Food
left
on
the
floor
in
communal
areas,
dishes
not
cleaned
up
for
over
45
minutes
after
they've
left
the
table,
towels
and
food
left
on
the
floor
of
the
family
changing
rooms,
under
staffed,
VERY
MUCH
NOT
WORTH
THE
FEE.
THIS
PLACE
NEEDS
A
MANAGEMENT
OVERHAUL.
We
visited
for
a
tour
(30th
September)
with
the
view
of
joining
on
a
family
membership.
We
had
explained
prior
that
cleanliness
was
a
high
priority
for
us
and
we
were
verbally
guaranteed,
yes
guaranteed,
that
we
would
be
happy.
Our
prompt
1315
arrival
started
with
being
ignored
by
the
lone
receptionist
who
should
have
had
support/colleagues
to
help.
We
were
left
for
20
minutes
waiting
and
were
told
by
our
sales
rep
that
it
"isn't
my
fault,
I
didn't
know
you
were
here".
The
facilities
are
impressive,
if
not
a
little
tired.
Having
a
clean
environment
could
have
made
it
extremely
palatable
especially
when
we
were
seeing
sandwich
crusts
on
the
floor
in
both
changing
rooms
and
communal
areas
as
well
as
wet
and
visibly
dirty
towels
on
the
family
changing
room
floor.
We
finished
the
tour
with
an
overview
of
membership
options,
sat
next
to
a
table
where
the
person
had
vacated
45
minutes
earlier
on
our
arrival
and
it
was
full
of
dishes
alongside
food
on
the
floor.
You'd
think
the
sales
rep
would
have
had
some
initiative
and
actioned
this
so
we
could
see
proactive
maintenance.
We
were
told
it's
only
like
this
because
it's
the
weekend,
to
which
I
retorted:
we
would
primarily
be
using
the
facilities
at
the
weekend
therefore
it
wasn't
good
enough.
The
whole
facility,
in
my
opinion,
is
no
better
than
our
local
municipal
gyms
due
to
the
probable
lack
of
effort
by
management.
Fees
would
be
tolerable
if
you
were
left
with
a
feeling
of
value
for
money
and
staff
effort.
The
straw
that
broke
the
camels
back
was
the
"it's
not
my
job"
attitude
of
our
sales
rep
who
after
we
explained
why
we
would
not
be
joining
just
left
us
prematurely
in
the
children's
area
and
did
not
provide
the
ability
to
exit
the
building,
a
kind
member
provided
us
with
the
ability
to
exit
both
the
building
and
the
car
park.
I
think
an
overhaul
in
management
and
process
is
needed
here.
If
you're
charging
premium
prices
for
membership
then
punters
should
expect
at
a
minimum
the
ability
to
not
get
dirty
clothes/shoes/bare
feet
when
traversing
the
building.
You've
unfortunately
lost
a
potential
family
membership,
we
will
be
looking
other
local
premium
clubs.
