I ordered a white coffee and a chocolate brownie. Unfortunately I didn't get a chocolate brownie, instead I was given a cherry muffin 😕 yuk. The service was extremely poor. After waiting over 5 minutes, I asked if someone could serve. Thankfully a female member of staff came over and served me. I also told her I was in a hurry to be somewhere. She was very helpful and went to make my coffee. Unfortunately the manager on shift gets 0 stars. Poor organisation as the manager was running around making drinks and doing other things, the manager even told the female staff why she was making my coffee when they were other orders and that it was tough even if I was in a rush. The atmosphere going to the McDonald's in Northenden made feel very tensed and so were others waiting. My long journey was ruined by the manager as I can understand orders were being done but surely it was a simple order, make a coffee hand the brownie, job done. I hope I will get what I ordered and a refund for the brownie. I can only praise the female staff for taking my order, however due to her being pressured by the manager she give me the wrong order.

Had to take my meal outside as every table was filthy, floors dirty, bin full, just disgusting. Loads of staff on but no one cleaning up.

Quick service, order was correct and made well, good warmth to the breakfast muffin, tasted fresh. Deluxe Hot Chocolate was as good as Costa serves up at less than half the price!

Hot and well served. Order took longer than it should have (10 mins). Staff preferred chatting with each other instead of preparing orders, seems a common thing in McDonald's I've been in.

We ordered nearly £40 worth of food on Deliveroo, it was all cold when it arrived and items missing: - No ketchup with the Happy Meal - No tomato dips with either portion of the cheese bites - One medium chips missing - Happy Meal came with a book when we selected a toy - No straws for the drinks This is rubbish and there was nothing we could do about it. Now I remember why we don’t get McDonalds very often, it’s sloppy.

Very Bad service 8:30am, 01/12/23 Wouldn't take order on intercom at ordering booth, waited 5 minutes. Went to the cashier, very rude, 😭 asked me why I haven't ordered on intercom, explained him there was no response there, refused to serve or take order and cashier becomes aggressive and later abusive.....will report him to McDonald's so they know what kind of staff they have. Always go there in the evenings, no probs. But morning cashier need to sacked

Most helpful friendly Mc Donald’s I have ever visited. Kudos to all working this evening guys. Slight mistake on drive through order. More than made up for it with service. A rarity these days.

Staff rude to older disabled customer & dirty toilet - order dumped on the counter by an open mouthed gum chewing lady no interaction. Staff completely ignored at counter ( chatting amongst themselves) Wouldn't set foot again as for disability awareness absolute disgrace. Oct 1st 3pm
