Horrendous customer experience, I used to like the shop won’t be returning. I lost my receipt and the toy I bought stopped working after 1 day, a staff member remembered me in the shop but the manager kept talking over him. They have their own version of The Consumer Retail Act I’m not sure that’s legal, I asked about making a complaint I was directed to the website and no response, very frustrating.This is one local shop I will be avoiding from now on, come back Amazon all is forgiven.

Terrible customer service experience. They don't care about customer satisfaction, feedback or complaints. Their only motive is to sell cheap quality products and harass customer if asked for returns or exchange. Store manager is extremely rude and has his own set of rules when comes for return or exchange any products. This is one shop I would avoid going in future and recommend same to others

Fairly large toyshop with a great collection and some very good discounts. If you spend some time looking you could find a good toy with a great discount!

Good selection of toys for all ages, staff are great and gave my lad a freeby for his birthday which he was chuffed about, little touches like that mean I will be back, manged to pick up a he man figure too so I was also chuffed

Aggressive staff. Out of the blue, staff approached us and was so rude. If you don’t like working in a toy shop or seeing children then get another job. You let the company down. Dreadful

Great place to buy baby and kids toys

Amazing toy shop, everything you ever need for your young ones and adults alike. age ranges from 0 - to the skies the limit. Very competitive prices, staff are very helpful and polite and will go the extra mile if help is required or not.

From the moment we walked into the store the manager was there to help. We were looking for toys for a 4yr old boy. He showed us several options then left us to look around. He told us to look for him if we needed any further assistance. Very quickly we found just what we were looking for. The friendliness and helpfulness made our visit to your store so very pleasant. This is my son's favourite shop, because of the toys and it's mine because of the staff. Not only is the selection of toys fantastic but the way they're displayed makes it easy and fun for the kids to look and choose what they'd like. The people working here are also fantastic; polite, enthusiastic and genuinely knowledgeable as well as very very helpful. They're always smiling and friendly and have allowed me to visit the shop several times just to look at toys and spend quality time with my son without any pressure to buy. Wonderful place!!
