    Terrible customer service and they’re giving you undercooked meat. After calling about the first damn near raw quarter pounder, I go get a replacement cooked the same way. On top of the manager acting as if it’s a problem with me coming back to collect said undercooked burger. They don’t have to worry about me ever coming back and I warn people to check their food so that you don’t end up sick from undercooked food.

    I just don't understand how managers allow their CSR'S to talk to their customers with u acceptable and rude tones. What's so frustrating is the managers are usually within ear shot. Could very easily pull them to the side and correct their communication. Saying WHAT to any person and especially a senior is totally unacceptable!

    So I pulls to the drive thru made my order but was wondering why was traffic backed up. I finally get to the windows to pay for my meal and the cashier closes the windows and turns his back for approximately 7 or 9 minutes. I literally had to blow the horn. As I preceded to the pick window the young lady seem to have an attitude as if she was waiting on me. Food was fine but the service sucked.

    By far they have the worst customer service out of all the McDonalds I go to! Went to pick up my order that I placed on the app I sat in the drive through waiting on someone to come in the speaker. The other line moving I’m just sitting, So, I drove to the window requested a refund the young lady was nonchalant and matter a fact about it. She stated my refund will be put back on my card in a couple of days. We will see! They really need some customer service training it’s pretty sad!

    I came to this location at 1:30am today December 1st. However, despite the employee cars parked in front of the store. There is no one taking orders in the drive thru. Are employees taking a nap cause management do not check cameras...or like what the heck

    Be careful inside, watch for liquids on the floor. They don't mop the spills up they just cover it up with the rugs. The managers/owners don't care. If you slip and fall they don't even ask if you're ok and claim it's not their fault.

    How is it every time I come to this location at 6:30am the frappe machine is "being cleaned". Seriously? Who waits to clean coffee machine during breakfast hours or just too lazy and don't want to make it. Smh, I'll drive further away for better service in Crestwood, I already reached out regarding my last few visits and all I get is a call and email saying they'll talk with their team. Don't look like it's workin.

    Sat in the drive thru waiting for my door dash order for 20 mins. Took me 10 mins to get there and 20 waiting. Absolutely no reason one order should take 30 mins

    Worst service of most McDonald's I've been to!! Told me to pull over to the side for my order which was a QPC no onion. That's it. I'm used to that because of the no onion. What I'm not used to is waiting 15 MINUTES!!!!! I'LL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!

    Visited this McDonald's 7/18 a little after midnight. Attempted to go through the drive thru but was told by Carlos who says he was the Manager on Duty that the credit card machine was down and they were only taking cash. Huge inconvenience for me because all I had was my debit card. Told Carlos I was trying tonfeed my 2 children and if he could compensate me for the inconvenience. He said no, there was nothing he could do. After a few words back and forth he offered me a free fry bu that was it. This McDonald's is down the street from where we live and was forced to drive around for an hour and a half trying to find another open restaurant so I can feed my children with no luck. A huge waste of time and gas and my kids had nothing to eat. Poor customer service Carlos! ZERO STARS!

    I've never been fond of this McDonald's and should have gone a bit further for the one I love & prefer. This store is, sadly, lacking in customer service skills. I can't EVER remember having a great experience here. It was more convenient but I should have known better 🙁

    This was their "spicy chicken sandwich." It barely had any pickles or any sauce (which makes it spicy), and they also forgot our drinks. I had to basically yell at the guy 3x to get his attention. Idk if he was deaf, stupid, or both. And even as the manager was leaving, she was yelling at the cooks for not doing things correctly.

    Food is good, however lately the fires haven't been the best. Missing salt or sometimes too soggy or both. Best part is honestly the service. They are quick, give service with a smile and very direct when it comes to confirming the orders before handing it off to the customer via the drive-thru window. If I'm eating in, the place is very very clean and I know someone is using a scent spray cause it smells like burgers and flowers everytime! The washrooms are always spotless or being cleaned I believe after each customer uses it. Very attentive. I'm uncertain why alot of people don't come here as often, it doesn't look dirty like it used to. The staff is so friendly. Burgers are never dry. The whole McDonalds needs to be recognized.

    Late Nate saver Winthia was so professional I had a horrible experience. My Uber driver left food, she tried to chase him down To no success, entire she communicated with me. We got the Uber driver to return, she remade the order fresh to go again instead of sending, the food that was left behind.

    Was horrible. Half order missing then had to come in and stand around waiting . To get my missing food and drinks. By time I got back with missing food. All the other food was cold. I'm on a limited income and to take my kids to McDonald's is a treat that they ruined. Very upset. If they stop standing around talking and checking phone and this was manager I was dealing with....

    This location is a joke! Stop remodeling it and making it worse every time. Just shut it down... or at least the inside!!!!! 20 mins just to order food, as no one ever works the register, and then food comes cold and garbage! Go pound your kiosk, your app, etc. Either work the front, or close the inside, because you're terrible and useless for someone with cash!

    Don’t go here unless you want to wait half an hour for your food. Also there is no soda machine, so you’ll have to wait 15min for a refill. They also won’t serve you at the counter. You HAVE to use the self serve or mobile app. So don’t go in with cash expecting to use it.

