Been through drive through tonight was asked to park up even though they werent busy. My own fault but staff should of go order right! Got home missing fries and no mayo on chicken sandwich meal just loads of dry lettuce. Absolutely useless in there! definitely not worth the money its disgusting. Sat in a few weeks ago loads of school kids in there throwing food about in there and up and down moving from table to table. Taking my custom else where from now on as becomes a regular thing with things missing from my order.

I am absolutely infuriated. I ordered a McFlurry, medium fries and a cheeseburger via Uber eats and the McFlurry which was the limited edition flake one DID NOT have any chocolate sauce on it (which it is SUPPOSED to have chocolate sauce on it). I am LIVID. I was so excited to eat my McFlurry with chocolate sauce on it and was extremely disheartened and shocked to see that it had NO chocolate sauce on it. To top all that off, my fries were stale. 😡 If I wanted a McFlurry with no sauce on it, I would’ve just ordered an ordinary one but no I spent an extra 30p so I could have sauce 😡

I don't live a million miles away from this perticular McDonald's and I no I'm not the only one getting food delivered but this is the second time our food was freezing AND a totally different order sent, (40 minutes later that is) there's nothing you can do with cold McDonald's chips they taste awful and even worse if you put in microwave, looking at nearly every review you have from customers with the exact same complaint from recent to months back nothing is being done about it, because don't tell me noone from head office sees these comments, or do they and just continue to ignore and rake the money in!!! Honestly my advice to anyone is, Don't bother!!!! Because I won't be again....Liviiiid!!

Ordered from here for a driver to deliver a completely different order bagley are not answering the phone and just eat are taking forever to do anything about it.. how can your driver not know the difference in addresses to pass the correct orders over!! I now have hungry kids nothing for them as my order has been in my opinion Stolen !! Disgusting makes me sick how food can be stolen from children I want a full refund!!!

What is going on with this McDonalds?! Usually I find McDonalds very organized & generally clean. This has got to be the dirtiest, worst organized McDonalds I've ever been in. I literally don't know what the kids behind the counter were doing. It took them a solid 15 minutes to get me a small fries when there were barely any other customers.

Absolutely appalling and disrespectful service!!!! I wanted to use 20% NHS staff discount code and went to the till to scan the code. The till had a (cash only ) so I asked if I could use the code at the till and pay at the kiosk. He said we will try the contactless again, typed the code and because of the system fault, the payment didn't go through. Then I asked if someone could help me use the code at the kiosk, he walked with me, we entered the code and the system froze so we couldn't pay. He said "there's nothing we can do" and went to serve other customers. I then asked for a Manager and she said, I see the order ( with the discount) in the system "I'll put it through when you get the cash". So my husband went to the nearby ATM to get the cash and because of the time lapse the order went off the system, the code was used and we had to pay the full price for our meals. A decent customer service would be if they could put it through the system, so we could have the discount and we would have paid a little later, but atleast my 5yr old could have eaten. We were messed about for an hour (as everybody were busy serving others) no one had the courtesy to attend to us. Finally, all we get is a non- meaningful 'aplogy, no discount, lre-order and pay full price and eat our breakfast after an hour. Pathetic service is an understatement! We will never use this branch ever again! I would NEVER recommend Baguley Macdonald's branch to anyone!

I have mixed feeling about this branch, all the hand sanitiser units were empty (I tried 3 ) , this has happened before here, and I also dislike how even at 9pm they close off areas yet don't keep on top of cleaning, had to remove chips from my seat and avoid spilled drink on table. This stuff is 101 management, unclear to me whats going on...I had left feedback on app previously so I guess they don't care...

Food cold. Staff unhelpful and extremely rude. Laughed at me when I asked for my cold fries to be changed. No napkins in takeaway from drive through. Appalling service. Last time they get my money.

As normal 32 quid spent! burgers that look nothing like the pictures! missing 2 chips!having to wait? Fast food it's called 25 min isn't fast food!! Meal deal of choice only its not as milk shake machine turned off normally broken is excuse even though still hour to go so have to settle for fake coke! 99p burgers now £1.19! they tell us they've been same price 14 years which is true however 14 yrs ago they were twice as big just craftly reduced size and thickness so not the same value! And sauces also forgotten again!! Told kids no more maccy d treats sat nights!! Waste of money can go to jps for and get plenty change from £30 pounds with 4 kiddies meals while dad and mum relax with a beer!! Not kids who serves fault at all just chaotic no wonder numbers are dropping with McDonald's!!

