I will be Dr. Under no circumstances would I recommend Schneider. It is not suitable for complicated dental treatments. He blames later treatments and errors on other parties involved, such as the laboratory, etc. He is also not honest about admitting his mistakes, although as a dentist he is treating he must be aware that he is solely responsible for the patient's well-being.

Teeth cleaning is far too expensive at 120 euros. I was also told during my teeth cleaning that I had no cavities and that everything looked great. Then during the check-up the dentist found cavities and I should make a new appointment for it. But then I went to my old dentist because I had a bad feeling and he told me that it was just a fissure and that there was no need for action. So the caries diagnosis was wrong, I have the feeling that dental 21 is more about making money. Wouldn't go there again. I also read about a similar case in the other reviews. Very dubious

Very friendly staff, an all-round pleasant treatment in a modern dental atmosphere. Only short waiting times. The practice is located directly behind Bonn main station and is easy to reach. Hello, I was at dental21 at Bonn Central Station on Monday, December 4th, for a check-up and professional teeth cleaning. I found the treatment with Ms. Nurcan Düzgün to be excellent, I felt very comfortable. She responded very well to my pain sensitivity and carried out the treatment gently/carefully. I would definitely have my teeth cleaned again by Ms. Düzgün. I have already arranged the next appointment for June 2024. She is extremely experienced and knows her craft! Worth 5 stars!!! Highly, highly recommend! Dr. Schneider is an excellent dentist! He is very thorough and took great care performing numerous, complicated procedures, and was great at pain-management. I was carefully informed about each treatment step, what my options were and what to expect afterwards. He has a very professional, friendly demeanor that is reflected in his work. His practice staff are also very friendly, highly competent and put patients at ease. Waiting time is non-existent and the practice is extremely professional. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking a dentist!
