to stay they “clean” the floors are filthy!

The set up and idea is great but my main issue is the cleaning. For it to be a place of no shoes the mats were very dirty and some of the baby/toddler toys need to be discarded. I really wanted to have my daughters 3rd birthday here but needs a good cleaning.

We were attending a birthday party there. Party started at 11:30am. The place we're pretty empty. I like how the party room was setup. They gi e you the schedule ahead of time so you know when the food and cake will come. But the cake came late and we got kicked up of the room immediately after the cake was served. It was not our fault that they brought the cake in late. Everything else was ok. The host was very attentive and service was great. PS. The person who kicked us out wasn't the host, she was someone else.

We have been going to this place for years. They are not been keeping up with it at all. They have a lot of ripped safety mats that can cause harm when the kids are playing on the equipment! The kids still have a great time though .

The place has nice games and fun elements for kids, but the management brag too much about safety and the effort they make to limit covid spending. I was there with my family on January 31st 2022 for two hours, two girls were doing well cleaning and sanitizing tables and chairs in the party lane area, but many guests were not wearing their masks and no one from the staff bothered to tell them they have to. I went there with my kids under the impression that they follow safety guidelines, but was surprised to find out that nobody cares after you pay and get inside. Very dissatisfied and will never go back again.

My son and I loved it! HUGE area for kids to play with very little worry about. It was $13 for both of us and my almost 1 yr old was free. Endless fun for hours! (For context, my son is almost 3) this has become our favorite indoor place to go

🗣️🗣️🗣️THIS PLACE IS HUGE!!! The pictures do not do it justice. The video captured on the website do not do it justice. There’s so much in this place you cannot fit it in a picture or video. You will just have to come see it. First their are many options for new little babies as well as toddlers and bigger kids. The pretend play area is a s big as a track field. The atmosphere is friendly and just good vibes. Everyone is too busy watching their kids have fun, there’s no time for bad vibes. Staff is friendly no attitudes. And they were all very helpful. I booked a party here without visiting before and I have to say I’m impressed. The only draw back was I expected a little more from my server. Other than that it was worth it. Very reasonable. Food is good. There’s so much for the kids to do, hours of fun. Definitely a place to take the kids to get tired out for bed.

The facility was really nice. My kids had a great time. They have a great jungle gym area where even I a 230 lbs woman was able to crawl around and have a blast. The food was okay bathrooms clean and stocked.

Gets very crowded and sometimes the older kids (15+) get very rough around the younger kids and it gets a bit hectic with no adult or employee supervision. We went after 3:30 and I don’t recommend doing that, it got very busy very fast!! We would go early in the day next time as that is less busy for our young ones! Didn’t like that the food court is closed on weekdays AND you are not allowed any outside food or drinks allowed. It’s a tough rule when you have little kids that are obviously going to get hungry and thirsty with all the fun they are having! No strollers allowed is also annoying because you’ll have to hold your baby the whole time in a car seat or in your arms. The place itself is very much fun. There is SOOOO much to do for different ages. Different sections for different stuff so it was great overall. I would love to go back and I will try again but if it’s the same experience I won’t be returning for the sole reason of older kids being too rough around younger kids and not being careful. I don’t think kids older than 13 are meant for this place so they shouldn’t be allowed to play in between younger kids!

Place is falling apart half the arcade games were off and absolutely none of the ball pit toys worked. It's sad because my son loved it a year ago but I don't think we'll come back. Very lazy electrical work. I could fit my hand in there so I can't help but wonder how many kids have tried.

Staff was super nice, my 18 month old loved the car/bike track in particular! My first born is disabled and cannot walk and without asking for it the staff didn't charge me for her since she couldn't utilize the equipment. It was so nice to be able to spend a few hours on a rainy day at My Kidzplay.

This place is horrible, the kids they have working there are disrespectful, and very ignorant. Not too long ago an employee was beat up in the parking lot. not that was good, but you need people to work there at least with great work ethics. You have to also take your shoes off but employees can walk with there’s on. Going to bathroom is a hot mess, don’t even use the bathroom or your socks will be full of pee, that’s all over the floor. This is worst then taking your shoes off at the airport. 🤬🤬 don’t recommend to come here we left right away. Take them to Hollywood in Crestwood

My 1 year old loves this place. I love the concept and especially how the play areas are designated based on your kids age…. However, those areas are not monitored by staff and I do not like the fact that there’s bigger kids running around in the areas designated for crawling babies and toddlers. My son was almost knocked over twice by kids who were well over the “infant/toddler” stage. They had signs stating no throwing of the balls and of course the bigger kids are throwing balls… again, in an area they’re not even supposed to be in. I can see this possibly causing some drama between parents. Management may want to station employees in those sections to keep them under control. Secondly, to book a party… I feel like the prices are a little crazy, especially since you only get 1.5 hrs in the party room. For the amount of money that’s being requested, the party room time should be extended… at least 2.5-3hrs would suffice. Lastly, checking in can be more organized. It gets really crowded with people either putting their belongings in the cubbies, signing waivers, paying at the register or leaving. But overall it’s a fun place, lots of stuff for the kids to do and enjoy.

