Just
a
heads
up
Pizzazz
Salon
is
super
unprofessional
and
the
owner
does
not
care
about
her
customers
satisfaction.
My
hair
was
damaged
due
to
a
failed
treatment,
when
I
complained
to
the
owner
and
asked
for
a
refund
she
not
only
said
"no"
but
then
tried
to
say
that
I
had
a
medical
condition
that
resulted
in
my
hair
being
damaged.
First
off
who
is
she
to
try
to
1)
blame
my
damaged
hair
on
a
medical
condition
&
2)
try
to
excuse
her
staffs
inability
to
preform
their
jobs.
I
would
not
recommend
her
salon
to
my
worst
enemy!
The
owner
has
no
sense
of
customer
service!
The
only
reason
I
am
posting
this
is
because
I
don't
want
anyone
else
to
have
to
go
through
what
happened
to
me
as
a
result
of
going
to
her
salon!!!
