I arrived at 5:30, an hour early for my scheduled appointment, and did not get out until 7:30 pm. They misplaced my chart and placed people in front of me. I was told to put a gown on and left cold in the room for over 30 minutes until I came out and asked where the doctor was; I was informed they only had one doctor on duty. When short staff, I don't believe they should allow so many people to schedule or walk in if they can not accommodate them. Shortly after, the doctor arrived. The doctor was extremely pleasant, and so were the staff, but the wait time was not immediate at all. Overall I was able to receive services, however, wait times need to be improved.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!! This is the worst place you can ever go. They hire the most incompetent employees and never staff properly. Don’t even bother making an appointment cause they will still make you wait 1-2 hours. I came in at 11 and they made me make an appointment for later in the day due to them being backed up. I came in for my 5pm appointment at 4:45pm and still waited two hours without being seen. This place needed to be closed down cause it’s not helping anyone. Unless you want to waste your entire day I would not advise to come here. If I could give them zero stars I would. The staff does not do nothing but sit on the phone. They need to either hire more people to let people know in advance what the wait time will be. Any time I asked the staff about the wait time they said they don’t know since they can’t predict the future.

Recently I fell down 3 stairs, flat of my face on a cement floor in a public building. I had much pain in the side of my foot and up my leg. But I chose not to go to the hospital. The next day the pain was worse. My son called physicians immediate Care in alsip. I felt like I needed x-rays. Physicians immediate Care took me right in, and in about 1 hour and 30 minutes, they took about five x-rays, which showed exactly what was wrong. They were kind and courteous. I was very pleased with the service they gave me.

I recently had a great experience at Physicians Immediate Care. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly right from the start. The clinic was impressively clean, which made me feel comfortable. What really made my visit stand out was the doctor’s knowledge. They were thorough, yet the service was quick. I definitely recommend this clinic for their efficient and caring service.

To my surprise, my visit at the immediate care center in Alsip , Illinois was excellent. From start to finish, I have no complaints. I made my appointment online. The receptionist at the desk was pleasant and smiling. I saw the doctor within five minutes (WOW). I never see my primary that fast. Thoroughly explained everything. The clinic was clean. All around a great experience period!

It was a long wait to receive service but in the end I'm pleased with the care. The doctor has a pleasant and warm personality. I was comfortable and satisfied with my care. As I always say nobody but God places special people in my life!

I felt well taken care of. Accurate diagnosis and simplified process for the Rx that I needed at the pharmacy. I went early in the morning and got in to be seen quickly. I recommend this urgent care.

I needed urgent care for my child, swollen eye. I went to one urgent care center that had a 3 hour wait and was referred to another with a similar wait time of 2 hours. I searched and found Physicians Immediate Care. Very little wait time, assisted me right away and checked my child out. The doctor and nurse was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. My son is much better now. Thank you!

Absolutely the best experience under the circumstances. The lady at the front desk was such a pleasure to talk to. The nurses ( Shannon & Nancy) abso-freaking-lutely the best, so friendly. Plus, they are compassionate and very understanding. The doctor was just freaking amazing. Very caring and was worried if I was in pain or not. This place needs 7 stars!!!!

Upon arrival to the Alsip Facility the woman who checked me in behind the counter did not have good Customer Service skills. Wasn't able to get her name as the name tag was turned backwards. She seemed to have trouble spelling my name. So instead of making me stand on a soar knee and keep repeating myself...I passed her my Driver's License and copy of my insurance card. She would not accept it. She said I would need to scan my own Driver's License and Insurance card, once she sent me a link to my phone. She said I would take pictures of each and upload. That's all fine and good. But, she could have accepted my Driver's License to spell my name correctly instead of asking me to repeat the spelling several times...while forcing me to stand on a soar knee. After completing my registration by phone and uploading my Driver's License and Insurance Card she then asks for my Insurance Card... only to rescan it herself!?!? Its like she did everything possible to make my discomfort worse and to be difficult!?!? Then when it was time for my X-rays the X-ray tech told me to leave everything in the exam room. Including my purse...with the door left open and unlocked. There was no locker to store my purse in and I was not allowed to bring it into the x-ray room. What stops anyone from going into the room and stealing my purse or money from my wallet? For these reasons I would not return to this location.

