We are new here in Wuppertal. After a very bad experience I had with a different doctor, I came to this place. The lady at the front-desk gives a good first impression about the place being very helpful and caring (she also speaks English very well). The place is not busy and feel quite relieved when compared with other places I've been to. I also felt they are well organized and responsible. There are couple of doctor in house. We met a lady doctor who was also very pleasant. I am really satisfied and I would gladly recommend anyone based on my personal experience.

Anyone who writes here that the employees are rude and unfriendly was definitely NOT in the Vesper practice! I have been a patient here for many, many years and have NEVER been treated unkindly, even in the biggest (corona) crowds. On the contrary: the restraint of the employees when dealing with outrageous patients is admirable.

The entire team at this practice is friendly, courteous and competent. I've been going there for 8 years and haven't had any unusual waiting times for any of my appointments. I can in no way confirm the reviews that speak of long waiting times. You couldn't be in better hands as a patient. Thank you for everything over the years.

Luckily I can't understand the bad reviews! I have now been visiting the practice for a long time and with various concerns and I have never been treated rudely or brushed off. It's just that it's sometimes not so easy to reach us by phone, but you can send an email and someone will call you back. The medical assistants are just as nice and caring as the doctors. Appointments are made promptly and sorted according to necessity, such as in times of Corona with an infection consultation. All in all, thumbs up 👍

The doctor Schemberger has always been friendly and nice to me and my mother. And when my father was seriously ill, he even wanted to make home visits. Great doctor and everyone working there is 👍.

I think it's outrageous, I was on hold for 25 minutes and then I hung up! This is the case all the time. Those at the reception haven't heard anything about friendliness either! If you want to be treated promptly, find another doctor!

Nice team of professionals. Dr. Vesper is kind, pays a lot of attention to the patient and tries her best to answer all the questions. Another advantage for foreign people: both the nurses (though not all) and the doctor speak English.

Lovely team of professionals. I would recommend, specially internationals, to get checked here.

The doctor was very nice, but a 3 hour wait is really not okay. I don't go here anymore.

Years ago I was looking for a very good family doctor. I am totally satisfied with both doctors and staff, super friendly, short-term appointments, what more could you want, professional, nice, you are taken seriously, you can talk openly about everything without feeling guilty, many thanks to the team
