disappointed
after

years!
After
I
have
my
appointment
I
did
it
with
Yvonne
two
months
before,
and
I
called
again
the
day
before
the
appointment
to
let
them
know
that
I
had
to
be
ready
at
a
certain
time.
Yvonne
would
have
had
4
hours.
That's
usually
enough
and
I've
always
finished
it
after
three
hours.
The
lady
on
the
phone
(who
wasn't
nice)
told
me
that
I
wasn't
scheduled
to
cut
until
4
and
a
half
hours
later.
I
told
her
that
it
wasn't
possible.
I
didn't
have
time
for
that
(6
hours
at
the
hairdresser?
what's
going
on?).
After
a
long
time
back
and
forth
with
this
person
who
was
becoming
increasingly
cheeky,
I
wanted
to
speak
to
Yvonne
personally.
I
was
not
allowed
to
do
this.
She
doesn't
have
time
to
answer
the
phone.
Whaaaat?
Anyone
can
answer
the
phone
for
a
minute.
Everyone
should
make
time
for
long-standing
customers
or
customers.
I
then
had
to
cancel
the
appointment.
It's
a
shame,
I
was
always
very
satisfied
with
Yvonne
and
her
team
here
on
Iltisstrasse.
That's
why
I
was
a
loyal
customer
(22
years
old).
Everyone
was
very
nice
here!
Because
of
the
pleasant
atmosphere
and
Yvonne's
good
work,
I
also
wanted
to
go
to
Deutz.
It's
a
shame
that
I
was
treated
like
that.
I
am
completely
appalled
by
such
behavior.
You
can't
and
shouldn't
treat
customers
like
that.
