I will never go back. I was a walk-in, first available, probably my biggest mistake. The person who cut my hair was totally unprofessional. Several of the comments this person made were way out of line, and also, walked off on 2 different occasions. I have never felt so uncomfortable just getting a simple haircut. I really didn't ask to be sang to or asked uncomfortable questions. Jut wanted a haircut

Everyone there was very courteous and helpful. Kadir did a good job with what literally had to work with as my hair is thinning quite a bit. I would welcome the chance to come back in again to the Hair Cuttery in Altamonte Springs!

Always an amazing experience with Emily. She makes you feel very welcomed and taken care of. She is very precise and careful with your hair. I'm very particular about who touches my hair and I fully trust Emily. She's always so nice and positive. The salon also feels very welcoming and like a good environment.

I would give Emily 4.5 stars if that were possible. She was 😊 great; putting me at ease, and giving me the opportunity to get the cut I really wanted. She had a real challenge on her hands!
