Absolutely
appalling
and
disrespectful
service!!!!
I
wanted
to
use
20%
NHS
staff
discount
code
and
went
to
the
till
to
scan
the
code.
The
till
had
a
(cash
only
)
so
I
asked
if
I
could
use
the
code
at
the
till
and
pay
at
the
kiosk.
He
said
we
will
try
the
contactless
again,
typed
the
code
and
because
of
the
system
fault,
the
payment
didn't
go
through.
Then
I
asked
if
someone
could
help
me
use
the
code
at
the
kiosk,
he
walked
with
me,
we
entered
the
code
and
the
system
froze
so
we
couldn't
pay.
He
said
"there's
nothing
we
can
do"
and
went
to
serve
other
customers.
I
then
asked
for
a
Manager
and
she
said,
I
see
the
order
(
with
the
discount)
in
the
system
"I'll
put
it
through
when
you
get
the
cash".
So
my
husband
went
to
the
nearby
ATM
to
get
the
cash
and
because
of
the
time
lapse
the
order
went
off
the
system,
the
code
was
used
and
we
had
to
pay
the
full
price
for
our
meals.
A
decent
customer
service
would
be
if
they
could
put
it
through
the
system,
so
we
could
have
the
discount
and
we
would
have
paid
a
little
later,
but
atleast
my
5yr
old
could
have
eaten.
We
were
messed
about
for
an
hour
(as
everybody
were
busy
serving
others)
no
one
had
the
courtesy
to
attend
to
us.
Finally,
all
we
get
is
a
non-
meaningful
'aplogy,
no
discount,
lre-order
and
pay
full
price
and
eat
our
breakfast
after
an
hour.
Pathetic
service
is
an
understatement!
We
will
never
use
this
branch
ever
again!
I
would
NEVER
recommend
Baguley
Macdonald's
branch
to
anyone!