My daughter and I where invited to a birthday party here. It's not a lot of options for a 4 year old here. Most of they're games are for older kids. Not a lot of food options.... If you go you must take off your shoes and wear socks. Lastly, be prepared for large crowds and lots of noise.

Kids love this place. Yes its a little dirty and needs to be maintained a little better but very few places can keep the kids occupied for hours. Arcade games are also half broke and dont work. Fix the games and do a real good cleaning once a month and it would be fine. Oh and nachos are a great deal but kids want pretzels. Easy money.

Great time with my kiddos. Friendly workers, decent facility. We left for lunch and then came back for more fun, making sure to keep our bracelets on for reentry. They have multiple areas: imagination, soft play, arcade, and a ninja area. We had a blast!

The toddler size kids loved it. They have plenty of room to run around. Areas that are not so over stimulating when they need to cool down. I will say that if you have a crawler and a running toddler, you may want to think about bringing a carrier. No strollers allowed for good reason. Will be back!

The staff was attentive and courteous. My daughter light up like a Christmas tree running around in there. Planning on taking her back, since it a fun, safe, indoor environment. Only issue were some parents not watching their kids, where some of them played a little to rough.

This place is SO NICE! I can't believe I loved walking distance from this place and never have it a try. Babies- adults can play here. It's so fun. There's food, plenty of tables to bring your laptop while your kids run themselves ragged without bothering you every 5 minutes. You can find deals on Groupon, but 17 bucks unlimited play WITH toddler friendly arcade games, ball pit, trampoline, make believe city , a running track, and the cool tubes with the ball launcher.

Had my daughter's 1st birthday party here we paid over $300 just to be extremely disappointed. Dirty place and lazy staff. They were late with decorating the room for us (it came w our package deal) they only put up 1 party banner sign and table cloths (that we provided) didn't put up any balloons or any other decorations we had (that we also provided) we had to finish the decorating ourselves and not even 15 min before the party was over they were already there trying to kick us out. DO NOT HAVE YOUR PARTY HERE!.

  • 4/5 Diane C. 1 year ago on Google
Not the cleanest but you spend about 2 hours with your little one here and have their energy drained. There's a place to buy food and drink inside along with tables and seats. They have a little ninja warrior type of course. Multiple arcade games to play and multiple areas of play rooms.

I love this place. Sure there are a few things that don't work, but my almost 3 year old could care less. Trishawn specifically has given us the best customer service I've ever received in a kids place, I see a lot of brightness for him in the future!! He truly deserves a raise. Thank you so much!

This is my first time coming here. I love the open space and many things for my kids to play. 17, 10 &3 all enjoyed themselves. My only complaint is the food . they only sell slices of pizza chips and drinks at $3.00 each well I prefer a whole pizza for kids I like bugers. I wish they had a better selection of food.and my kids don't eat sausage pizza .they don't have pepperoni.so that's why I gave 4 stars

Perfect place for kids of all ages...I have a 2 and one year old and they had a ball. A great alternative to going to a park on a hot day. I highly recommend it.

Nice open play space for kids. My 19 month old enjoyed himself, it beats going to the park especially with hot summer weather. Diverse crowd which I love to see. Only thing that had me concerned was not everyone had on masks, adults I’m speaking of. Some things weren’t as clean as I would’ve thought for such a place but overall I’ll go again (with disinfectant wipes lol). Also the food station is closed during certain days of the week, so either plan to eat before/after.

Very fun I went there a few weeks ago thought I'd leave a review. It was fun I got a card and put money on it arcade was very fun same thing with the other areas sadly when I got there with my parents the place for more older kids was closed probably for cleaning. But thankfully 30m-1hr it reopened the pizza was good overall decent staff and pretty clean one concern is there are kids running up the slides by the entrance and there are kids going down. One kid almost got hit going up. But it didn't happen yeah but it was pretty good.
