Better than the PX for electronics. They also accept VAT forms. More of a selection for sure, and their staff is friendly and helpful. The only issue I have is that I signed up for a rewards program but everything is in German. Emails and etc are all in German, it would be great if there was an option to communicate in English. Great place for sure, highly recommend their service. Just remember if you’re not staying in Europe, consider waiting on buying electronics till you’re back in the states or you’ll have to use a converter from 220V to 110V (Which I’m pretty sure the PX has if they aren’t sold out).

Excellent place with excellent prices. There’s no doubt German stores have better prices and more quality, options, products and service that stores like the military stores (PX). Personally I recommend to every single English speaker to come here and buy products. The customer service speak EN and German. They also assist are knowledge on everything Tech refer. For the American's out there this place is like a German best buy its pretty great they have all the same things you would find at a big electronics store back in the states.

Purchased a new phone, staff was very helpful. We just moved here and we haven't learned any German yet, so it was very nice we had an English speaking salesman help us. Would definitely recommend this place for phones or any electronics needed!

Very popular store, it has all the latest electronic gadgets on the market. I shop here often when I want the latest video game or I need a HDMI cable to connect my tv and blue ray player. I have purchased a kitchen stove, microwave, printer and many other items at this store with out any problems. The staff is always friendly and helpful whenever I have any questions. They are also familiar with the VAT paperwork and will get you thru the line as quick as possible.

Most attractive is the price tag and service of the personal. Various EMI options are available for the customers, which make very comfortable buying experience. Catalogues are available in Internet, and they always provide attractive offers to customers. Mediamarkt is the largest Electronic retailer in Germany.