    I am a dasher and the overnight staff is horrendous. Took 20 mins for one combo with only me and one other person there. Dashers don’t get paid by the hour and should be a priority since you rely on us to deliver your food.

    I ordered a decaf coffee and a regular coffee. The regular coffee was room temperature. The man at the window did not say hello nor acknowledge me at all. Rather, he was engaged in a phone call with his headphone in his ear. This is why there is low quality experiences. I'm not going to "cry" over a coffee that is a dollar and some change, but I'm sure many people can agree, that an employee on a personal phone call takes away from the quality of the business. Are we hiring quantity vs quality? Maybe that is an obvious question.

    I wish I could give this location a 0 star. I’ve never in my life been to such a slow McDonald’s. Not only are they slow but they don’t ever get your order correct. They need to hire more people that want to work. They forgot about us at the 3rd drive up window and we were waiting more then 25 mins… I will never be coming here again. And I will push to get this McDonald’s to be shut down

    I always go here for lunch unless it's too busy. It's got affordable food that's fast and easy to eat while on my lunch break. The staff here are hit and miss. Sometime they can get an order wrong but its very seldom. But all in all it's my go to for lunch and I recommend it to anyone who likes McDonald's. It's family owned I believe and that's not at all a bad thing.

    Worst service ever I ordered a 20 piece nugget and a 6 piece nugget and bought 2 sauces. They never put any sauce in my bag only the 2 I paid for. The Mexican boy had an attitude because he had to give me more sauces and shoved it in my hand. The service is so slow I already waited in the line for 30 minutes. That location needs to be closed down for sure. They always have bad attitudes and the slowest service in the world I would die before I ever go back there.

    This place could be faster, if it's a peak time 8am or 3pm drive thru is often at a standstill. Don't expect to drive thru quickly during these times. Employees are not outgoing mostly resting face and just doing their job out of obligation.

    Amazing Drive thru experience. Food was warm and ready to eat. My order was taken correctly. There is this one worker there whose name is Daisy and she is the sweetest worker of all time! She makes my day whenever I stop by and is always providing a good customer service. Overall great McDonald’s in the area.

    I usually never have a problem here I try to go when it’s not too busy. But I just ordered a large sprite which I usually drink right away after getting it but I waited until I got home and it was just plain water. I didn’t feel like going back to replace it but even if you were filling the cup up you would have noticed this isn’t pop. Why would anyone order a large cup of water from McDonald’s that doesn’t make sense.

    I usually ask for 2 barbecues in the first window just in case they want to charge me for it, and I never get charged. But sometimes I forget to ask for them. Why is it that if you ask for the same 2 barbecues on the second window, they give you an attitude. I don't get it. I'm willing to pay for it. Today they had me waiting on the 3rd window for my food for almost 10 minutes just for a #2 meal. So the employee who gave me my food took it a little further and told me they were out of barbecue when I asked for 2. I was like, you really want to play this game? Ok. I want a refund. I gave him the food back and a few minutes later he came back with my food and one barbecue. I told him Oh! So now all of the sudden you found one? I said I want a full refund. (With an attitude this time since he wanted to go that route) He took the food back and a nice lady came to the window. I'm assuming she was the manager. She gave me my food with 2 barbecues and she apologize for the inconvenience. I said Thank you, how hard was that?

    Took me 15 minutes just to get a drink they've gotten my order wrong before also buddy wanted to yell at me Being aggressive. When he wanted me to pull up further to wait for my food I would have said something back but not worth it when somebody is messing with your food to get into an argument with them. Rude manager with a anger problem. Can't wait to report it to corporate.

    Took a solid 15 minutes for 3 sandwiches. No one spoke to me when I had to come inside for condiments That I asked for in the drive thru that were forgotten. Still given the wrong condiments after finally getting a person's attention. Just sad.

    by far the worst, disorganized mcdonald’s i’ve EVER been to. open 24 hours but they’re closed at 3am. told they would open back up at 3:30am. ok, we’ll wait. 3:30am rolls around. go through the drive thru. ‘sorry we’re closed until 4.’ why would you have your hours listed as 24hours when you’re not open 24 hours. it’s ridiculous

    This McDonald's food service is decent half the time, but whenever the drive-thru gets crowded during "peak times" please understand you will be in the drive-thru for 15-20 minutes for NO reason I can see other the staff at the window thinks it is funny we are waiting like this. I worked at Rock N Roll McDonalds in the 80's we served everyone 25 seconds or less following the ALL the "6-steps". We were teens that appreciated the opportunity and independent money. There is No HONOR in this generation. Sorry! the staff needs to grow-up and treat your job like a business and serve your customers promptly. Work is not a time to play with yo co-workers and think customers are the joke! Wrong answer

    I was trying to order on the phone app & I was having trouble with the featured meal deal so I came inside to see if the cashier or manager could help. I ended up with the assistant manager, & after a lot of computer issues, she got my order put through. Then I find out about 30 minutes later that I didn't receive my points. I guess this is how they keep their customers from making it to 6000 points!😡