I ordered large crisby chicken burger meal deal rather pay for meal deal was charged individually and was giving a medium fries and drink and ordered happy meal for my son chose toy and orange juice but we had book rather toy and no drink

The worst customer service with staff more interested in speaking to each other than serving customers or chasing each other into the toilets. Manger just did not care. Served cold burned food, under cooked soggy fries. Called the manger who came over and replaced the food after arguing with us about how the filet of fish was always dark brown and tasted bitter and fries soggy. The so called fresh replacement was worse than the first batch. Left the food on the table and left. Unacceptably poor customer service and atrocious food quality. What has happened to McDonald's?!!

Honestly, dreadful, pulled up in the drive through on a warm Saturday afternoon, All we wanted was 2 promotional burgers which had caught our eye on the bus stop on the way down, and 6 nugs. We got asked to wait in the car park whilst they cooked the burgers, fair enough. But 30 minutes later they still hadn't arrived, no exaggeration on that either, had to go inside to ask. They told me they had brought it out and couldn't find me so they went straight back in with the food. Like what? How hard is it to find the number plate?? Anyway, burgers were alright eventually, not worth the wait. Swerve this branch if you can

We ordered from the screen and a young lady delivered to the table. She said enjoy and quickly walked away. I had to go to the counter for milk as we had tea and there was none on the tray. Then realised no napkins so had to get up and go to the lady cleaner and she brought some. Then guess what, there was no sugar for my partner's coffee so had to get up yet again!! So wouldnt rate the customer services here. Plus fries were cold but do don't fancy going to the counter yet again!!

Got to be the worst McDonald's going. The most incompetent staff. Always something missing from your order or cold food. Tonight large fries were thrown in the bag upside down and ended up everywhere. Don't ever ask for dips as they never bother giving you any.

Went in at 9pm in drive through. The restaurant was empty. Was waiting 5 minutes to put order through. Got my ice cream and was wrong . So reversed back to tell them . Five member of staff was talking to each others and not paying attention to myself. To my horror she replaced the ice cream gave it to me without taking or apology and shoved it at me andno word spoken or apology

Food is rarely correct or even warm and if you choose to the pleasure of dining in, you're almost always sure to find a couple of 12yr olds vaping at the table while totally unchallenged by staff. How this place hasn't been shut down, I'll never know.

Been going to this branch for years, it used to be lovely years ago but it's gone right down hill! There is always something wrong with my order, never get any napkins unless I ask, my coke with no ice on the last visit was flat and watery and fries were cold. On the way into the drive through we noticed pallets of buns left in the rain, on another visit the buns were all left in the sun, I have nothing personal against the staff but its like they don't really care about their customers.

Yet again the food was cold. Not just this store but almost every time you go now you have to complain about food temperature. Going to give them a miss for a while

Greeted with "we don't have any sausage products!" How hard is it to be cheery, most of the time it's like they hate the job, they probably do but don't take it out on the customers, not often do you go to a McDonald's now and get a cheery greeting.

Terrible service, most of these mcdonalds now are run by kids these days, and quite literally have no clue how to get your order to you on time. The food is never hot, and the drinks are always flat. Both mcdonalds in wythenshawe are just as bad. I wouldn't mind, but this place isn't cheap anymore to feed 4 people and is quite frankly a waste of money and time. Terrible service and it's even worse ordering through user eats.

No staff to take my order so moved to the screens. The ordering screens were filthy and clearly not been cleaned for a long time. Ordered a breakfast with a fruit bag but was told there was no fruit bags available so the staff member swapped it to a hash brown. The staff are all friendly enough, despite the other issues. The main issue I had though was on opening my breakfast muffin it look like it had been sat on ans then on closer inspection there was a hard layer of what I assume was old food burned onto the sausage patty. I didn't have time to complain as I was heading to a hospital appointment but this is basic stuff that should be easy to get right.

Have had two really disappointing orders via Uber Eats, so not repeating any more. Wrong burger and all dips for my sharing boxes missed two weeks apart from each other. Having those sharing boxes without the dips is like half the deal. Sort yourselves out!

Staff on the drive thru appear to be miserable and look offended when you pay by cash. The staff in the restaurant appear to be more polite and happy. The food is good. The ordering screens almost never have receipts in them, which is poor.

Surprisingly I was impressed with the food, as my previous visit five years ago was a disaster. Charging for sauce when the sauce pump is not working was a shock. Table was not clean!

Dropped in to the drive through after midnight. We both had the munchies after a night at the Casino. Hit the spot. Parked up in the car park to eat, sometimes this is exactly what you need.

