What a fantastic private gym to train at. All the trainers are very friendly and make you feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door. I myself train with Christian who always delivers a great session, from nutritional knowledge to the best techniques in exercises. He always pushes me to the limit even when I think I’m done. I would definitely recommend PT Hale to anyone who is wanting to get fit and healthy.
