Pretty good... Just kidding. It is delicious! Danny, sir, I apologize for the poor choice of words. I am a pizza aficionado. I said to my sister, I think I was star struck because your the guy on the menu! The pizza is nice, thin, and tasty. I asked for two slices, white pie with 'shrooms and a pepperoni. Heated to perfection. I was a bit hesitant for the small pepperoni, but the pizza (both of them) was perfect. The guys behind the counter are courteous. Their patience and attentiveness is appreciated. Thank you very much. Again, sorry for the choice of words earlier... God bless!

Ordered delivery, mistake number 1; didn't read all the details on the menu, mistake number 2. Good idea, not ordering their normal pies. The delivery got to us cold. The menu shows 3 garlic knots but you only get one, it was ok, probably better warm. But we ordered their white shroom and added tomato sauce, it was very tasty and would have been amazing hot and fresh. To finish the meal off we tried the chocolate chip cookie which was ok but definitely not worth the price.

All the pizzas were fantastic! One of the best New York style slices in LA! Location was hidden but worth finding for the experience.

As an experienced chef with five years of industry experience, I was deeply disappointed with the quality of pizza served at Danny Boy's Pizza. The pizza lacked adequate toppings and was mostly comprised of bread, resulting in a dish that appeared haphazardly prepared and subpar in quality. Given the premium price of $37, I expected to receive a pizza with generous toppings, but this was not the case. There are several other pizza places in downtown LA that offer superior quality and quantity at a more reasonable price point. I hold no ill will towards the Chef, as I understand the challenges of working in a restaurant setting, but I must express my frustration with the restaurant's upper management and creator. In my professional opinion, New York-style pizza is overrated and lacking in substance. I cannot recommend this establishment.

I have tried to eat here several times, but the location is pretty tucked away. Today I finally got to experience the real deal! Dank pizza, w a beautiful spot, and a really kind and friendly team, what more could you ask for? I take pizza pretty serious and I def approve. Their dough is obviously what makes the business. And the business for me was the fresh mozzarella slice. And it tastes as good as it looks. You can tell the consistency is there through all the pics in reviews. Highly recommend, I’ll be back soon for sure!

Looking for legit NY Pizza in LA you say...look no further because good ol Danny Boy just landed in LA!!! Hand kneaded crusty goodness, Danny Boy's slices or pies will bring you back to the streets of NY. Toppings are authentic and the customer service is friendly and helpful. Parking ( safe underground garage ) - 20 min free for lunch and 3 hours free after 430pm all with validation. Yes that right! Grab a slice or 10, then enjoy one of my favorite part's of the city for urban exploration, Bunker Hill.

Really great pizza and really great customer service. You can really taste the quality ingredients and the care they have in making the pizza. Really nice staff, service, and open indoor dinning area.

If I could only eat one pizza for the rest of my life I would say this place. No doubt about it. I love this pizza and I wish I could have it everyday. You should have it today. It’s incredible.

This is legit pizza. It is in the plaza of Wells Fargo so not necessarily the best atmosphere but it has a nice mall feel for lunch. Service is impeccable.

Bought a slice of margherita pizza around 7pm last night, this place had so many good reviews so I thought I’d try it out. I got food poisoning from a $5 slice of pizza :) I did not expect this considering my slice didn’t have any meat on it. The place must have had cross contamination or something, because they heated up the pizza in the oven prior to serving it…no idea what happened but will not be coming back.

No cap! This is the best pizza I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. The closest to this pizza is Joes in NY and I think this one is better. Do yourself and your family/friends a favor and try this pizza.

Simply put; one of the best pizza spots in LA. Crowd is mostly people who work in the area to which is one of the only perks of having to go into the office nowadays. Slices range from $4-5.50 per slice and the staff is always friendly. Their pizza is phenomenal; crispy bottom crust and delicious, gooey toppings. Their margarita and pepperoni are my favorite. I’ve heard from other East Coasters that this is pretty damn close to what they’ve had at home. And I believe it! I only wish they had extended hours on the weekends to bring my non-DTLA fiancée and friends.

Love love love this place. Watching them measure and prepare the dough is a delight unto itself. Super friendly staff and the pizza is dope! Crust is some of the best you can find. Try the Sicilian slice which might be the perfect blend of airy/light with crispy edges. Really exceptional pizza here.

Being born and raised on the east coast and pizza being one of my favorite foods, It’s difficult for me to give Danny Boys a 5-star . The pizza is good but I don’t think it’s the best in the west. The staff was very friendly and kind, but the location is not the easiest place to get in and out of.

If you’re craving pizza this is the place to fulfill it! Nice and crispy unlike other places and full of flavor!

Finally a taste of home (NY)! I’ve been living here for 6 years and while there’s a few decent spots, couldn’t really find a decent slice, especially on the west side. Biting into the plain slice I was transported back to my local slice spot in NY and could not have been happier. Thanks for making this happen and bringing this to LA!

Me and my boyfriend drove 30 minutes in car to car traffic to try this pizza …. And here it goes. Magnificent!!! Shout out the the guy who was in the front cutting pizza, he and everyone else we came in contact customer service was great. The only down fall is there is no location 10 minutes away lol, other than that give them a try !!!! I think we seen the owner in the back working with the employees and man oh man when I say that deserves a 5 star alone!!! It’s not to many times you’ll see the owner working hard with everyone else. Get the pizza !!!!!!

amazing. got a slice of pepperoni and a slice of mushroom/white sauce. crust is unbeatable. red sauce was zingy. their garlic knots were also soft and chewy. better than most NY slice spots, and as good as the best. get their spicy sauce too. damn. just thinking about it is making me hungry again. danny is the man.

One of my favorite places in LA for pizza. I live in New York for 2 years born and raised in sf area from the service to quality of food this place doesn't miss. I've been a chef soo many years now running hotels and I can say this some quality pizza right here at Danny's!

The pizza was really good. Not the average pizza…XOXO kinda dough pizza. May seem pricy but the pizza is LARGE. The deep dish slice was a meal in itself! Would definitely go back. I chose not to eat it there, took it back to Bonaventure hotel room. The setting is more of an upscale food court. Ordered it at the hotel walked over to pick it up, super easy with the connecting bridge.