2nd time my order has been missing food. Reported it this time and they were very helpful but it's a lesson learned to check before you move away from the counter

Had a delivery, all food was cold, it was a five minute journey from them to us. No proper cheese, it was a 'spread', needed a microscope to see the gerkin and onion, the lettuce?..WHAT LETTUCE ! and the bun fell apart as it was so dry. The Chicken strips were undercooked, fries looked 're-warmed' Won't ever be buying from THIS particular Macdonalds again, letting the company down big time. A complete waste of £29.81.

Took 15 mins to get food it was really busy but it's meant to be fast food?!? The new ordering system is much slower and the amount of deliveroo drivers was unbelievable. Wouldn't choose this one if you want a quick bite especially on a Saturday. One good thing food is fresh and warm.

I used the drive through but ate in the car park luckily I'd ordered a happy meal for my granddaughter and they'd passed me the drink but not put the meal in the bag and id ordered a white coffee with sugar and got a black one with no sugar. Good job I wasn't half way down the motorway when we discovered there was no happy meal

HIT or MISS The staff are always really nice and the food is usually really quick.... however.... not to be a Karen but the past 3 times i've been my triple cheeseburger looks like its been kicked up and down Wythenshawe park before its been wrapped, and there's never any ice in the drinks...by the time I get home the cokes at room temperature... nobody likes a warm coke. Sometimes they get it right, but its just not consistent enough for a better rating

The apple pies this resturant serves should of been discarded an hour earlier. So if you ever order one, please check the time on them but when you phone up and complain about this, the manager says that it won't happen again and the week after it happens again.

Its always nice here. Food is always fresh, not like stockport. But it is more expensive than stockport

Random cleaning products left unattended in 3 different areas with kids running round. None of them moved the whole hour period we were there and it wasn't busy. Complete safety hazard! The chips also had 0 salt on them. Unfortunately I wouldn't return.

It wasn't busy during my last couple of visits, early morning time and late night visit. Staff was nice and food was hot.

It was super busy, especially the drive through and Uber Eats pick-ups, but the service was wonderful and quick. Every staff member had a smile on their face and the food was well prepared. There were no milkshakes, but sometimes your luck just isn't in. Would definitely recommend.

What can I say, it's good old Macys, and gou can't go wrong with a ice burger meal. This branch have some good and hard working staff, food standard is great, but my only problem is that when i use drive through, there has been a missing item!! Then it's really frustrating to go back and rectify the problem.

Could be better, felt delivery men were more important!!! Table service needs looking at, even had to get own straws, napkins,plus sauces which were ordered with the meal. Takeaway always forget straws and napkins!??? Would have put 1 and half stars that disappointed with over all experience!!! Wythenshawe not much better and Altrincham have never given the full order properly yet, indoors or takeaway!!! 1 star at most.

They've taken a lot of customer space out to put in a hatch system that doesn't get used. The justeat and ubereats guys ruin it aswell. There's too many of them and they're loud and rude. They treat it like a staff room and it's not conducive of a relaxing dining experience

ordered 'italian' chicken and burger...was miles away when I found a regular chicken burger (reciept shows I had paid for the 'italian' x2 price) and my italian burger had no sauce on it! This is the second time this kind of thing has happened at this branch. Will not be returning. As others have said..DO NOT LEAVE UNTIL YOU HAVE CHECKED WHAT YOU PAID FOR!

The Coffee is always a great taste however I do like my Coffee Very Very Hot and it was just a bit more than warm which if I had time would have given it back and the cups are reduced appropriately by Half the size. Toilets are usually very clean but on this occasion the Cleaner had not long cleaned the toilets and I found them Dirty so I told the cleaner and she cleaned them immediately I just wish people would let the cleaner know thanking you Tony.

The one of the worse performing McDonald's I've been to. Orders are frequently partly wrong and/or items missing which McDonald's do not seem to want to take responsibility for. Twice when ordering from click and serve I have been left sat waiting a very long time without out receiving my order until I actually rang the restaurant from my car and asked where it was... many of the staff are either mute or monosyllabic customer service is very poor. I was actually told they are understaffed and struggling to get anyone to come out of the restaurant to hand over click and serve orders "because of the cold...(weather)" I wish McDonald's would send US McDonald's trainers to all its UK branches to teach them customer service...

This doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Worse McDonald’s ever. When ordering food on Uber eats they always get the orders wrong. That’s happened twice to me with wrong milkshake with someone that severely allergic to the milkshake they gave. Missing food and small portions of food that was ordered large. When calling the place there’s never someone that picks up the phone. This should be taken to central HR. Very disappointed and displeased with this place.
