I drive 10 miles to come to this Jewel store. They advertise online that they make carrot, celery and beet juices. Yes i took the drive over there on my lunch break. No juice...i got a casual, "we didn't make any" as she returns to stacking fruit. Aarghhhh

Better then some of the others I've been in. These grocery chains tend to give up so much space to the vendors. But this location featured merchandise the right way.

95th Street Jewel-Osco has been remodeled and looks very organized and clean. It's about time, so thank you, J.O. I was able to get in and get out because I could find what I was looking for (clean, organized, stocked shelves). I know some people may have a different experience, but I have been shopping there for YEARS, and they FINALLY invested in an upgrade to their store.

Picked up a few items while I was passing through that area. Friendly clerks and nicely stocked store. Cherries were missing from the available sale items and I didn't even think to ask the clerk who was right there.

A really unpleasant experience in the deli area. The young lady that actually helped me was pleasant. The creep that was in the back that made the comment, "that Guy in the blue shirt is next", was insanely upsetting. First, I AM NOT A "GUY"! I am 6ft tall, 42=38-54. So besides being rude was also clearly blind. I will not be back to that particular Jewel. Perhaps sensitivity training is in order

The lady behind the deli ciounter was rude and short with me. Not just me the Indian young lady as well. I understood what her problem was but shopping while black is not a crime. It is not about me its about the green. It's cool no reflection on Jewel. I still shop there.

It's not the fanciest grocery store but it's clean and well organized. It's a solid middle class grocery store. I've ordered the store made goods many times from here and they do a good job here. The parking lot is usually pretty empty since all the stores in this shopping center have their own parking section, so it's easy to get in and out.

I've been a regular shopper here now for the last 10 years or so and it has just gone so far down it's crazy. I know being out of product isn't there fault given the country's current situation but everything else is completely on them. The store just looks dirty, I'm always finding brown nasty meat and have gotten food poison twice. Handful of employees are friendly.

I really wish they'd open up there 2nd door. Seems kinda lazy not to. Everyone jams into each other going in and out. The poor cart man sits with carts and every time he goes in he has to wait for everyone going in and out. Poor guy. No ones ever in the parking spots for curbside. Its 2023 open up the other door! Anywho other than that its a good store

Fruit here is never fresh! Label said that these strawberries was packed yesterday but they look like they been sitting out for 2 weeks or more! Itโ€™s really disgusting and ridiculous that you canโ€™t even get fresh fruit from establishment like Jewels!

Prices are skyrocketing everywhere, so people and families have to be mindful of how they spend their money. I drove all the way over here to this Jewel this particular Jewel on Pulaski Avenue, for some grilled chicken from the deli. Just to see some dried up, burnt black tarred, looks to be two day old chicken in the glass case. Do better! Managers do better! I'm so over this particular Jewel.

One of the cleanest and most organized Jewel Osco I have ever been too. Always in and out of this place. The employees always greet you and have a smile on their face

I went to the Deli to get fried wings. There was only one other customer being attended on the fresh side. Two women behind the counter saw me, continued their conversation about their workplace. I waited almost 5 minutes before they acknowledged me. No other customers were there. Unprofessional.

It was SO NICE, I couldn't believe l was at Jewels! [I'm not sure if this is a compliment or not., but it's true. l went in for two items , went back for a cart , and filled it up! [I'm not sure that's a good thing either!]

When they have sales you can save big. Friendly customer service, and always helpful. And they store usually is cheaper than some jewels in other areas.

Employees are friendly and helpful. Store is clean and easy to find items. Easy self checkout. If you rather use a cashier. They are fast and efficient.

Unfortunately my biggest issue would be pricing. At one time you were able to purchase the jewel brand products, which were quality products at a fair price. That no longer applies. The signature brand products are just as expensive and in some cases more expensive than the popular brands. The quality of the produce and fresh vegetables has lessened, as well as their prepared foods, yet prices have risen a minimum of a dollar per item. I am well aware of the circumstances that stores are up against but as consumers, we face an even bigger battle. As a consumer, I still have a choice which stores and shops I will support during this very difficult time for our country. Unfortunately, at this time I feel that Jewel food stores could you more for the consumer, that chooses to do more for their bottom line and I will not support Jewel foods

I have been going to this Jewel because of location convience for 35 yrs. Of all the stores in the area they have the worse produce. If they have it on sale for quick movement, inspect it before purchasing. There is a good possibility it is not totally edible. Especially when it comes to berries. I will not buy any berries from them because to often I got moldy berries. My wife informed a worker that they might want to check their freezers because two containers of Cool Whip she purchased the day before was not frozen, in fact it was slightly runny. He told her that โ€œCool Whip is like liquor it never freezes.โ€ We looked that up and not only is that totally wrong it was suggested that Cool Whip should be kept frozen until it is ready to be used. Three days later I was in the store and it looked like they were defrosting all their freezers. But having said that I think the people there deserve a pat on the back. They are courtesy and with the exception of the one incident my wife had they seem to be knowledgeable.

This jewel is the worst! They never have anything in stock. I went in one day to get lettuce, there was none. I also checked for these bagged salad kits and there werenโ€™t any of the Asian ones. Next day there is the Asian one and this is what it looked like. I want to go to this jewel because itโ€™s right by my house, but itโ€™s totally inconvenient that I have to leave because they never have enough products I need in stock. Like basic products. Iโ€™m going to Merrionette Park until they change management at this store. Iโ€™m sick of it.
