too
many.
The
service
is
catastrophic.
The
employees
are
unable
to
file
a
complaint
and
at
the
same
time
bill
for
the
new
purchase.
I
pointed
out
again
that
I
didn't
want
a
voucher,
but
rather
the
money
for
the
goods.
Unfortunately,
I
was
still
issued
a
voucher
and
accused
of
lying.
If
the
cashier
was
confused,
I
understand,
but
not
if
you
are
blamed
for
the
cashier's
mistake.
I
insisted
that
the
transaction
be
reversed
so
that
the
new
goods
could
be
offset
against
the
voucher.
The
boss
then
had
to
come
over,
but
even
she
made
the
same
mistake
as
the
cashier,
which
is
why
I
now
have
so
many
receipts
that
the
return
and
the
new
purchase
can
only
be
traced
on
the
receipts
via
a
detour.
To
top
it
off,
I
also
got
the
money
in
cash,
even
though
I
paid
for
the
goods
with
a
card.
The
boss
is
blonde
and
has
a
Russian
accent,
the
cashier
is
dark-haired,
heavily
made-up...both
recognizable
by
their
fake
smiles.
All
that
can
be
said
about
the
second
cashier
is
that
she
noticed
the
error
and
advised
the
boss
not
to
repeat
the
error
in
the
cash
register
system.
It
was
clear
that
she
saw
a
solution
to
the
problem,
but
she
still
didn't
intervene.
Absolutely
unfriendly,
while
the
statement
“we
are
very
friendly
and
will
accommodate
you”
was
repeated
over
and
over
again...
sorry...
but
blaming
your
own
mistakes
on
the
customer
and
only
letting
the
customer
leave
when
it
became
clear
that
he
wasn't
leaving
the
store
beforehand
Allowing
the
law
to
exist
is
not
child-friendly.
I
came
back
in
a
few
minutes
after
leaving
the
store
to
ask
for
names
and
didn't
hear
anyone
talking
about
how
this
mistake
can
happen
quickly
and
that
the
cashiers
should
pay
more
attention.
I
really
hope
that
this
review
gets
something
started,
because
when
you
read
the
other
reviews,
you
quickly
realize
that
this
wasn't
an
isolated
incident.
Not
only
do
these
ladies
have
no
place
in
customer
service
due
to
a
lack
of
customer
friendliness,
they
are
incompetent
and
cannot
operate
the
cash
register
properly,
not
even
the
boss,
who
has
been
working
there
for
so
many
years...
