Fantastic service from Rose and Grey! Although our sofa took a while to arrive, which we knew about from the beginning, we are so pleased with it. We have Hugo in emerald green, the colour and quality is just great.

After browsing several furnishing stores walking into Rose and Grey was like a breath of fresh air. One of there colleagues who dealt with us was very friendly, helpful all around brilliant they had excellent product knowledge about each item located in there outlet. They held my sofa for an additional few months for no charge and were extremely helpful and friendly to deal with throughout. The sofa then arrived on time and in great condition.

Amazing experience with Rose and grey! We ordered 4 new bar stools for our new home in Germany. They were extremely friendly with the communication and very helpful in finding a solution and good price for getting them safely over to us. Once we opened the boxes, we were stunned by the craftsmanship and quality of these weathered oak stools. So popular with everyone who has seen them and well worth the money. Ordered on line a Mustard made locker, the Midi, blush pink, (absolutely gorgeous) Wednesday tea time, it arrived Friday lunchtime and was up and working by tea time! so so beautiful, unbelievable delivery, extremely easy to put together, cannot fault anything from ordering to delivery to sitting gazing at it in my kitchen..........perfection all round.

This was a bit of a gem that I knew nothing about despite passing it numerous times. We popped in when they were clearing out some old/damaged stock. We picked up some real bargains. On looking round the show room they have some amazing furniture and decor, one thing that both my partner and I said when we left was about the staff. All of the staff members we saw and spoke to were not only incredibly friendly and helpful despite them being so busy, they were more than happy to talk and couldn't do enough for you. In fact I ended up going back the next day as I was after something to go with an item I bought the previous day. Again the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and down to earth and they helped me out with what I needed. I would highly recommend this place and cannot praise the staff highly enough.

Hi, I ordered the Gloria White Marble Coffee Table. Upon opening the packaging I discovered that the marble top was cracked so they sent me a replacement. The marble top broke after a week as the coffee table is very very badly designed. The marble top sits on top of the frame but it doesnt lock into it anything to secure it. The frame is foldable so if you move the table you have to be very careful as the frame can fold slightly, which causes the marble top to fall and break. The marble top broke when I tried to move the table slightly when doing the hoover. I would advise Rose and Grey to mention this to their manufacturer. If the frame didn't fold and was locked in position then the marble wouldn't move out of its place either. Also, its a hazard if you have young children, if they move the table and the marble top goes out of place, it can fall on them or someone else causing serious injury.
