Asked for a large skinny mocha, recieved a medium. Mocha tasted of pure sugar, I queried this (i buy from here regular and never had a problem or a mocha that tasted as it did before) I got a rude reply "what do you expect its a sweet drink" like I said previously its never tasted like that before. Usually get a mocha from here daily, but this has now put me off so will pop somewhere else instead.

I stop in a couple of times a week for a coffee, love the coffee though I'm not too adventurous, great friendly staff. They've just had a refurbishment but its not done them any favours, the counter area is now massive having taken up some of the seating area which is now cramped, the new banquettes are uncomfortable, too high for the shorter person & short in seat. Tables are on top of each other so you get to listen to your neighbours conversation, so don't go telling your secrets! And the new fabric chairs will soon get filthy once drinks are spilt on them, not thought out! Lastly staff need to keep on top of the cleaning as tables often filthy, cups etc left on tables & food on the floor.

Lovely place for people to take a rest. Staffs are very busy in weekday afternoon, Not plenty of man powers for collecting used cups and plates, and cleaning tables promptly.

Absolutely fantastic, as usual! Staff were really nice. Very fast and accurate. Store atmosphere was awesome. Paying was easy too. Will visit again. Highly recommended.

It's a Starbucks in a Saintsbury's. You'll get your caffeine fix and all will be well

Normally very good. Today was a bit of an anomaly because they got my order wrong when should have been fairly easy to get it correct.

Love it here but it's getting annoying how inconsistent the store is with it's opening hours, one day it's open, next day it's closed, seems like it's closing more than it's opening these days and if it's open then it's only open for small amount of time in the day, the app never updates to tell you when it's closed as well, so you travel there and it's closed. Shame it's the only one in the area, use to be open until like 9 and never had these issues.Oh well, first world problems I suppose,. I just wish they could put it on the app or on google before travelling there.

Never waited as long for a coffee in my life. Unless you’ve got 30 minutes steer clear. Wasn’t even nice when it arrived

Probably the best Starbucks ive been to. Always make your drink perfectly. Never any issues. Polite friendly staff too.

No interaction with staff. Asked for my drink to be hotter than normally served and got no response. Drink just put on the side without passing them to me when I said thank you, we were ignored. It wasn’t even busy. Just one other person in the shop and no-one else waiting to be served.

Nice Starbucks albeit a little loud it’s super convient though. I wouldn’t come here to work on a project but going to the shops and feeling tired? Time to grab a coffee to go. Very clean.

Staff are excellent, clean and nice atmosphere. Starbucks products are a little overrated.

Could do with more seats inside. Friendly cheerful staff nicest peach tea I've ever had from Starbucks in all the time it's been on sale at your store think it was Oscar who made it you've made my morning 🙂

This restaurant is obviously one of the most pleasant place in the neighborhood. Whenever I come to this place I am extremely satisfied. They keep their very high level service and the highest level of meals they serve. You can never go wrong with this place. Highly recommended.

Good efficient service. Coffee could be a bit stronger, good tivsee vegan options. Will be back to try the vegan coconut and lime cake. Covid secure, some seats outside too.
