The stuff there ( especially Ida) were really helpful. We make a lot of questions about where to go or which kind of activities we could do and she was all the time friendly and professional. Really good treatment and really helpful.

Unfortunately the information provided was not correct. Last year we were told the Tirpitz museum is open. Was closed. This year they told us the museum is closed. Luckily we didn't trust them and did call the museum directly. It was open and celebrating 75 years from attack on Tirpitz. Full of people, free entry... Why is information center unaware of this?

Very good can arrange trips and be picked up from there cheaper than the cruise ships very strong free WiFi short walk to the cathedral and shopping centre which is across the bus park and road
