We ate Haraam. They had V sign near pasta dishes but after having a bite it smelt bad. Looked carefully and it said PARMESON CHEESE. PARMESON CHEESE IS NEVER VEGITARIAN. We spoke to management who said order something else. Forget that we had eaten HARAAM. just realized by calling branch that the alternative we ordered isnt vegitarian in their branch. So we eat HARAAM AGAIN. This is not on . How can a company this big do this?????

Not the best place at all. 30 min wait to order food. 15 mins to wait for a coffee. 30 mins for the bill. I ended up just going to the till to pay. I did tell the staff about the long waiting, to be laughed at. It wasn't even busy either. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Thought i was taking my wife to a nice dessert place. Turns out i get there and told they were only serving take out after 8pm, even though google says 9pm close.. Anyway I order a cortado that comes in an espresso cup and they tried to argue that this was a cortado.. having being a renowned barista for 10 years, he wasnt worth the argument, after he pulls out an espresso cup to show me what a cortado is. I ordered a french toast with nutella, it came in a lovely box, saying life is an adventure. I didnt even get a bag or cutlery.. apparenttly none left.. i ask another lady who serves cakes and she happily pulled out lots of bags and cutlery. We went on to eat this french toast that wouldnt tear and snapped the cutlery to only find the french toast was completely burnt from the bottom, but disguised with nutella and 3 stingy pieces of fruit. The only adventure this was, was to try not break my teeth. The staff serving the cakes all stank of BO and had to hold my breath whilst i waited for the takeout. Overall a terrible experience, ruining such a beautiful looking place.

Place looked very beautiful and decorated well. However extremely disorganised, there were many empty yet around 3 groups of customers queuing at door for no one to help for quite some time so we were also queuing for a while. Food not very nice standard and some customers on table next to us were given no cutlery and ourselves no plates I think the place is more for scenery and photos but the customer service and organisation and food does need alot of improving.

1st of all the place is absolutely cold. Staff very slow, the food was served freezing cold. Only had 1 bite , told them to take it all back. Drinks looked nice tasted 2/10. Avoid this place , it’s just a fancy mess up

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Excellent bouldering centre, no longer has auto belays so it's purely a bouldering center. I think it's one of the largest in Europe. Check to make sure they're open for general climbing as they have events on that aren't advertised on their website and you'll be turned away at the door. They have...
