I ordered my cappuccino and croissant on 19/6/23 around 8:15 am the girl that is working behind the bar is GREAT!!! Polite and quick, really good 👍🏻, the manager of the place should be take good care of her, she is really great. Never stop running, I don’t know her name but she is good 😊

I love Nero Caffé. Said that , this one is the busiest I 'd seen with dirty tables and hard to get tables. Chairs are truly destroyed and very few personnel take good care of them.

Brilliant place to get away from all the noise into a quiet corner with your fave drink. If you are lucky, you may spot a huge sofa to throw yourself on! Absolutely, the place to go now for me!

Proper tip. All the tables were dirty and customers had to move rubbish off tables themselves. Paid for an overpriced coffee with no whipped cream put and staff was just ignorant.

Was supposed to close at 20.00, I arrived at 17.20, and half of the place was cordened off, and being cleaned, so although it was half empty it was quite difficult to get a seat! I had to have my drink in coffee in a paper cup as they'd stopped serving in proper cups!! Caffe Nero should really be able to do better than this - its in an airport that operates virtually 24/7!
