All started okay at first, did notice that a lot if the seating was ripped and the place looked tired but , had starters all was fine, mains came, main cold , t-bone that looked like a minute steak with a bone it was that thin, sent it back and it was a while before one came back, this one was warm but still very thin for a £25 steak but by this time I'd had enough so just eat half and left the rest, heard a woman arguing with the manager regards her meal which was a bit off-putting but was a what the hell moment That was the downside The upside was the staff were very good to be honest and I think it was just one of those nights where everything goes wrong so would go again just for the entertainment value, End of the night we wasn't charged for most things and a tip was given anyway, Like I said I would go again but I think I would give the steak a miss even though its a beefeater Keep up the good work guys as you all had I nightmare I reckon

Stayed Friday 10th June before flying out. Had the pleasure to be waited on by Chloe Rose who recommended various foods and engaged us in conversation. Chloe made the visit. The food and drink was ok but it’s the people that make the difference. Thank you. Karl & Kaz.

Worst beefeater I’ve ever had the misfortune to enter. Dirty carpets, sticky tables, waited 50 mins for starters to arrive and they brought main course instead with no sign of our starters. Went to ask staff what had happened with our starters and she didn’t remember me ordering it, even though she wrote it down on the order pad. Top tip, eat elsewhere. Cancelled out breakfast meal here also as we stayed in the hotel next door.

Very poor hunters smothered chicken for Wendy it was burnt but the alternative was spot on. I had garlic Prawns they were excellent. We had desserts I had a chocolate sundae. Wendy sticky toffee pudding. The only disappointment was because the 1st meal for Wendy was burnt we dined at separate times to each other.

Very nice food options. When I arrived I first had the Nacho's as a good snack/lunch. As dinner I had the Double house stack burger (see photo) included with fries and sause of choice. When entering you are immidiatly feeling welcome. On the righthand side you have the bar where you can get a drink. On the left hand side you have the restaurant where you are seated by the crew who also immidiatly ask you about possible allergies to prevent anybody from getting sick. During the dinner we had to wait a long time for the staff to notice we finished and asking if we wanted anything else. The breakfast of the hotel is in this restaurant as well and the cooked breakfast is very nice with still unlimited choice of the regulair breakfast and that for just 2 Pounds more.

Excellent value if you've got an early flight out of Manchester Airport. We ate at the Beefeater, which was easiest. But there's a Wetherspoon 10 minute walk down the road if you prefer..

I went for lunch with my daughter. Food was delicious. Stuff was friendly and helpful. Relaxed/ no pressure atmosphere and very quiet when we came in. The only downfall was not having some foods, which are advertised on the menu. It might be worth for stuff informing the customer beforehand, if any of the foods are not available on a day, nevertheless it didn't spoil the experience. Will be back again.

We have been here two hours and only tried the starters. They were good although we are starving. Several tables around us cleared out already. It is 21.30 and there is only a dozen people here!

All you can eat breakfast for £9.99. Great value. Waited for 5 minutes to be seated even though staff looked straight at us. After being seated we were told continental breakfast was help yourself. Pancakes, crumpets, toast was really good. After ordering for our hot breakfast it after 10 minutes or so. Bacon was over cooked for me, poached egg was nice.

Food was good for a chain but not the Corn on the Cob, soggy and tasteless. Guy on the bar was a credit, easy to talk too and we all actually had a laugh with him, booked a table for 12 of us but only 8 came so they let us switch tables. Will go again even if it's just to have a laugh with the bar man, he gets 10 out of 10

Food was ok slightly overpriced for what you get however this is to be expected for somewhere attached to a premier inn that is quite close to the airport! The front of house staff is what makes this place great, called as staying at the attached hotel for a bite to eat, was greeted by a friendly team seated immediately and drinks ordered within minutes. Our waitress Cathy was fantastic, really friendly and outgoing as she took time to get to know her customers! Thank you for a great visit!

Called in here as we were in the area. I ordered Sunday roast and my husband ordered steak sampler. Both meals very enjoyable. Served by Niall who was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was good but food and service at the beefeater restaurant was absolutely awful. Firstly we were directed by the receptionist through the adjoining doors from the hotel to the restaurant we then got shouted at by a male staff member of staff with a beard for coming through that entrance and told to go and queue at the front entrance. The waitress was pleasant enough but many light bulbs are broken and the restaurant is really dark and dingy. Seats are ripped and it doesn’t overly give you a welcoming feeling. It took over half an hour for the food to eventually appear my beer battered fish was obviously frozen and oven heated and burnt on one side and was watery mush in the middle it came with 8 chips, my daughters kids meal pizza was inedible all tomato sauce and no cheese and in her words how can u make a pizza so bad, my sons chicken burger was so tough he couldn’t get a knife and fork through it never mind eat it the only meal edible was my wife’s lasagne, the first time in my 42 years I asked to see the manager and complained about the food he agreed it was terrible didn’t know why it was served and only charged for the drinks. Definitely won’t return to the restaurant. They really should take a leaf out your blackpool east premier inn Plum tree farm which is always tremendous. Had to take the kids to the local subway for a decent quick meal.

