Nice bright rainy day. Went for grocery and after that decided to have coffee at Costa, WhiteCastle, Manchester. We had Latte, toast and sausage muffin. This Costa has amazing atmosphere.

Another Costa with a great ambiance, comfy seating and friendly staff. They also have a drive thru which is an added advantage if you are in a hurry!

Hot chocolate warm and not hot! Didn't add cream told them server just decided to pour some out of cup add cream leaving a very sticky horrible mug!!

07/11/20 @9:40am - what was supposed to be a hot caffe Latte turned out to be almost a rushed cold drink as attendant was in a rush taking orders and serving at same time dropping forks and spoons onto floor.

Google says I visited recently but I don't like coffee

So I've tried this place a few times in hopes of a different service and experience. After today this will be my second complaint regarding service attitude and standard of drink served. It's a hot day second car back in the drive through and can already see the iced drinks stood at the window. Car in front waited 5mins for their order still in sight the iced mochas on the window. Our turn and again a waut whilst looking at our order, waiting to be greated had to shout for service in the end. For the lady to reply with need to pay were busy... okay can you tell me why my iced drink has been sat there for at least 10mins without me already paying and you being to busy.. her attitude was awful and shop was empty only 2 cars on the drive through. Also from my first experience do not buy anything here that has to toasted as they forget about it and leave it on the side after cutting it, to serve another customer also with flies present. 🤷‍♀️ avoid to be honest there's better costas near by

Went through the drive through. First time it was dead so I was served fast and efficiently. Second time it was really busy, must have been there for around half an hour but I really wanted a hot chocolate so I didn’t mind😂staff were nice and friendly and got my order right

They run out of caramel, plus cream melt quickly. Plus, there was a rude customer, and he was sitting far from the table and didn't give me a chance to go across..

I lost my diamond necklace at costa, visited the next day and asked is anyone found a necklace wasn’t expecting anything though, however the gentleman at the till went back for a second and came back with my necklace, couldn’t be happier . Overall the service is great and the tram is friendly and professional.

Coffee itself was not too bad, the front door was wide open all the time so when we stayed inside it was drafty and unpleasant

Stopped here with the misses. We both have a decent sense of humor so we laughed it of but a staff member came over to our table and said " We close at 8". I asked "What time is it now?" She replied it a rather blunt and rude manner "8, you need to live now". It was kind of funny how rude she was but at the end of the day 0* for customer service. The coffecwas nice 3*

This costa coffee is situated off a busy main road. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. There’s also a drive through which is convenient. Visited 10:30 on a Monday and no que for either drive through or in store. Staff relatively friendly. Guy on the till could have been more welcoming but he processed the order quickly so no issues. Coffee and food ordered was nice

A real disappointment, toast was only cooked one side but was told it looked cooked, staff not particularly helpful or happy.

Staff were great, store clean and tidy but God the coffee has gone down hill. Used to love Costa but now it's a last resort

If there was a 0 star i would put it. Service was terrible. I ordered a caramel frostino without coffee and they gave me a caramel frostino with coffee. They asked me 3 times at the pick up window wether i wanted coffee or not and i said no 3 TIMES!!!!! Which part of no coffee did they not understand. They need to reavaluate what kind of imbeciles they hire!!!!

I visited on 4th November 2020 and around 4pm. I ordered black Forrest Christmas festive hot chocolate. This hot chocolate is my favourite one. But OMG, on that I had the best experience ever, a lady served me, she wasn't British through her accent maybe she was European. She literally bomb my experience when she added cherry sauce on top of cream. Otherwise wherever I had they just put on bottom only.

I visit a lot of Costa coffee shops. From the east and west Midlands, the Peak district, up to Cumbria and the lakes, all of the north west, and into north and central Wales. The 'Costa crew' that I met at White City on Wednesday night, stood out well above and beyond the usual high professional standards that I have experienced at Costa. Their kindness and upbeat attitude turned the frown of a bad night upside down. Thanks folks, and good luck for the future.

I visit at least once a week. The coffee is always really good. The drive through is quick and efficient. The staff are really lovely and polite, even super early in the morning!

(Reminder..Im not paid a single cent for any of these reviews).Costa Coffee if im honest is a cool place. If you like a nice latte with say a brownee or two then this could be the place for you. I visited the 'Costa Coffee' at 'White City Old trafford' recently during a shopping trip. 'Costa' is not among the cheapest of coffee shops but surroundings wise and standard of service Costa are up there with the best. I'd recommend a visit to see for yourself..

*don't normally leave reviews but these guys have earned it. this is by far my favourite costa - i have been to many costa coffee shops all over the country but have never come across such enthusiastic, friendly and helpful staff. they are passionate about making sure that your order is right (in my case, they made me a new drink free of charge as i wanted a richly flavoured cinnamon cappuccino - and were adamant that i taste it before leaving the drive thru to make sure i was happy!). the staff here have honestly made my day on many occasions - both at the drive-thru and in store. they also make it a great environment to study in - they came over to let me know where all the plug sockets were as soon i got out my laptop and asked me to give them a shout if i needed anything. on one occasion - one of the staff members gave me a free drink + tiffin as a study fuel, which is just completely unheard of these days - honestly can't wait till lockdown is over so i can go back and study there! they set the bar high for all the other coffee chains as i haven't come across people as lovely as them! top service, they deserve 5+ stars. thanks guys :) x
