Want to wait 30 minutes for your drinks? Then come here. 😃 Staff were very frustrated and flustered and clearly showed that. We couldn’t even pay, without a very long wait. Ironically I ordered a drink called….is it worth it. Well NO it wasn’t.

Great place to chill and have a quick drink to kill some time before heading to the movies, staff good with great customer service.

Went to get some drinks passing by. Sat down at the bar, 2 guys finishing off their drinks and two bartenders there, nice and quiet. However, after the three of us being sat down with the menu for 10 or so minutes, we thought we better check the bar is still open, which it was! The bartenders were a little short/rude; I guess a long day behind them. After placing our order we waited another 5+ minutes to receive our drinks. The mocktails tasted absolutely beautiful though!

Wanted to try this bar out for a while, staff miserable no atmosphere and over priced, I would be curious to know what measures of alcohol are used as I don't drink normally and my margarita was really weak, doesn't help the glasses packed with ice, I imagine take the ice out and you would barely have any drink, the cocktails looked nice but not worth the price tag, also those stools are awful kept slipping off mine, and that wasn't due to the alcohol content!

May as well have a sign up saying “No Foreigners” because after waiting 30 minutes to be served despite it not being busy, the staff apparently are too incompetent to accept a US id. Would’ve been nice to know that this is a “British Only” Establishment before we waited so long. Train your staff.

Pleasant bar, reasonably priced, wealth of drinks to choose from and great service from the staff. Nothing negative to say and would definitely recommend

We had cocktails and mocktails as a family with our children here on three different occasions. The staff were so friendly, kind and the service was fast. Definitely worth a visit, lovely relaxed atmosphere where you can watch people pass by.

Amazing cocktails…thanks to James who was kind enough to advice me on the best cocktails…will definitely come back again .. Best pinacolada made by James…the staff are so nice too. The music is good too and the place is so clean

Great stop off for a birthday drink on the way for food. Seats awful at the bar but manageable. They don't exactly encourage you to stay long. Prices EXPENSIVE. £21.00 for 2 cocktails was extreme, given that the ingredients are inexpensive. Staff are very attentive and very nice. Price wise, you can get cheaper.

I love pink it is my favourite colour. So much pink at this bar. Staff friendly, helpful always smiling make you feel welcome. Awesome vibes. Great prices everything was so perfect. Enjoyed too much.

My partner and I stopped for a cocktail whilst shopping. They didn't have what we wanted on the menu however Nicole made the drink requested and I can honestly say it was the best passion fruit mojito we have ever had despite having these in multiple countries. Thank you so much Nicole.

I’m not saying that I should be served within the first few minutes of arrival but, after four of us sat at the bar, there wasn’t even an acknowledgment of our presence - despite staff walking back and forth slowly making cocktails. A cheerful ‘I’ll be with you in a minute’ wouldn’t have gone amiss. Can’t say I would give it a second chance.

My first time coming here and I came over for a valentines event which got cancelled, ended up staying though and can’t fault both the service and the staff that night including Julia, who was exceptional 👌👌 will be sure to come again some time!

stopped for a cocktail on my 19th birthday with my parents after shopping and the lady refused my id. I understand you need to question when looking under 25 but my id was real and i was with my parents. Also, why is yoti id uk app a legal government approved way of having your id on your phone if no where will accept it? research and get to know. took our money else where

Went here Friday night just gone, nice place and vibe but whoever the young woman is with brown hair, quite short and was serving everybody, someone needs to tell her to ease off the pressure abit. She was almost forcing us to enter some silly prize draw and constantly came to the table with her card machine and shouted ‘ANOTHER ROUND OF DRINKS YEAH!?’ We we’re like ‘No we’re okay thanks’ but she kept nagging all night long… Prices are also pretty steep here, single whiskey and coke must have been nearly £10 when I have a large bottle of the same drink at home cost only £22…

I loved going here even if it was just me. Friendly of bartendress especially her name is Chelsea. She make sure I'm in good safe and I enjoyed my birthday and she even gave me free shots. Friendly staff definitely am going back again everytime I go Trafford love the ambiance, cocktails with some relaxing music. Thank you all especially Chelsea. 🥰😍

We went in for some cocktails on our Lunch and Demika went above and beyond to look after us. The cocktails were amazing and when we had to make slight changes to the drinks it was never a problem. 10/10 would come back again.
