Absolutely disgusting service by one of the staff members who have let down the range today and us the customer. The staff member actually accused my wife of being a thief after we spent over £150 at the range. This is our local store we have shopped here for ages and when served earlier today had an excellent service but when we went to return a product we were served by Marcus who clearly had some sort of chip on his shoulder as soon as he saw my wife, clearly due to way she looked and to call her a thief in the store in front of my 12 year old child with other customers around was embarrassing and an absolute joke what action is the range managers going to take regarding this? I hope we hear back form the manager regarding thisas I am definitely taking this higher up the chain!

Price tickets are real problem in this store and it's always been that way. Of the 3 things I bought, 1 had an incorrect price and another had no price ticket. I had to check online for the price and ended up paying more than I wanted. The guy on the door, the greeter? Blanked me! There was a big queue and despite the one person serving calling for help several times, nobody came.

Brilliant Customer service. And help with an item that had sold out on the floor. Delivered today very happy. The staff are all helpful, polite and ready to assist if needed!! I've been shopping at Altrincham alot lately and every visit has been a positive one. We'll done guys!! ✔️

Bought a double bedsheet.because it wasn't repacked exactly the same..which is nigh impossible.no refund,no exchange toward the king size I needed.wbet to dunelm.instead.better value and quailty.the double will go to the spare bedroom.no more of my business.

Household items at reasonable prices & cafe sells good coffee. Toilets need more attention please.

Went for doggy things and got some bargains in Forthgade fishy trays! Lots of bags of meaty chews and treats and very reasonably priced. Loads of art & crafts stuff too plus tons of household items.

Great place to pick up great bargains for the home and garden. Huge choice of everyday items from the kitchen to the bathroom and everywhere in between. For the hobbiest there are huge amounts of art and crafts items to keep your creative side fuelled for years. With lots of great seasonal displays you are sure to find something to brighten up your home or garden. Give it a visit you will be glad you did.

We’ve ordered a corner sofa with The Range which cost around £400. The sofa came after 10 days of waiting. Only to come 25% complete and lots of parts missing. We rang the Range and they’ve said it’s not their problem and it’s the fault of the delivery company which is a branch of Parcel Force. The Range has also said that they cannot offer us a refund. So bottom line, not the proper item, £400 out of pocket and the item clogging up my living room which I can’t use. Not happy. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT - use these clowns, they’ll rob you blind of precious money, that can be used on something else!!!

This shop has got the most disgusting women's toilets I ha e ever experienced, If a 4 year old is scared to go in there let alone use the toilet then that's saying something. We women put up with disgusting places like this well no more DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEM!!

What an absolute dump! Prices on products are never to be seen, looks unorganised, dull and with poor light looks dirty. Entrance is not welcoming by layout or staff, staff are nowhere to be seen - they tend to congregate at the back area. Tills are never manned properly and staff don't use their initiative to call for help. During holiday periods (Halloween, Christmas) the shop floor is a major hazard, you can't get a pram or wheelchair through the isles and I can't help but wonder if it's legal, what if there was an emergency! Products are lavish and there are plenty more stores to go to for what you want. I tend to avoid this particular one. Surly head office have some idea of what is going on in store, if not then there is something definitely wrong and incompetence is destroying the brand. Maybe mystery shoppers would help or a legal visit.

I love The Range! It's my first port of call for all things household. Huge variety of quality goods and very affordable. Just wish that the café stayed open a bit later - I was too late for a jacket tattie!

The Range has everything you could possibly need for the house ... plus a bit more. We are happy to travel five miles to shop at the Range for handicraft items. The hobby shop next door allows further shopping. The cafe in The Range is the other reason that we go.

Great staff service . Very friendly. Eager to help find prices for me. Shame they were not on the shelf to start with. Lovely selection of most stuff I went in for with my son ( who I was visiting ) apart from cat litter trays that was our main item and there was only 1 style of those so never got to purchase one in here. Toilets nice. My potty training granddaughter needed the loo so it was a good send having them in the shop. Reasonable prices considering the state of the country and ridiculously hiked up prices in the shops and fuel stations now.

I called in yesterday for a few bits. No prices on products, staff just wondering around, had to wait 10 minutes to pay. Walked out without buying the items. Does the staff not walk round and see what the customers see?

Decent selection of everything nice little cafe on the 2nd floor which has a lift up to it good for disabled and prams. Great array of Xmas decorations

You can find most of the things you looking for but the lack of prices makes it difficult to shop here sometimes . Most of the products on the shelves , don't have prices for months at a time, and if you ask an employee, they roll their eyes cause they have to stop from what they are doing, to check the price , instead of actually print and display them. It has potential but bad management .

This is an really well stocked Range and had everything you need from household products, decor and art supplies.

Had a lovely greeting from a gent at the front door upon entering by someone who’s as possibly the store manager. Great, friendly and helpful service from the get go without any pressure to purchase. Brilliant team brought the large purchase out and loaded this into the car on our behalf. Fab service at checkouts also. Made a Saturday afternoon shopping trip in the heat smooth!!!

Loved it. Only issue,hence 3 stars not everything was priced. Wrong label on shelf when new item put on there. My pet hate,I work in retail. How long does it take to fill shelf and remove previous ticket if it doesn't apply.If you have to keep asking the prices it puts you off.

Always great products at great prices. Staff are polite and helpful. Unfortunately the store smells disgusting all the time especially on entrance, and it is dirty. Bonus: they have toilet facilities - however these are always disgustingly filthy.

Good place to go if looking from small household goods to various tools and hobby crafts. I call in on a regular basis to look for things I need before I go anywhere else as their prices are always good. Would recommend to anyone. Good cafe upstairs if you want a snack.

Staff lovely. BUT bought a cantaliver umbrella. 79.99 great to put together but shade no existant.. light blue refects sun hotter sat under it.. poor quality. No thankyou. My fault went cheap.. no quality at ALL.

Absolutely love this place! Beware, you could be tempted to take a lot of things back home with you the choice is so large and imaginative. Coffee shop is also recommended lovely coffee and niceties!

A lovely store that sells everything you need and want for decorating your home..🏡 The garden accessories are wonderful and the lighting is soo value for money... The Stationery (especially for children) has multiple choices and the toiletries, bedding, rugs wallpaper and paint etc I Recommend You Go, As You Won't Be Disappointed..👍🏼

The store is lovely although the food is very poor at the cafe, had microwaved burger and curly fries and service was very slow. Although I have been told it is OK when the girls are serving, the manager was on his own today.9

This is a great store, the only downside is it has a strange smell a bit like body odour, but it seems to be less noticeable after a few minutes in the store. They have a great range of products at reasonable prices and the quality is generally good too. The staff are excellent, very helpful and pleasant to deal with, such a refreshing change to experience this.

A one-stop shop for most shopping needs. Useful for Christmas and crafting items at the moment, car-care and gardening choice also very good. Our first time at a Range for a while so a bit overwhelming, but once familiar with the location of various goods a must visit store. Lots of impulsive purchases as expected !