Receptionist was very nice and professional. The doctor I seen was fine, one of those who doesn’t respond when you give health information so not sure if she was listening or not. She was pretty thorough with checking vitals and explained a few things to me I was unaware of so I appreciate that. Overall she did a good job just not real personable, but for a quick stop, that’s fine as long as I get good care and I did so I am grateful. I would go back to this location if needed medical care. Thank you!

The overall wait time was much faster than the Orland Park Location. The front desk staff and the doctor were very friendly and informative. However, the nurse who assisted me was gross. She stood directly next to me and passed gas very loudly and she acted as if she had done nothing. She should really learn to mind her manners, she’s wayyyy too old to be that disgusting!

I scheduled an appointment online for my son who had a temperature of 104.2. The reception wasn’t very helpful in my opinion. After being checked in she asked me to complete the check in by uploading my drivers license and insurance information. Once done we sat for 55 minutes while she stayed away from the desk; other people were leaving due to no one being at the front desk. She then calls my son name and inform me our insurance wasn’t accepted. I stated,” you wasted 55 minutes of my time.” This could have been check 45 minutes ago. All she could say,” well sorry.” Luckily, I found an urgent care in Richton Park(Midwest Express Clinic) that accepted the insurance. My son was seen then admitted to hospital for serve dehydration and respiratory infections.

Thy are the best option when you need a Doctor quicklywhen your primary if you have can't see you for weeks or months. They were very thorough. You've got to be specific about what you not feeling well to help them diagnose. You have to be patient to wait your turn. They are very nice people.

First let me start by saying everyone I interacted with was very polite and friendly. I received my bill in the mail and for which the description of services is, medical services, very vague. So I tried calling to get my own medical records for my insurance to show what exactly I got done when I came here. Come to find that you have to literally pay in order for you to get a copy of your own medical records???? Seriously? And on top of that they ask you if they can share your personal medical history. I don’t even know how that’s legal. I’d go somewhere else.

I had the pleasure of being seen by Nurse Practitioner Miesha. She was very nice, efficient and professional. She took the time to really educate me on the issue I was having. I wish I could be a regular patient of hers. Great experience and will definitely return

My husband and I were seen for what turned out to be strep, Kristin the PA was very knowledgeable and super nice made us feel very comfortable and answered all of our questions. The assistant that took our vitals was very friendly as was the front desk who greeted me with a smile. Other then a little bit of wait we had a great experience and would definitely come back but hopefully we won't need to 😉

Physician Jessica was great! Took care of me and gave me a peace of mind while being realistic to my situation. The other staff and front desk worker were all pleasant and down-to-earth types. You may have to wait a while to get treated but they’ll take care of you in the end. Make an appointment online if you can.

The facility is nice and clean. The reception was polite and courteous. The staff were helpful and polite. I had zero complaints until they forgot about me in a waiting room for over an hour and a half for a physical test that's 2 minutes. Apparently they forgot I was in the room and my name was no longer on the board. I don't know how you guys can forget someone's in the room but I guess it happens. No complaints about the staff but be prepared to wait.

I'm so happy that I decided to go to this urgent care center, I truly loved it. The office is so beautiful, and clean. The employees were very pleasant. I truly appreciate it. I will most definitely go here from now on. I will also let all my family members know. My friends also. Thank you so much for a very pleasant experience 😊

Horrible experience. I needed to be seen by a doctor for something and couldn’t get in with my primary doctor soon enough. Naturally I come here for convenience, book an appt, get there and am told I will be seen via tele health. Not sure why the clinic was open if they couldn’t get a physician on site or why I wasn’t notified it would be telehealth… I wouldn’t have gone had I known. Hoping I get asked if my review can be featured on their website.

I was there at 8 door was not open until 8:20am, front desk area is dirty and had ants all over the floor. Staff is nice but front desk is unorganized and poor customer service. You make an appointment and still have to wait over an hour. Can’t reach them over the phone either you get put on hold and then they hang up

They were very quick to get me and my kids checked out and prescribe the right medication to help them feel better. They wasted zero time and were quick to answer any questions that I had to absolute perfection. They are very kind and welcoming and they always call and text to check up on you to make sure everything is still going well. Honestly we need more of this in the world and every situation so thanks again!

