Received a £50 McParking charge as a customer of McDonald's for staying there consuming my paid for coffee and snacks, in excess of 1.5 hours. What are they playing at. Twenty five years I have been going there and in that time have spent thousands of £s Never ever had any problems parking in the past. Guess what? They just lost a good customer.....Update.. 14/11/18 Received another payment request from UKPC for the same McParking fee, £50. It was paid to them by my bank on the 08/11/18. I know it has been paid because I asked my bank to confirm this £50 payment to UKPC. Let's see them snowball the McParking fee. By the way, I had stayed 21 minutes over. In this time I was consuming, paid for, McDonald's products.... Update..15/12/18. Told you the fee would snowball. Ukpc don't realise that they have been paid on the 8/11/18. Now they want £100. I am going to let this magnify all the way to the courtroom. I am totally confident they have been paid. I will be claiming compensation from them for harassment......Will update when the balifs turn up....Just to show the interested that I really did pay Ukpc and they requested the money from my bank, see my bank statement 8/11/18. A system reference number can be seen in another photo of the £50 payment.......UPDATE 17/12/18 03:50 Guess what. I couldn't sleep with the threat of having my credit score ruined with a CCJ. I just woke up and paid it over the phone for a second time. The first payment of £50 was paid by the 8th of November. The second payment, for the very same parking fee, now £100 has also been paid, totaling £150 parking charge for 21 minutes as a paying customer of McDonalds, Chorlton. I couldn't use the online appeals option successfully, seems to be deliberately malfunctioning every effort to appeal. UKPC have now taken £100 overpayment. If any of you are having similar issues, then use this review with your legal team to help yourself from exploitation by UKPC. I'm done with Mcdonalds now. 7 November 2019 A whole year has passed by and I have redirected at the very least, £1000 of my money away from McDonalds Chorlton. I hope this review has helped others who have received parking charges to redirect their money too. Update 19/06/22 Three and a half years loss of custom from me at this branch and I can honestly say I don't think I have spent more than £100 in that time from any McDonald's anywhere; even overseas. Update 08/01/23 It's four years later. I have happily discovered a new fast food outlet, Tim Hortons (Canadian Co) they can have my custom.

It would be unfair to proper food places to rate a McDonald's any higher than a 3 because well, it's a McDonald's. This place is decent and it's ran better than the KFC over the road.

I have eaten at this particular branch. I walked here and bought a takeaway meal. I’m sure I would be able to find healthy delicious food to feed my family, but during my visit I bought a vegan burger, fries and a soft drink. I believe a good diet is so important and I put full trust in the menu which I’ve seen online. I’d be surprised if people were expecting an exquisite dining experience. Very much a no frills burger experience. There are plenty of other fast food establishments located in Chorlton if this isn’t your thing.

Kids love to go to this McDonald's for two reasons. 1. for pancakes and 2. It has kids indoor play area where my kids love to play. This McDonald's has nice seating area. It has just grouns floor sitting area not like some new ones which have double storey. Some tables have Tablets attached which has some nice kids games. I would definitely recommend this place. Tried the new crispy chicken burger thing. They got the customisation wrong and the burger was incredibly dry and inedible. Ended up going back and paying for another meal. Majorly disappointed

I had a very bad experience today. I ordered by drive through this afternoon but when I got home I found my son’s happy meal was missing. I tried to call the restaurant but no one answered. I only ordered one meal and a happy meal only. How can they even missed a meal while it’s only a little order. I had to cooked for my boy eventually. Why I have to drive to McDonald’s then? Is it save my time at the end? I’m so angry with today’s experience and made me write my first review here!!!!

Car park full of uber eats and other delivery companies. Unable to find a click and serve point. Restaurant was dirty and manager interviewing new recruits in the seating area while I was trying to eat warm food. Fries 🍟 warm, and despite Monopoly competition ongoing no stickers on box.

My Chicken BigMac was basically a glorified Chicken Mayo, there were no BigMac layers in there 😂 chips were cold but nuggets fine. Service at drive thru voice and card machine was dire, he was awful.

We've had a few bad experiences with late evening visits to other McDonald's recently with cold fries, cola with no syrup etc. It was good to come here where everything was fresh and well cooked. A particular shout out to the girl doing the fries, perfectly cooked and red hot, best I've had in McDonald's for ages and a friendly service. Definitely one of the better branches!

