    I don’t normally leave negative reviews unless it is VERY BAD. I waited for ten minutes as the only customer in the building, while they served ten plus drive thru people to be rudely told to order on the computer in the lobby by the “supervisor”. After I had my meal thrown onto the counter at me I asked for a bag to go as it was to go. She rolled her eyes and through a bag at me, I went to pack my stuff into the bag and she told me to take it elsewhere to bag it HAAAA! Wow. Could not believe it.

    Went to the drive thru literally 5 minutes ago. I asked for 3 soft tacos without lettuce. And of course they came with lettuce. Chicken was over cooked in my chicken chipotle melt. It wasn't even busy... The lady that took our order, didn't smile once and wasn't really friendly. Looks like she hates her job. For sure the work experience I've had. I always go to taco bell. My experience was terrible.. I won't be coming back.

    place is terrible, first off took 25 minutes to make a simple order, ordered cheesy potatoes with no sour cream, massive load of sour cream in it, ordered grilled cheese chicken burrito, no sour cream, they put sour cream, but also added tomatoes and lettuce for some wild reason. They were not busy at all and i see why. All they were doing in there was screaming and cussing, playing around, very poor customer service. By the way burrito was disgusting lettuce and tomato do not belong on a grilled cheese burrito

    This taco bell is not good at night very poor staff almost everytime. Pretty sure my whole family and I got food poisoning 2 nights ago not sure I will be back anytime soon. Dinner staff is awful. Never get my order right and always have to go back because they messed something up

    Rude staff, went through the drive through and asked for a "bean and cheese" burrito. The lady in a snobby way says, "a what!!!" So I respond with, "a bean and cheese burrito please". The staff member says, "uhhhh a cheese rice burrito or a BEAN burrito, we do not sale bean and cheese burritos here" putting a rude emphasize on "bean and cheese".. startled I responded, "sure, I'll take one of those then" and commented that I've beenn ordering bean and cheese burritos for 20 plus years from tacobell. I then proceeded to order a "hard taco" and the staff member rudely corrected me and said, "they are called crunchy tacos"... If it wasn't for other cars already behind me in line and in front of me I would have drove off. Updated: 9/5/22 Went there and received wrong order. Asked for Dr pepper got diet coke. Asked for two soft tacos and 1 burrito, revieved nachos. Waited in drive through 34 minutes. Got stuck behind a car and in front of a car or would have drove off without my "wrong" food.

    The slower fast food restaurant I have ever been to in my life... I ordered 2 tacos and 2 burritos and it literally took 38 minutes in the drive thru... This is how long it took after I reached the window... ridiculous!!

    This place is atrocious. I was trying to get a drink carrier and was being ignored so I grabbed one and an employee took it from me and told another employee to throw it away because I touched it it seems as if out of spite exclusivly because i was an in store customer because that's when I noticed none of the employees were wearing gloves anyway even at the line making people food so even if it was a contamination issue apparently that only applies to customers

    If I could give zero Stars I would. Cinnamon twists were awful and the customer service was about the same. Someone needs to teach these people how to change their oil in their fryer!

    They suck. My cherry slushy was all air and not even full. Look at a lg soda compared to a large slushy thing. Comical. And the service was snotty and acted as if we were bothering them. Customer service is not a thing anymore.🤨

    Workers were fighting and yelling at each other. One of them walked out. My food came out wrong, which I should have checked it. I usually do but wanted to get out of there. The guy running the counter did give us free drinks, so they got the 2 stars for service instead of the 1 I would have given. Everyone should have just been refunded their money and let us know they were too short staffed.

    The dude at the window was so rude and he called us fat basically he's like are you feeding an army cuz there's only four of us in the car cuz we ordered quite a bit but we have but we have a Grandma at home add two older brothers at home and he was like dang there is only 4 of you. How disrespectful

    Good was great! Put waited at least 7 minutes to order food at the drive thru... no cards in front, 5 cats were behind me.... pull up to the counter, no urgency, girl dancing behind counter

    The gentleman at the window was extremely polite. I thanked him for it and told him it was nice to actually have someone in customer service treat me with respect. Kudos to him. I wish I would of asked his name.

    Classic taco bell. Just grabbed to eat on the road on our way out of town. Food was consistent, but the drive-thru wait time was insane.

    They are always out of everything. How hard is it to stock items that sell out frequently. More than half the time that I come they are out of Baja Blast. And the other taco bell in Klamath is never out of anything. Edit: They also consistently screw up the orders every time.

    From when we got onto the premises of this establishment to when we finally got our food through the drive-thru was about 45 mins. It took them 20 minutes to get our food AFTER we'd already paid for it.

    Terrible management! The general manager was very rude and I overheard her making fun of her other employees behind their backs. I can tell it’s a hostile environment for her co workers . I believe her name is Bailey! Food was okay, But very uncomfortable atmosphere.

    It was tough to mess up an online order, but I was told to pick it up at the counter for that exact reason. Shorted, corrected, and then we could go. Don't ever assume your drive-thru order will be correct until you find out when you get home it's not complete or you ended up with something all together different than what you actually ordered. I have proof.

    Mote lije taco hell! I have had the worst service here takimg 45 minutes at times to get food ! Then it be wrong after get to,g home. I brought the issues up to a "manager" was told ...."sorry mang"

    Got a wrap and it was burnt on one side and was lucky if it had a tablespoon of meat on it. Will not be going back the thing was nothing but lettuce. Hope they made money on it.

    Card reader down in drive thru. Won't take order on another register. I'm told I have to come inside to place order. In the meantime I have to wait 20 minutes to get out of the drive thru because there are three cars ahead of me and six cars behind me. Then they want me to go inside and wait in line again to place order? I don't think so. Bad customer care. I mean it's fast food and all but come on work with your patrons better.

    Over the intercom, they specifically asked me how many of each hot sauce flavors I wanted. Then they neglected to put the hot sauce in to the bag. I had to wait 2 hrs to eat it, cold with tapatio at home. I was hangry in my meeting....

    Was only here for a short while however the workers were friendly and helpful, very clean facility and food was good. We got the The cravings pack. It had 4 beef 5 layer burrito and 4 soft tacos which were very lovely. It was $13.00 total. Next time we come we were going to get the breakfast crunch wrap.

    Completely blown away! It's been such a crazy drive from Washington to Arizona to Reno now back to Washington. Taco Bell sounded appealing. I asked if they have Double Deckers still. I was told no not for years, BUT to my suprise the cook knew how to make them and surprised me with one. IDK who you are but YOUR AMAZING AND THANK YOU! That seriously made my day and night. With 5 hours more to go 😫, the stop was so Worth it! Thank you again!
