Its like a High School PE class between 4 - 530 PM. Kids moping round, some in school uniform still, 5 or 6 to a piece of kit stood round talking. Lots of good kit though and its clean. Changing rooms are tiny compared to some I have been to

This gym is huge, you can always find a quiet spot to get on with why your there. Music can be a little loud and obnoxious at times so bring your own, showers are always hot.

Great facilities, friendly staff, good classes and generally good value. Even free car parking for 2 hrs

The gym itself is alright, they've recently upgraded it to include a functional area which is good. It has the problem most small gyms in this type of location of being constantly rammed, sometimes even in off-peak hours I've struggled to ever see certain machines free. Equipment hoggers make it worse especially considering there aren't many squat racks/barbells. EDIT: I've been again recently and it seems they've added more squat racks, thanks for listening!

I usually like all PureGyms, this one is my usual now because of the distance, love it

First time visiting pure gym, great equipment and friendly staff.

I joined PureGym awhile ago, looking for a PT and found Eve. She really made me feel comfortable in the gym as I was unsure what I was doing and would definitely have not gone on my own. I now have regular sessions with Eve for 2 to 3 times a week and have lost 22 pounds. It’s really boosted my confidence in the gym and everyday life. I can’t thank her enough and would 100% recommend anyone to train with Eve. She’s great and we always have a good laugh too!

There is a really good variety of classes which challenge participants at the level they are at. I find all instructors very personable and approachable & they want to help you to succeed and meet your goals. The gym is really well run under a great management team. PureAlty is a fantastic gym. The vibe is so good. I’ve met so many people there who’ve become good friends too. The classes are superb & all the instructors bring their own unique styles.

Best gym by a mile. The PT’s are the best, Dolla, James, Josh and Lyndsey in particular are fantastic .( the other PT’s Rob, Eve and Dec are also first class but I’m unable to attend as many of their classes) Highly recommend this gym.

An amazing team managing a well-equipped and clean gym. The instructors do amazing classes and they strive to make the gym environment inclusive with a sense of community for all members. Highly recommended and give the classes a go! Special mention to try out Dec’s and Eve’s classes. They have definitely motivated me and helped me to push myself every session ☺️ I’ve trained with Eve and she has been absolutely amazing and inspiring. She understood my goals and taught me the correct use of equipment and proper forms. From there, she has created a tailored programme to suit my schedule. She is very friendly and has been fantastic throughout my whole learning experience in the gym. Thanks to her, I now can confidently train and look forward to progress further. 💜

Went first time as I have the unlimited access to gyms. It’s very close to my work so I decided to go after my shift. The design is a bit different. Very clean facilities and spacious. Is one of my favourites Pure gyms so far, will definitely be back.

Probably the best Pure I've been to. Not too busy in the morning and great selection of kit. Only downside is size of changing rooms and general shower/loo facilities.

Simply used because for the early am time I train. That’s it. Apart from that It pretty much fails in all other areas. The place is a total mess.

I tried PureGym on a free 3 day pass offer when my local the Gym in Broadheath was closed for Maintenance Facilities: The changing rooms are tiny compared to the Gym. Also the method to get in is more complicated than the Gym as you have to press ok after entering you pass code whiles at the Gym after pass code is entered it automatically lets you in. Also the vending machines are expensive £3.40 for a protein bar and £1.90 for a water. These are £2.80 and £1.50 at the gym. Also the layout of this Gym is like an house with how it was built and separate rooms with equipment Gym Equipment: I really wasn’t impressed with the range of equipment. The least weight with the freeweights area was 6kg compare to the 4kg the Gym which is ideal and the perfect weight for me. Also there was only one of each weighted machines such as the leg press compared to the majority at the Gym who have 2. The calf press and the hip abduction was rusting whilst I never witness that at the Gym. Also I forgot how close it was to Alty Grammar and BTH sixth forms so it was packed full of them especially those who are in an group and hurdled around the equipment and hog it for half an hour when they all take turn using the equipment. Maybe introduced an sixth form hour. Staff: I can’t really comment on staff as they were in the office and didn’t have any out on the gym floor. The staff at the Gym are always on the gym floor either training clients or engaging with members. Cleaning: There was very few cleaning stations in PureGym and some areas didn’t have any cleaning areas, compared to the Gym which have dozen areas with cleaning spray and the staff also have a water gun to spray the equipment to clean it. When my membership is up for renew I will stick to the Gym and not chose PureGym. The Gym also have events and taster evenings and members challenges, whilst I couldn’t see anything for that at PureGym

So far so good. First time being in a gym environment since the start of lockdown as been doing home workouts. Needed to get my motivation back so signed up with the view of doing some classes, for now till I get my fitness back up. Was a bit daughnting at first (my problem not the gyms) but the layout made sense and the fitness coaches are really welcoming. What a blast.

Very good gym. Loads of equipment, always well maintained. I had cause to speak to two members of the management team today (Alice and the General Manager I think) and they were very helpful. Good value all round.

Excellent service for a great workout, considering the environment... hygiene has seriously improved since last summer, so very thankful for pure gym staff members

I love this gym and I’ve been coming for a couple of years now, the staff are friendly and kind. I was just wondering if I am allowed to use chalk/Talc for my lifts as I get sweaty palms and it decreases my weight for lifting. Again love this place, thanks.

Great value and plenty of space. I used to go to the gym. It stopped me getting fat, kept me fit and I enjoyed it. That was of course until the dictatorship decided what was best for me and stopped me attending. Perhaps one day I shall return. If indeed they haven't gone bust (tbf I don't think they will, they look pretty healthy financially as they're a great business. Its the little gyms I worry about).
