Dies ist eine sehr gut organisierte Ärztepraxis. Die Rezeption dürfen Patienten wegen der Coronaregelungen nur einzeln betreten, also sollte man etwas früher kommen, denn man muss vielleicht einige Minuten im Treppenhaus warten. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind alle sehr freundlich und die interne Organisation der Praxis ist beispielhaft. Ich war wegen eines neurologischen Leidens bei Dr. Florian Schumacher. Er hatte bereits vor dem Gespräch eine Untersuchung in der Praxis durchführen lassen, ordnete nachher auch noch eine radiologische Untersuchung an, die dann zu einer schlüssigen Diagnose führte. Er hat mir alles ausführlich und verständlich erklärt. Ich war sehr beeindruckt von Dr. Florian Schumacher.

Dr. Jörg Schumacher ist noch einer der wenigen Ärzte" der alten Schule " der sein Handwerk versteht. Hier ist man kein durchlaufender Posten wie bei vielen anderen Ärzten. Die Ängste und Sorgen seiner Patienten nimmt er noch ernst und unterstützt mit fachärztlicher Kompetenz. Ich hoffe Dr. Schumacher bleibt uns noch etwas erhalten bevor er sicherlich in den wohlverdienten Ruhestand geht.

I cannot recommend this practice in any way. I also find the way feedback is responded to unprofessional. The practice is decorated with black lacquered furniture and red blankets as throws, with questionable accessories. Not at all friendly and inviting, which is particularly important as a setting for this patient group. As already described several times, Dr F. Schumacher is insensitive, unprofessional, but completely confident in himself and his competence. I even asked him directly about his insensitive behavior - which was also due to the fact that he didn't read my patient form before treatment (he didn't need it) - and was told that he was just being professional. Previously completed patient forms are not read, but - as in my case - there was important information that you should know BEFORE treatment. That's what the bows are for. Reports are not sent to the treating physician despite requests. I received this by email, no consent was given. I also have a written concession from the practice here. Anyone who wants to get well should avoid this practice and one can only hope that the doctors reflect on themselves, because with so much critical feedback it can't all be down to us patients. Impossible.

2 Monate krank geschrieben worden und auf den Termin beim Neurologen gewartet. Nach 2 Monaten endlich der Termin und die Aussage war : Ja ihr Hausarzt hat sie jetzt 2 Monate krank geschrieben, geht's ihnen besser ? Ich: Nein ! Ja dann können sie ja auch wieder arbeiten gehen, zuhause wird es auch nicht besser. Für diesen Spruch musste ich dann 2 Monate warten 😡🤮

Bin seit über 10 Jahren Patient in der Praxis und sehr zufrieden. Sowohl der Senior als auch der Junior sind beide kompetente Ärzte, die auch bei vollem Wartezimmer zuhören und sich Zeit nehmen und alles gut erklären und helfen. Bis jetzt wurde immer auf meine Anliegen und Fragen eingegangen. Wunder kann ein Arzt selten vollbringen, da muss man als Patient auch mitarbeiten. Ein großes Lob auch an das Praxisteam, die auch unter Corona-Bedingungen die Ruhe bewahren und den Patienten freundlich und hilfsbereit betreuen. Ich kann also die Prais nur weiter empfehlen.

Der Arzt ist gleichgültig, ich habe 2 Monate auf denTermin gewartet, nach 3 Min Gespräch hat er sich von mir verabschiedet; meine Frage wegen möglichen Nebenwirkungen der anderen Medikamenten, die ich nehme, auf meine neurologische Erkrankung wurde nicht beantwortet. In meinem Fall war es zu verstehen, dass ich als Patient für ihm eine unnötige Störung bin.

The practice was recommended to me by my family doctor, and I can only pass on this recommendation! I was really helped a lot. I was treated by Florian Schumacher for quite a long time. An extraordinary willingness to help that I have never seen before! Absolutely thrilled. Also the medical assistants, all really nice, helpful and competent. I've read previous reviews and can't understand the negative reviews. Stay as you are! Mega good! The facility is perhaps a bit older, yes?!...the focus should be on other things! It was important to me that I was helped and not which chair I was sitting on - the waiting time was about 10 minutes on average. Top! In my opinion it couldn't be better!

I am extremely satisfied with the practice. I switched to this one a year ago and can't say anything negative. No matter when I call or come over spontaneously because I need a prescription, there are no problems. The conversations I've had with the doctor so far have been great, well explained and friendly. I can't say anything negative about the ladies, so far they've all been very nice, friendly and patient.

Unfriendly, disoriented, antisocial

The place of his clinic is very easy to get and fits me too. First, the receptionists or the nurses are very friendly and helpful. So I felt relaxed the moment I get there. The Doctor is very professional and friendly. He is very precise in checking and examining. The most important thing that he's a very well understanding and gives me all the time I need to explain my pain very well..He is the best doctor I've ever met here in Germany.

Bin schon länger in dieser Praxis Patientin. Vorher war ich bei Jörg Schumacher, der sich immer Zeit genommen hat für mich und jetzt bin ich seit ueber 1 Jahr bei Florian Schumacher. Ein sehr netter Arzt, der sich Zeit nimmt und mir sehr geholfen hat. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Praxisteam sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Auch telefonische Anfragen werden sofort erledigt. Das hat man nicht in jeder Praxis. Würde immer wieder zu Florian gehen. Für mich gibt es keinen besseren Arzt.

Wir haben vergleichsweise überraschend schnell einen Termin (zur neuropsychol. Nachsorge etc.) bekommen und sind in der Praxis freundlich behandelt worden. Zudem kam der Patient direkt, also quasi ohne Wartezeit, an die Reihe. Die ärztliche Untersuchung erfolgte schnell, unkompliziert und gründlich. Im anschließenden Gespräch war der Arzt absolut kompetent, kooperativ und hilfreich was z.B weitere Therapiemöglichkeiten und Zukunftsaussichten betrifft.

I can only warmly recommend this practice. I've had a problem with cold feet for years. First I went to a neurologist across from Karstadt. Not only was I not helped, but the problem was also not recognized because no real effort was made. The second doctor and Sankt Wendel were a little better, but there was no success here either. I continued to tackle the problem and discovered the practice by chance. Exactly what I as a layman thought should be done, a nerve measurement was then suggested before I spoke to the doctor. The doctor now has to wait for a blood test, but he already has a guess as to how they could help me. I found it all very professional and I'm looking forward to further visits because I'm pretty sure my problem will be solved after years. I have been with Dr. for a very long time. Schumacher undergoing treatment. I feel in good hands there and taken seriously. I think the practice management is great. Unfortunately, there are always people who are looking for a fly in the ointment. Maybe these people should remember that they are not alone in the world.

After describing my symptoms, I was given an appointment within 2 days. The practice team was super friendly, the doctor took his time and explained everything clearly. I can only warmly recommend the practice.