Came for Dinner on 20/6/2023. Service was exemplary and Olivia was polite and attentive to our needs. Great care throughout and her personal touch shone through with the care she gave to us as customers. Food was tasty, hot and general atmosphere although busy was still attentive and not rushed. Thankyou Olivia for your care ❤

I have been to beefeater today with all my family , this was the 3 rd time I m going this place . Such a worst experience ever today . Almost all food which was served to us was tasteless. 3 of us ordered Sunday roast and I can’t imagine having an over cooked chicken with no flavour at all and very tasteless roast potatoes which wasn’t cooked enough . 3 of us who ordered that has wasted most of our things and had to re order some burger instead to just help with our hunger . Staff were not very friendly as well . Burgers were not very great . All over really bad experience, despite spending nearly 200 pounds as a family .

I had an unlimited vegan breakfast. Although I've had better in the past, you couldn't fault it for the price and the vegan selection. Although don't do what I did and fill up on toast first. We also thought it was a buffet, but it was only the continental bit that was a buffet. Not that that's a problem, it was cooked fresh to order, and you could ask for as much as you wanted. Staff were friendly. Overall excellent value for money.

This has become our favourite family choice for a meal out. We did go initially on the spur of the moment mainly because of recent visits earlier this year. On this occasion there were 5 of us. My husband and I with our 45 year old daughter and her daughter aged 13 and son aged 17. Her husband was unable to join us but we were delighted to be taken to a table we have sat at before which is close to all amenities and circular with plenty of room to accommodate my husband's battery operated wheelchair. We did not expect to stay as long as we did but it was such an enjoyable UPLIFTING experience enhanced by the brilliant staff especially our main waiter NIALL. The meal was perfection. Nothing too much trouble. Provided with everything we needed we had to share our enjoyment. So we drew on some paper plates some special thank yous to Niall and the Beefeater..He showed us the place that the staff put items up. We were so happy that our evening has gone so well. Niall took photos of us with our mobile and even helped us with a paper bag to take our leftovers home for our wildlife corner.in the garden. After a very stressing and traumatic year for us it is a BIG THANK YOU TO EVERYBODY.

Varied menu but a lot not available at 7:30 understandable. Waitress a bit surly. She didn't seem to understand a request for less chips and more veg please. Food arrived with same chips as my husbands meal and on asking I was told you got an extra half tomato.

Unfortunately it seems to be ran on a shoestring these days after the pandemic; one waitress on her own doing everything in a crowded pub restaurant, thus wait is long for food and drinks, staff are overworked and food is mediocre yet the prices are extortionate! -all my family members agreed. Have been unsatisfied on multiple occasions now so will not be returning.

Disappointed to say the least. Waited at the door where it said wait to be seated, no one came to us so we went to the bar and asked if we had to wait and we’re told to take a seat. Sat down and waited nearly 10 minutes before anyone came to take our order. We both ordered poached eggs that were hard, I ordered 3 sausages and for 2. I had to ask for napkins because there was none on the table. The food took over 15 minutes to get to us. We were given (I’d say) no more than a table spoon full of beans. The food was tasteless. I think that will be the last time we visit this particular Beefeater.

Came here for a meal as we were staying in the Premier Inn before going on holiday and I can honestly say it must be the worst restaurant I have eaten in. The wait was ridiculous, the kids meals were dried up with shrivelled veg and the 'smothered chicken' was served without the sauce. One of the chicken meals was deducted from the bill as a gesture of good will and the staff were very apologetic but this didn't make up for the whole thing spoiling the start of our holiday.

This was a new experience for our family of 9 to dine out in a restaurant, we are more used to takeaway. It was very nice, not crowded at 6pm when we went. Nice choice for all ages. The whole family enjoyed the special treat, and we would come again, although not too often!

👍👍 I was craving curry during my stay in Manchester. And Google suggested this place to me. It's in the centre, almost 6 minutes away from my hotel. The interior design is very hip and it has a great vibe. The music that is being played is modern. The curry was amazing. And the prices were perfect for...