I had to go here to get my DOT Clearance and everyone was SO nice and helpful. It was so nice to come to a medical establishment and be met with every single employee who was cheerful, happy, patient and attentive. I would highly recommend this location (Alsip) over others. Kimberly is the only name I can remember sadly!!

I had an appointment at 10:37, arrived at 10:30. Was told to wait in car until called. I watched others walk in while I waited over 45 minutes wasting gas. I finally came in. Didn't get called back in 12pm, then waited 30 minutes for Provider. Finally left at 1:00. Also, I was told to wear a mask, when I entered the office other patients sitting with no masks! No sure why I even made an appointment.

The urgent care did a good job at diagnosing the ailment and providing the proper treatment. The staff is good there and genuinely care. They gave me an appointment immediately, when this matter could not wait for an appointment, through my doctor.

I would only recommend this place for COVID testing, not for sick visits. They get you in and out for COVID testing but if you go for a sick visit you will be frustrated and disappointed. Yesterday I went there over concerns that I might have cellulitis in my legs since they were extremely swollen and red. The provider did an exam of my legs and said that I did have cellulitis. he said he was very concerned and that if I didn’t get treated I would die in 24/48 hrs! He actually said that! He didn’t do any blood testing or an ultrasound to make sure I didn’t have a blood clot. He didn’t do a chest x-ray either to rule out congestive heart failure. He also didn’t give me any antibiotics! He told me to go to the ER. I did go to Christ hospital and waited 18 hours and still did not get seen. I left and went to Ingalls U of C and I am receiving MUCH better care here.

Everyone including the physicians assistant was very friendly and helpful. I could not walk on my right knee, they were kind enough to put me in a wheelchair. Although it did not resolve my problem since it was an orthopedic situation, I would not hesitate to recommend this place. It was clean, and cool for summer. The PA was caring, patient and explained my concerns.

I had to get a Covid test on Saturday I didn't feel good but the young lady at the front desk made my experience much brighter. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. She is the perfect person to be at the front desk.

Quick, Fast, and Friendly. I was in and out for a physical didn’t take all day, I waited for about five minutes then was immediately seen by someone. The woman who did my drug and TB test was super friendly, made me feel comfortable.

  • 5/5 Janelle M. 2 years ago on Google
Staff was extremely informative by walking me through each step they were taking to stitch up my finger. Wait time was not bad at all. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of urgent care.

  • 1/5 Wannetta B. 2 years ago on Google
The ladies at the front desk were nice. The nurses/physicians in the back had horrible customer service and had absolutely unprofessional work ethics. The one African American physician was very rude and condescending. She was not on task in regards to tending to all patients, as she left myself and others in the room for a very lengthy amount of time while she joked with male patient about someone “dropping it low”. I didn’t appreciate the disservice at all.

  • 1/5 Ahmya B. 2 years ago on Google
I would not recommend this place to anyone please run!! They don’t care about there patients. I came in for a work physical that took over 6 hours.i waited 3 hours just to collect urine once done with that I’ve waited and additional 3 hours just to be seen by a doctor. I told staff that I have to pick up my daughter from school and I can’t wait much longer than I already have they explained to me that it’s nothing I can do but wait. Very unprofessional and rude! Outside the patients room you hear laughter personal phones ringing and that’s it. I’m convinced no work actually gets done here. If u have all day to wait and want to be treated any kind of way then book an appointment.i wish I could give zero stars

  • 1/5 Mayela B. 2 years ago on Google
Made my appt for 830. First appt available yet it took 1 hour 40 min for the provider to see me. The nurse messed up the nasal swab so after waiting for the 40 minutes i had to be reswabbed and waited again for over 30 minutes until the provider came into the room. I went in for simple URI. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place in Alsip not friendly to officers and officers families, came to urgent care and was told to wait outside while others were able to stay inside..lady at desk was rude and sprayed lysol like it was bug spray when we had to walk out and wait...reporting experience to corporate asap.

Come here. I went to two other urgent care centers that would not take out stitches and staples. They both told me I wound have a hard time finding a urgent care center to assist me. They we’re both wrong. In and out in about 20 minutes.

