Absolutely wonderful. I feel safe and comfortable while I'm here on a traveling assignment. It's great to have the double burners and full size fridge. There's free laundry as well. It smells great and well taken care of.

I was extremely impressed with the decor and layout of the foyer. Being a former housekeeper myself,I was somewhat surprised at the level of cleanliness the entire room along with the building displayed. If you're planning to be in the area soon I strongly recommend checking this place out. You won't regret it

Very nice clean facility. Beds are comfy and rooms are nice. Housekeeping checks on your room daily to change bedding and supply with clean towels. Staff if friendly and prices are fair

We were a large group and had reserved 4 rooms. We had a couple of requests that were taken care of immediately. The front desk gal (Kira) was absolutely wonderful. It was her first WK alone and she was doing many things at one time but made us feel like we were her number one priority. Always smiling and kind. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a fun family weekend. The Flores Family.

I am not often compelled to write reviews online but I felt it necessary to extend my appreciation for the exceptional hospitality we received from the staff at this location. We arrived several hours earlier than the check in time... completely my fault for not realizing it was 3pm. We arrived at noon after travelling 4.5 hours for my daughter's commencement at UWEC. We were tired, in need of refreshing and a change of clothes. My apologies if I am not correctly spelling her name, but Laurie at reception, empathizing with our predicament, allowed an early check in and got us into rooms right away. And she did so with extreme patience and grace as we were in mid-panic attack. The rooms were also amazing. A kitchen! wow. Comfy beds. Modern and cozy. They even have a pantry stocked with just about anything you could need. Very highly recommended! We endlessly Thank You Laurie!

We booked what we thought was a two queen bed room. Maybe it was our error, maybe it was their's. Our associate had made the reservations and checked us in so we were none the wiser when our room keys were picked up. Anywho, my stepdad and I opened the room door and there was a large king bed. We called the front desk and explained the situation to see if we could possibly get two queens. They told us they were booked. So I ended up sleeping on the floor because I wasn't about to have my stepdad sleep on the floor, I'm young, my body can rebound, ya know? And I can't sleep in the same bed as my stepdad, that's weird OF/PH content. Sounds terrible right? So why the 3 stars and not 1? So there I was on the floor with 4 pillows, and quite honestly, if the pillows were on a bed they would have been very comfortable. What brand do you guys use?? If I had like 10 of those I could have easily made a makeshift floor bed. However, although I'm small, I could only curl myself up into a ball so much to squeeze onto my 4 pillow floor bed. The wonderful lady who I spoke to the following morning to ask if any rooms with 2 queens had opened up was shocked that I hadn't been offered a rollaway bed, which is apparently a thing, so she hooked me up with one free of charge for yesterday. That's much appreciated. So, 5 stars to the wonderful lady who worked yesterday morning and spoke to room 205 and fantastic pillows. 0 stars for sleeping on the floor.

Room was excellent except for the shower. Had to get in and be blasted with cold water to turn it on. The only setting for the shower head that was comfortable for my husband and me still stung due to the water pressure.

Great staff. Had to check out early last minute and they were able to do it without charging any fee. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Although there were a lot of good things about this place, the devil is in the details. Newer hotel with little soundproofing between floors. People upstairs finally stopped the elephant feet after 12:30 am! Coffee… expensive rooms (homecoming weekend here)should equal good coffee not a pint-size coffee maker with the worst off-brand coffee ever. Then we go buy some to make but no filters here. Also, told the front desk about the 6 or more liquor containers in their parking lot when we arrived. STILL THERE! Appearances are perception. Won’t be back. Pillows seemed to be down feather and bed didn’t hurt my back. That was a plus. Picture in living room hung in the wrong direction. It seems people live here extended. I saw a nurse on her way to work. It seemed the front desk was extra chummy with some guests. No streaming. No NFL channel. So no Packer game today. Our family got together here to do this. What self-respecting hotel doesn’t have NFL channel during football season? No pool. No breakfast. No oven n kitchen. Restaurant next door expensive for the quality of the lunch sandwiches. Under $15 each. The desserts made up for it although $10 a pop.

If this place had bathtubs or a hot tub it would be PERFECT. The room was comfortable, clean, with wonderful amenities and great dove products in the bathroom. The last little upscale gripe would be that they upgrade to smart TVs so guests can use a Chromecast method, otherwise very comfortable stay!

This will be the 3rd Candlewood Suits I've stayed at. I prefer this franchise to others because of the extended stay feel. The fridge and stove top make it feel a bit more comfortable. Over all, the room was clean. They appear updated. The bed is SUPER comfy (it's the best part honestly). The reason for 3 stars? I showed up and booked this hotel in the evening. My understanding is that check out is at 11 and I tend to sleep with minimal clothing. For what ever reason, The housekeeper shows up around 8:15, and doesn't even knock, doesnt even announce herself. She just opens the door and let's herself in. Me, in my underwear and no top, freak out!!!! The woman is honestly lucky my husband went to work, because we tend to do our married business in the morning. Overall the etiquette of your house keeper is what got you a 3 star review. I can deal with layout issues (the shower walls making it so you get hit with cold water), i can deal with stocking issues (the hand towels being placed near the shower and the full body towels being hidden under the sink on the other side of the bathroom), you would have still gotten 5 stars because the quality of the hotel in general is very good. I used to work house keeping, so I'm aware that even run down motels have a specific way to handle guests that stay until designated check out times. Typically, a knock followed up by the announcement "HOUSEKEEPING". And they can see on their check list who is still in. And Who has checked out. So even if there is no response, you don't invade on a sleeping person, you wait until they check out or wake up and ask for room service. I then heard her complain in the hallway about "11 o clock check out so she can't finish this room". Absolutely unacceptable!

Kyra at the front desk is always on top of it. I stay here often for work and she has my key ready the second I walk in, knows my name and is always friendly and professional. She has handled bungled reservations made by my employer with class and hospitality. Rooms are clean, crispy sheets and nice comforter. Highly recommend staying here, it’s always pleasant.

Poor customer service. Standard room. As long as everything goes okay but did not have a good experience when it came to a complaint. Everyone in The hotel was informed that the fire alarm test were going to be performed in unoccupied rooms at 8am and at 10 am for occupied rooms, and a building wide test was at 2pm . The alarms went off at 8am and when we called we were hung up on. When my husband went downstairs to show the desk person the letter. The person at the desk said he is running an alarm test and could not help. It was really terrible and we literally had to get dressed in a hurry and get out there because it was so ear piercing in the entire building. Had to call corporate then got hung up at the corporate level twice before I got one person to say the a manager would call. Still did not get a call by the end of the day. So went down to the desk only to be told that a manager will not talk to us until monday. So I guess if your stay is not long they are okay but if you stay longer it probably is not a good idea. The motto of how they deal with complaints is to hang up on you. Zero star if I could. Not to mention when we got there the TV did not work for a day because it was raining and they have dish Network. All I am saying is there are many other options in this area. UPDATE: We finally got a call from the manager and they did offer us 1 night off the price. But I still would not go there because there are many other options. And they really don't respect sleep time after 8 am. Based on some other reviews on Google. Also they will not do house keeping unless you are there for a week so to get new towels and wash cloths you don't call to get them delivered, they require you to come down with your dirty towels to get fresh clean ones. Eww.for the initial response to my complaint I would like to point out that the owner stated that the han ups were accidentally the phone call to the lobby was not an accidental hang up because the when my husband came down to lobby to confront him he admitted he was the one that hung up on him very proudly. What kind of owner would approve hotel wide fire alarm test at 8am. Give me a break.
