As other experiences have already reported, I unfortunately had to experience today that the practice is simply greedy for money. I made an appointment by phone for a grinding splint. Normally, the statutory health insurance company covers the entire cost. However, on the day of my treatment I was informed that a different health insurance rate would be used (without any explanation) and that I would have to pay over 1,000 euros myself. After being treated well as a private patient in the practice for years, I am disappointed to be taken advantage of in such a way as a statutory health insurance patient. I had to spontaneously cancel the appointment when I was in the practice...

I had root canal treatment in this clinic after one year of pain and heat in half of my face. I found the dentist didn't clean my tooth enough and consequently had a serious infection that can cause of my life and after that I had to remove my tooth. I don't recommend this clinic because they are not professional enough to do their job in a good way

I actually avoid such large practices. But I was looking for a specialist in CMD and found him in Dr. Imhoff. Because of the good treatment, I stayed in the practice. All employees are always friendly. Dr. Imhoff is quick, but still takes time to answer questions. The scheduling is perfect - there are almost no waiting times. Professional teeth cleaning is also good. So far - unlike other reviews written here - I haven't been persuaded to do any special services for a fee. I am completely satisfied with the dental care in the practice.

Just don't!!!!!! I always had perfect teeth until I had treatment at Elephant 5. The doctor said that my molar fillings needed to be replaced. Even though nothing ever fell off or I had any other problems, I agreed, I thought: he is the doctor and should have experience. I was treated by a woman around 20 years old. I had my first concerns 😥 She had completely drilled out all of my teeth on both sides so that hardly any of my original teeth remained. Since then I have only had pain when eating and drinking and my teeth have been sensitive since the procedure. I've never had that before!!!!!!!! For this reason I went to get a second opinion from another dentist and the result is: I can now have 4 dental crowns installed and I don't know how I'm going to pay for them. The whole thing was about 5 years ago, but every time I eat or drink I feel pain and I always think about that botch. I would never let these nasty rip-offs touch my teeth.

I have been a patient of Dr. for more than 10 years. Tender and very satisfied. Arranging an appointment is extremely easy, I've only had really short waiting times, if any at all, over the years, the treatments have always been professional and despite my problematic teeth, I've never had any complaints. The corresponding treatment and cost plans were always accepted by my health insurance without any problems. Even larger projects were completed in the previously planned time to my complete satisfaction, without any improvements having been necessary over the years. I would particularly like to emphasize the friendly interaction with me as a patient, but also with each other within the team. All measures were always explained to me in such a way that I understood why something had to be done. During the treatments the atmosphere was always friendly and professional, I feel at ease with Dr. Zartmann and his team are always in good hands.

Hard to beat when it comes to customer unfriendliness. Pure rip-off in this practice. I had my teeth cleaned and paid way too much. The billing rate was calculated at a factor of 2.84 due to moderate contamination, although the nice lady who carried out the treatment told me that I had very good teeth and that there was hardly anything that could be done. 125€, I pay around 80€ at my standard practice and have been paying that for years. Then, as a self-payer, I was asked whether I would like to have an X-ray taken as a precaution, even though I don't have any problems with my teeth. The doctor gave me the impression that she was less interested in my health and more interested in making sales with a new patient. I had the routine examination talked into me. I was also billed for a consultation that I didn't even know I had. All in all, far too expensive, unfriendly from start to finish and no longer worth a visit. Anyone who needs a teeth cleaning and professional treatment that corresponds to the actual treatment costs is in the wrong practice.
