Charged $95 additional service fee for a dumpster that had a lid slightly open. This is in aditional to my monthly fee of $65. Tried to rectify it with management with no satisfaction. The service fee a 150% increase on my monthly fee! Terrible!

We have been charged twice for a contamination fee for recycling. It has not been an issue for the last 4 years but now all of a sudden it is? We never recieved a list of the changes to what they consider recyclable. And let me just say if you can't recycle plastic what's the point of recycling.

Put garbage out in black bags and they didn’t pick up anything. Bill is paid... what gives??

What's the point of having a recycling center that only takes a ton and a half. Seriously a ton and a half minunm.

In all the years I've that I had had this service, there may have been one little glitch, which was RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY, with one two-minute (friendly and courteous) phone call.

Cans have CONSISTENTLY been placed too close to the mailbox (which is not where we leave them. We leave them on our apron so rhat there is not mailbox impediment), yet I am continually retrieving a can by the mailbox. I am tired of having cards from the mailman stating I am in the area for delivery. Can't wait for yet another call from them with excuses.

Whereas the reliability of service has been consistent, the constant increase every month which is NOT related to fuel costs (I would understand if those were occurring) despite having agreed to a contract based on a price that originally matched that of Flood Bros. is incredibly deceptive. Getting ahold of a customer service agent regarding billing is also almost impossible. Either one cannot be reached or no one calls nor emails back after repeated attempts to reach them.

More and more expensive every month. Even with the 300$ dumpster removal fee, I'll save money with my new service. I just hope they actually canceled my service . I did call back twice to make sure, but the other reviews say they are dishonest about that too. They're pretty snarky on the phone ,until you tell them to come get their dumpster . It's like "wow dude your just selling garbage service, what's there to be so mean and snide over?" lol

They are expensive and what falls out of the garbage can is left to blow around the neighborhood.

Great service. Always clean up all the garbage that may have been taken out of the can from animals. Also very easy to get another garbage can.

Dependable service, and Chris Disbrow is fantastic supervisor/manager. I never have to worry knowing Chris is in charge. Thank you for the great service.

They do a great job...always removing our waste removal needs in a timely fashion

Always consistent, reliable service. Our regular driver, Tim, goes out of his way to provide extras, like picking up stray trash that's blown away.

Cans always put back on driveway when emptied. One day I was home and seen Wm driver empty my recycling than had to lift the big scoop in front and put into the back of the truck. Some recycling fell on street and my driveway and driver got out of truck and picked it all up. I was very pleasantly surprised, so thank you

WM does not do a good job explaining what and how to recycle.

I’m always having to call because they didn’t pick up garbage or recycling. Charges to bill that almost doubled. Calling and being sent from rep to rep. Frustrating all the way around.

WM charges additional for overages. as much as the monthly rate. I've requested to cancel services over 4 months ago but they have not and pass you around from rep to rep. They are not clear about additional monthly charges which increased my bill about 40% over what was agreed. Just a poor experience all around.