The folks at this location are rock stars through and though. Everyone treats you with respect and care. I've been using Physicians Immediate Care for a while now and I've never been disappointed yet.

Very clean, professional place and staff. Greeted and Felt welcomed the second I walked in. Wait time was very short. Just Wish they were a primary care facility because I’m looking to change primary doctor. Nevertheless I will be using (and recommending) for further needs if the situation calls.

Overall, service was not bad. I was satisfied. Nurse was thorough in taking vitals and medical history, and taking swab for testing. Provider came in with results, told me the results and handed me the paperwork. Barely said anything, didn't give me any instructions or meaningful guidance. That's my only minor complaint.

  • 1/5 derrty f. 1 year ago on Google
for context; i didn't choose to go here. my employer sent me there after calling in for a sick day. a nice young woman took my vitals but i wasn't divulged the information. she asked the basic questions about why i called in. an hour to two hours later another young lady walked in on straight interrogation mode. mind you i don't know who she is or her station. she asked the same exact questions that the first woman asked. not feeling well combined with playing with one's intelligence is a combination for friction. the second young woman asked me to remove a piece of clothing. i rejected on the strength of, "who are you?!?!" she stormed out and called the nurse of my employer to state that i was returning to work. so after i went home to rest i received this link to rate this place without any visual credentials of any "doctors" in plain sight.

They put me in a room for 2 hours before anyone even came in. They weren't even busy, they were sitting around! I went for obvious sinus infection symptoms and they didn't even look at my nose. Just said it's probably a virus. What an absolute joke. I took my son there a week earlier, and had a similar experience. So if you want to wait in a room for hours before being seen, only to be told it's probably a virus, this is your place!

  • 3/5 Rebecca D. 1 year ago on Google
Everyone who works here is extremely friendly and professional. The facility was very clean as well as the bathroom. I waited 2 hrs to get blood drawn, as a walk-in who paid out of pocket. The person who drew my blood really messed up. My arm is killing me and I have a lot of bruising. I get blood drawn enough to know she did a poor job.

  • 1/5 Kim U. 1 year ago on Google
Went in after being sick for over a week with worsening symptoms and becoming severe enough that I felt I needed immediate care Sunday morning. The physician who saw me did not even properly assess my lungs. Placed the stethoscope in two random places on my back and said everything was fine. Did not want to start antibiotics but gave me a low dose one anyways and sent me home. A day later I go to my pcp because I feel like death and they discover I have pneumonia. The antibiotics this place gave did not cover pneumonia and in fact worsens pneumonia symptoms in asthmatics. This is a horrible place and I definitely will not be going back. Thankfully I knew better to go get a second opinion. Do not recommend going here if you’re actually sick. To top it off they didn’t test for Covid, flu, or rsv.

  • 1/5 LaKisha F. 1 year ago on Google
Initial check-in was pleasant. Reception staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, everything afterwards felt like a rushed environment. No real examination. Just guesses and no real advice for me to take away to at least help with mine or my daughter’s issue. Nurse wasn’t thorough with asking questions and I couldn’t even get a school note for my daughter. They literally pushed us out of the door. Not sure if this was a staffing issue but I’ll seek help at a different location going forward.

My children & I had gone in for uncontrollable coughing & I was starting to have asthma attacks back to back due to coughing & shortness of breath. The timing was perfect due to the fact that I was feeling horrible but we were in & out. The staff was very nice & friendly & I would totally go back again & also refer friends & family.

My experience at Physicians Immediate Care Sunday, February 4th was great. The facility was nice & clean. I came at time when it wasn’t crowded. Everyone had been serviced already, so my turn was quick & efficient. The receptionist was was very pleasant & provided the registration link immediately. It took no more than 5 minutes to fill out the link. My wait time to see a doctor/ nurse practitioner wasn’t long. Maybe 30minutes, considering I was a walk- in. The nurse who took me vitals was very pleasant. The nurse practitioner that saw me was very pleasant as well. She showed concern about what I was feelings & asked the appropriate questions so that she could properly evaluate my situation & provide what I needed. She had great bed side manners. I got what I needed for my symptoms. Overall great experience. I will refer others & go back if needed.