Disgusting service sat in drive through queue for over 15 minutes to order breakfast to get to the order machine to be told not serving breakfast anymore at 11.02am explained been sat in queue to be told not there problem.....

It's mcdonalds, so I'm not expecting much, but waiting 45 minutes in the car park for the food to arrive cold, staff walking around the cars trying to find customers no clue who they're looking for ! Shocking.

Used to be a fast food place not anymore waiting times a joke for a simple kids meal, this is all because of the uber eats etc....

My favourite McDonald's and has been for years. The staff are really friendly. Good kids area for the smaller ones! My kids loved it more than an expensive soft play when they were younger!

Been coming to this branch since last year and have to say this is one of the better branches in MCR. Burgers have been consistently good and hot, fries are freshly made and atmosphere is calm with none of the nuisance crowd you'd see in city centre branches. Parking also available for free snd drive through. Would recommend 👍🏻

They ALWAYS leave out the dips I order. Even if it's part of the meal like for chicken nuggets or the cheese bites. Every. Single. Time. It's so annoying.

Helpful staff who go out of their way to ensure that you have an enjoyable visit. Food is varied and freshly prepared. We enjoyed our visit as did our grandaughter. Will pop in again soon.

i’ve been going to macdonalds my whole life. and all of a sudden this new worker has arrived and won’t stop harassing school kids and customers. i have sat there minding my business and he stereotyped me into being a trouble maker and tried to kick me out. he said that they were closing early and only taking eat out even though it was 3:30pm. he had also picked up a dirty broom and proceeded to clean my table with it. I have no problem with being told to pick up rubbish as that is basic manners however getting kicked out for just sitting there and trying to eat my food might be taking a bit far. i hope this issue will be resolved so i can continue having a good time in my local mac donald’s.

Just been to the drive through and they've got my order wrong.

Hit n miss. I'm sure staff try their best but half of the time my order is incorrect. They will correct it if I go back but that's not always convenient and don't always get an apology. Fries are never filled to the top and are bot the freshest, but hey, it's fast food!

Food came cold, gave us more food than we wanted and charged me for it. I hadn’t had it for a while but now I will never go there again

It was really busy, I expected a longer wait than usual, but I was served quickly. The poor young lady behind the till looked a bit frazzled but she served everyone with a smile.

Drive through experience, waited over a minute for the girl to speak to me on the intercom, then the volume was very low, then at the pay window I had to wait while the girl was taking an order on the headset. Finally when I got my food the chips 🍟 where not hot, ide say warm. Ide still go back but not a proper fast food experience.

Food fell on the floor from serving window I picked it up the girl said she would get me another meal she was seen putting the burger back in the box definitely same burger as it was a plain burger she had the cheek to tell me it wasn't the same burger when I had blatantly seen her put it I. Went to McDonald’s in the morning, spoke to Dave, who was very welcoming and chatty. Letting us know when the main menu was coming onto the screens. Told us about his love for dogs what a lad. Food was top notch too!

Not great, most McDonalds don’t put emphasis on the drive though anymore. No point. Very long wait at the machine, homeless guy sitting in the drive though (basically as a 3rd stop/window) very slow and disappointing

Went in the drive through. Tried the chicken big mac. Seems like two chicken mayo burgers to replace the beef patties. Friendly staff. Quick service. Food was averagely warm

Great McDonald's having the little soft play area. Plenty of kids gadgets and drawing material available on a desk. Staff is great! Quick service. Table service available. Washing sinks in the gents toilet were a bit dirty. But maybe I just got there at the wrong moment. Parking spaces available all around the building. Location near Chorlton Park is a bonus.

Well, I stopped eating at Mc Donalds. At some point after their meat (especially the beef burgers) I always experienced a stomach ache. I was ordering extra ingredients and I didn't recive what I order and paid for it, b the queues were long so I wasn't bothered to argue over extra cheese and no onion. Staff is not always helpful, friendly and welcoming. I get shouted at because I took a napkin and used a little bit of their cleaning spray for my table as I really wanted to eat on clean table (there was no cleaners and no clean tables when we sat down, once I grabbed the spray, the cleaner run to me like she's paying fro her pocket for the spray). The woman just appeared and asked what I think I'm doing. I have to admit that the whole time of ordering food, waiting the order and clean my own table she wasn't there. Then suddenly she just came from nowhere when I was cleaning table. Not good.

Used drive through. Veena and Joan looked after me. Both smiling and working efficiently.
