My insurance company recommended that we call Servpro to assist with smoke damage from a small fire that had happened the day before in my home. I was a complete mess and unsure of what even to do or where to start. I spoke with Chris who was very helpful and patient with all of my questions and he was able to come out the same day I called. They started the job the following day and the crew that came out was professional and respectful of all my belongings. They did a great job and were able to get rid of the smoke smell. I will be recommending them to my family and friends.

My neighbor recommended Servpro when I had water in my basement. They came and dried out the place, checked to see if mold had developed and made sure that everything was alright. They even helped me to file my claim with my insurance company. You guys are awesome!

Our basement flooded. The recent rains were too much for our sump pump. I called Servpro and figured it might be a bit of a wait. The lady that took my call was super friendly and kind! After calls to and from the insurance company, I called back to ask them if they could get started when they were able to come out. They were at my door at 8:45 ready to go! (my appt was for 9:00) They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! The told me what needed to be taken care of and in a matter of a couple hours, seriously, it might have been 3 hours, (they worked quickly!) all damages were removed from our basement, water was gone, and their machines (fans, dehumidifier, air cleaner) were set up and running. I can't thank them enough! Great Job and Great Staff! True Lifesavers!

ServPro, led by Supv Diana, did a phenomenal job at my home this week, following recent storms in the area. The team arrived in less than 24 hrs. of making the appointment. They were professional, attentive to my needs, hardworking and personable on top of all of that! Diana, the Supv, jumped right in with her team to get the job done. Diana was diligent about explaining certain processes to me along the way. Once the cleaning was done, the crew helped to organize salvageable items and furniture to make the space livable. The ServPro team has been working on the extensive cleanup of significant water damage to my home for two days. They are very thorough and professional. Special thanks to Manager Sinoe, who carefully took pictures and kept me well informed of the entire process. He answered all of my questions and detailed the complete timeline of events. Project Manager Eddie is also very thorough and helpful. They vacuumed and immediately removed all of the damaged drywall, baseboards, insulation, carpet, etc. and placed them in black plastic bags in the driveway, and took pictures of the bags before hauling them away. The ServPro team has really been outstanding in helping us through this terrible ordeal!

This is my 2nd time using this company and each time crews did great but 1 woman named Kiki comes to pickup the equipment she's great anything you don't understand she will clarify she's such an amazing soul and reassuring you that servpro is the way to go I'd refer them to the universe 💙

Had significant water coming into my basement. Called multiple times to get someone to come out. Was transferred to the national call center who also could not get in touch with the technician. Was finally able to leave a voice mail for the technician directly on their cell phone... no returned call. It's been 19 hours. Went with Roto Rooter who sent out a plumber and disaster recovery specialist within 3 hours of my first call. Wouldn't recommend Servpro if you need someone in a timely manner which is their whole business model.

Sergio H and his crew were here early Sunday to start the restoration process in our home. They were courteous, professional , hard working and knowledgeable. Sergio addressed our every concern and patiently answered our many questions. We are very pleased with the service we received.

Hubert was the project manager on my restoration project. Due to a busted pipe I had to redo my bathroom and basement. He was quick to respond to questions I had and finding answers to my questions even when I left after hours messages. He guided me through the project and was very patient with my requests. Any item I wanted redone or changed was taken care of quickly as well. I felt that my project was important to them and they worked hard at making sure I was completely satisfied with my mitigation, pack out, pack back, floors, bathroom counters and vanity, bath tile work and linen closet! Due to the project, I had to have someone come out to clean my vents and when they pulled the covers off they scratched/chipped my newly painted walls. Even though it wasn’t Servpro that caused the damage, they still came out to repair it as a courtesy for me. I am glad I chose Servpro and recommend them to anyone!

We had a water main break and flooded the entire first floor of the hotel. When the Servpro team arrived they began immediately (after getting a signature of course) and began the clean up. They did a fantastic job and very organized about it. I wish I knew all of their names because they all deserve recognition for a job well done. Some that I do remember is Jonathan, Sergio and Fernando, but again, the whole team deserves to know that they did a great job and we are very thankful.

Servpro of Oak Lawn came out today to collect equipment and inspect for any remaining moisture. Ms. Kiki and her crew were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough and punctual. They took pictures of the damage for me, talked me through their process and what they would leave behind. I felt I was relaxed and did not get worked up about the damage AND I learned a few things. I will use this company again and I give them 5 stars!

I was very impressed with my experience with SERVPRO. I was given a list of companies to call to deal with a flooding issue that affected the ceiling of my unit. Servpro was the second company I called and glad they ended up being the ones who were able to help in this situation. Everyone did such a great job of communicating, scheduling and coordinating that it made for a seamless experience. Chris G. and his crew did an amazing job of protecting my space and containing where they were working. John, Kiki, and another young man came in after the space had dried and collected all the equipment quickly and efficiently. It is such a stressful situation that I hope no one finds themselves in but I can say these crews provided such peace of mind and made this such a pleasant experience considering the circumstances.

We had 4 inches of water in our basement after power went out on Wednesday. SERVPRO OF OAK Lawn were amazing. They removed soaked carpet and pad and took it way. They cleaned and sanitized the floor. Our house had seepage from the heavy rain and we called multiple times to get someone out for an estimate. We have insurance coverage but it has a cap on it. After them trying to bypass the estimate and send a crew to start tearing up walls 3 times we were told to go with another company because they are too busy to send an estimator even though several people in my same neighborhood said they were able to get them. If you can't be bothered with me when you are busy don't try to solicate my business when you aren't.

These guys are the Best. Unfortunately my luck is not as such. I’ve needed these guys 3x ! First, a raccoon made a nest in the wall of my basement! Frank and his team came in and restored my basement! Then a few years later my home caught on fire. I called a Frank before the fire department even left ! His team is intelligent, trustworthy, and respectful! They walked me through the complicated insurance process answering any and all question! And just recently I accidentally overflowed my bathtub🤦🏻‍♀️ Even in the middle of everyone’s basement flooding Frank sent his team out to help me with in hours of my call.
