Delicious coffee, one of my favourite coffee shop, staff are very friendly and polite.

Really nice coffee! I’m not really much of a coffee drinker, but when visiting The Trafford Centre on a day out with the Mrs, we had a quick pick me up here. The drinks were really nice! The only complain I may have would be that the seating area was a little small. But, due to COVID, there weren’t that many people. Lovely coffee 🤗😋

Customer service when taking the order was exceptional, however it ended there. Poor customer service at the other end. Drinks were not ready at the same time, staff just slide your drinks along the counter and mumble your name, not even a smile.

The staff are rude and get you order wrong ... the upstairs Starbucks is way better than this small one. Always get the same order everytime I go and this mongy Chinese lady got my order wrong and tried to overcharge me :\

I was disappointed. Coffee was lukewarm and I wasn't offered a proper mug I was automatically given a paper one which is not very environmentally friendly. A bit of a shame

Coffee is always perfect from Starbucks. Temperate just right. You can get the standard coffee options however they usually have some seasonal coffees. This one is positioned in the Trafford centre and has brilliant staff. It’s pretty quick with service. Majority of the time it’s clean however during the busier times the table may have old cups on. Best to clean up after yourself! Often busy so you might not get a seat if you’re planning on dining in.

The worst Starbucks I have been. Waiting time is ridiculous while staff behind the counter socialising with each other, having snacks and chat in front of the customers while a lot of us been waiting for our drinks. Strawberry frappe horrible, blended to short and all Strawberry pour down the sink instead of my cup

Good for a range of coffees and snacks at reasonable prices. Pleasant staff but tables could do with clearing and wiping down more often.

Always a busy store but to be expected of the trafford centre. Very different compared to other sit-in stores I’ve been to and staff are lots nicer too- always quick to remake drinks or wash your re-usable cups after you’ve used them so they’re not dirty to put into your bag. Cafe seating/tables can get dirty however (like mentioned) it is always busy especially with parents and children in tow so its somewhat expected!

Coffee was real good but atmosphere was so loud that you could not here others 🤷🏻

This could be a brilliant place to refuel in trafford centre as has all the makings, spacious, nice decor, lots of seating options, but every time I go here it's so dirty I think this was the last time for me at this location. Dirty Cups piled high everywhere you look, food on the floor, tables not cleared. It's as though nobody is cleaning up on a shift. Bit gross and not for me anymore.

Customer Service is key. When you have a queue full of customers waiting for their drink. Staff should not be on their phones showing things to other staff. Management need to fo something. Pathetic

No extra charges for non dairy milk, unlike Robsta Coffee who would charge you for the air you breathe if they could.. Easy to convert to Starbucks.

Really helpful staff members, I think the lady on the till was in training, both so so helpful. I'm not really a coffee person but was craving something milky , Caramel flavoured , cold with a hint of coffee... the ladies made the perfect blonde coffee for me. Thank you x

The service was horrible and I was not treated fairly I paid for strawberry Frappuccino £5.70 includes £0.60 extra for caramel only had few drops of caramel I was told if I wanted proper caramel pay extra £0.60 the drink without caramel big cup cost £5.10 . The rest of the team are very good only two employees who are horrible and unprofessional.

Very disappointed. Usually our preferred coffee stop in Trafford Centre but on Wednesday afternoon it was dreadful. Lots of unoccupied tables which needed clearing and the staff, especially the baristas, just disinterested. Not the usual Starbucks customer service standard Very lucky to get 2 stars.

I was served by Lucas and service was outstanding he made my cold brew with oat milk, 5 pumps of sugar free vanilla, 2 pumps of almond syrup and light ice himself… and may I say this is the best one I’ve ever had! I’d recommend coming here just for Lucas!!!!!!!! (Only here till July 30th 2023)

It s something unimaginable happening at Starbucks! Each time I try to get a coffee and sit in the dirt and amount of garbage you can encounter is unimaginable! I wonder all those people serving behind the counter what are they doing??? Just chatting and going around!? There are dirty leftovers on the tables, no one is actually removing the dirty cups. I think this is damaging the overall image and brand of Starbucks

The drinks were fine and the staff were doing their best, but the store is grossly understaffed. 13 minutes from ordering to getting 2 drinks. At 10.45 on a Saturday morning and the queue is even bigger now.

Disappointing. Given the wrong drinks, when asked if this could be rectified, was told they didn't have the ingredients for the one we asked for. At £4 per drink, thought it was a bit out of order. The drinks we had were nice, but I think it is massively overpriced.

No air conditioning, cashier got the order wrong 3 times and didn't reward points on app, and gave attitude aswell as the people serving who over all were a drab.

Drink actually had extra shots as ordered and it was hot! This time good listening by starbucks cashier or more importantly good execution of passed on instructions by barista.

Iv never been to Starbucks as such. Thought I'd try it out in Trafford Centre. It's a big scam . I bought a peach tea . What a waste of money . No flavour in it at all. The tables were dirty from previous customers no one was cleaning up . Will stick to Costa coffee.

This afternoon I went to the Starbucks at Trafford Centre to get myself and my boyfriend a drink. I asked for a drink with regular milk and one with almond milk and no cream. The boy who made my drink clearly didn't read the ticket and put cream on the one with almond milk, when I told him that I asked for no cream because I can't have dairy he just said that he can scrape it off! I said no, I am allergic to dairy, I will need a new drink. His complete disregard for allergies and customer safety is disgusting. The week before I ordered there and the same boy took my order on the till, the same order ( 2 of the same iced drinks, one regular milk and cream one almond milk no cream) He ordered 2 completely different drinks to what I asked for, when he was serving me he was not paying attention to what I was telling him at all when I was saying that I can't have any dairy. I work in a restaurant and where I work it is compulsory to ask every customer if they have an allergy so I am shocked that the 2 times in the past 2 weeks that I have ordered there my allergy has been disregarded, by the same employee. Someone needs to have a serious talk with him before he causes an allergy reaction. I don't feel safe to drink there anymore and I won't be coming to this shop again.

Wife wanted a pumpkin spiced latte, on Halloween, told they don't do that now it's the Xmas menu (sign at the door and all the screens have pumpkin spice) OK what's on the Xmas menu? You can't order that without the Starbucks app! It was busy so I guess they don't need to care about customer service. I asked why the sign was at the door and told they are telling people at the counter. Seems like a rant over something small but customer service was none existent, and don't advertise what you’re not selling!

The staff were sullen and beyond rude. They mixed our order up and when I politely explained this I received dirty looks a wall of silence and over the top banging and crashing of cups and equipment. We were left to wait an exaggerated amount of time and were practically thrown our replacement drink.

Tried the coconut latte, really good. Sausage bap, not the best but dont expect them to be. Blueberry muffin more than made up for it, delicious!! Nice clean cafe, nice staff

I remember when Starbucks used to have a nice atmosphere - this place feels like the McDonalds of coffee shops now. My double espresso was fine (I’m no coffee expert), but the almond croissant was terrible.

Order took 20 mins for two cold drinks. Then order came as one hot one cold. Took an extra 15 mins for one drink to be replaced then was wrong still

Enjoyed my visit to this Starbucks at Trafford Centre. Considering its unique location (under a staircase),it was brilliant. As for service, well, Starbucks continues to Impress. Well done!

Quick and efficient, just as well since there is usually a queue. Lovely coffee. Always wanted some more of the nicer chairs after the refit finally they have finally arrived. Orders placed on the app allows you to skip the queue. Also has plenty of plug sockets for phones and laptops which is really useful.
